Don't know what to do, after update, cant backup files

Question

Hi everyone, after update from 4.1 to 6.1 iOS I can't load backup from my computer. Until update my phone was almost full storage (80MB was free), I think after 6.1 iOS update, I have less free sapce, and that's the reason why I can't load my backup from my Mac. So what to do now? There is any solution of this problem to restore my backup, because there are my all files and contacs, now my iPhone 3GS is empty. Please help!

That is an instructional note to try to encourage people to click on links they find throughout an EtreCheck report. If you had been infected by adware, there would have been a "Remove" link on that line. I have had trouble getting people to actually click on those links. The "Support" and "Details" links are the same way.
But now that you mention it, I shouldn't show the red "Adware" instruction note at all if there is no adware in your report. I will fix that in a future version of EtreCheck.

See the note that Allan Jones posted. This is a "sensitive" area. Many people who report problems also have a similar pattern for this file. I think that the network name lookup hacks in this file may be adversely affecting the performance of your machine. It is designed to cause some network operations to fail, but those failure may contribute to the problems you are experiencing. I think if you used more affordable tools like iDraw or Pixelmator, you wouldn't have to use the /etc/hosts hack. Plus, you wouldn't need as much RAM either.
the third I don't even know where to find it is com.goacemjobhmmbdlbbfjgifjcojdfnjfm.updater.plist.
There may not be anything wrong with that file. Just because something is red doesn't mean it need to be removed. It just means it needs "attention".
When EtreCheck reports a status of "invalid?" (with the question mark), it means that EtreCheck cannot determine if the script is valid or not. It may work perfectly fine. It may be broken but still be harmless. In any event, never try to manually delete files by hand. Always use a vendor-provided uninstaller or uninstallation instructions. If necessary, use the "Support" links to try to find who might be the vendor for a particular configuration file so you can get support from the people who know about it.
