Don't know how with iTunes 9

Help, help. I had some songs on iTunes wish list and tried to remove them. When I right clicked on them in earlier versions of iTunes I could "delete" songs I didn't want to buy. This time with iTunes 9 I rt clicked on them but there was no option to "delete". When I did that it only highlighted the song and put an X next to it. Since I thought the X meant "delete" I clicked on it. Well, as you know that meant that I was purchasing it. Now what? is there a way to not buy those since it happened yesterday? What a mess. Let me know if I can "undo" this mistake. And please someone tell me how to delete a song from my wish list without purchasing it.

Well thanks for the idea of asking support. It led me to an article that says all sales are final. So that answers that.
Pamela Gadsden, not so, doing exactly what you said to do to delete songs off my wish list caused them to be "bought" by me. It didn't delete them, I wound up buying them. That X is exactly what I thought would delete the songs off of my wish list. Not so.
Is there anyone out there that knows how to delete a song off of the wish list without buying it?

Have downloaded for example: Queen – Bohemium Rhapsody from a compilation album as well as a few complete Queen Album CDs into the iTunes library and then put them into playlists,
When I go onto my phone and select Queen on the MUSIC app using Songs tab at the bottom of the screen it will display all Queen songs and their resective Alum pics, that is all those not in a complilation album, .
If I know the song title I can select the songs tab and find the song that way,
I’ve tried fiddling with the settings in the iTunes app by going to ‘get info’ tab and trying to sort the problem out that way but am not having much luck.What I want the phone to do is show, for example all Queens songs including those in compilation albums. Can this be done, would be grateful for any ideas on how it can be done, that is if ic can be done, any ideas

I would contact Apple under your warranty. I doubt you received a new iPod since Apple's policy is to give you a refurbished iPod.

I just found out that I am having the same problem!! It is driving me nuts. Now I know why I am running out of space on my iPhone. It should keep asking for the password, because it's trying to check for purchases... As soon as you login, it will see you have pending downloads and create the downloads section on the left below Purchases under the Store section. Then it will start the music downloads there, as they will be listed one below the other.
You could just try to check your account balance or view your account and that will trigger a password request too. You can just click on that and say that now iTunes keeps asking for the password and ask him to help you with that. Trick would be to interrupt him so that he carries on with another task after, so he doesn't notice the download. Or you carry on with email or browsing which you were "busy" with when iTunes interrupted you for the password (stupid iTunes)

So it seems from reading the COMMAND manual that my first issue is that I used a 16GB SD card, and the manual says it will only recogize up to a 2GB SD card. I did use my MB Air's SD card slot and crated a folder and dragged the music files to it, then to the card. So I am going to get a 2GB card and try that next. Otherwise just stick with the iPOD connected. At least that is 8GB

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar. The sidebar is where Devices appears. and Control+B to show the Menu bar
To import music into your iTunes library on the computer go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Add items to iTunes and follow the instructions
To sync to your iPod go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device and follow the instructions.

the simplest way, assuming all your media files are in the default location, would be to connect the two Macs with a firewire cable, boot the source Mac in Target Disk Mode, and copy the entire iTunes folder (not just the iTunes music folder) from <MacintoshHD>/users/yourname/music on the source to <MacintoshHD>/users/yourname/music on the target (overwriting the iTunes folder in place there).

Thanks. I messed up with my husbands iphone because I was told the wrong thing. Now everytime I sync his phone it makes it look just like the other phone I had. Do you know how I can fix taht for his phone? Any settings I can turn off that will prevent all of my apps/contacts, etc from auto populating his phone?

You must activate the iPad within iTunes on your computer. So, the article you have there, HT4895, is pretty good. Just look at the FAQ section of it.
But basically, you will want to create a backup on your computer through iTunes...Just plug your current iPad into it and make sure your iPad and iTunes are logged in with the same Apple ID. At that point, just create a backup.
When you get your new iPad, and before you plug it in or set it up, follow the directions in this link to change your Apple ID. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621?viewlocale=en_US
Once you have that done, plug your new iPad into your computer to sync up with iTunes. Follow the directions for Restore from Backup and it should bring all that info back to your new iPad.
And changing your Apple ID email info will allow you to have your own!!! This should solve all your issues and GL!!!
