Hi,
I got an email purporting to come from Skype this morning saying that there was a problem paying €28.75 auto top-up. I checked my Paypal account and it says that Skype have completed two payments for that amount and another EIGHT payments for €11.50!!
I know I'm due to pay 11:50 for my subscription about now but my top up isn't due till I drop below €2 and it's still at €9:30.
What's happening? Have Skype charged me over €150? How do I find out? There seems to be nowhere to go on the Skype site for payment problems.
Please let me know what to do at least.

Now I'm really worried.
I chatted to customer services, who gave me a reference number for my case. I went through all the questions to get my account back but today I received this email, which seems more like a phishing attempt than help (grammatical errors - request for information that Skype does not need, etc.):
"Hello,
Thank you for contacting Skype!
We understand that your account has been suspended. We do apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you as we know the importance of this matter to be sort out.
Our records indicate that one of your orders has been disputed (charged back) and the payment was returned to your account.
To protect our customers, we automatically suspend Skype accounts with a chargeback status. A chargeback may indicate an unauthorized use of a payment method to purchase Skype products or features.
In order to lift the restrictions on your account, please provide us the email address associated with your Paypal account.
Please reply to this email.
Kindly let us know if you have any questions and concerns.
We are looking forward to hearing from you."

Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you. -

You, and nobody else who has access to your account or devices, haven't made multiple in-app purchases in the app ?

Btw, a simpler way to do this is to revert to older iTunes app, then hold Option when it launches and choose an older library. -
Since downloading my copy of Lion 2 days ago, I have been charged 3 times for it. Apple have taken an extra 2 payments of $29.99 out of my account.

Don't know if this went through the first time. Cannon printer would not print black. bought a new Epson-800. Same problem. Can it be something in my Mac causing the problem. It's only the black that is not working.

I have had an eMac for a few years. I don't know any of the specs. Every time I try to download or install a new version of itunes or OS I get any number of error messages and cannot complete. Help!!!!

And to get the version of Mac OS that's installed:
From the Apple Menu at the left end of your menu bar, select "About this Mac..."
In the resulting Window, you can see the Mac OS version just under the big "Mac OS X":
If the eMac is older and you have never upgraded the system software, it's possible that your OS version is too old to run the current iTunes. The current version requires OS 10.5 (Leopard)or higher, which is a pay-for system upgrade. -
