Skype should be ashamed of their confusing and lacking user interface. Don't make the mistake of assigning credit to the wrong Skype Account, because Skype will not let you transfer it back and refuses to give you a refund or have the amount transferred to where you want it or can at least use it. Basically they will keep it. We accidentally added credit to an unused Account which is now wasted funds and in these times, who can afford that. Thanks a  lot, Skype.. (offensive text removed) what happened to consumer laws here.. Skype, this is Australia. Get with the xxxxxxx program. At the very least, provide a way for account holders to forward credit to anyone else, maybe just to someone with the Group or Skype manager. We bought a product that we cannot use. Consumer law says that it must be returned within 7 days. Very disappointed, Shame on you.

Skype does not use a telephone call-in service facility.  I just tested how to find instruction on contacting Skype Customer Service myself.  I clicked on the Help link (it turns into a tab as I scroll over it)  at the top of the Skype website, and then typed "contact customer service" in the search box.  The first two items that appeared were,

Here's a screen shot of what I see (the blue titles are actually links to click on):
Choose and pick your way through the various drop-down menu options as they are presented and you will be connected to a Skype customer service agent.  If you are redirected to the Community or experience any problems reaching an agent, try again using a different web browser, making sure pop-up's are temporarily enabled.  Choose a different path through the various options than you used before.

    If you don't want your sister to make purchases on your credit card, then Family Sharing is not an appropriate way to do what you want. You can use Find my Friends to locate each other and you can use Shared Photo Streams to share photos.

    I'm happy you figured it out and just try to keep in mind that not everyone you talk to at support will give the same advice or have the same knowledge. Just like those who contribute to these forums. Sometimes Google is your best friend.
    I agree that Apple could probably make it easier, but as of yet prefer security over freedom. (sound famaliar?)

    There is no specific function that turns FGL on or off.
    When you say that it has stopped, do you mean that the handles no longer show?
    If that is the case, then I think you may have modified the CSS to such an extent that Dreamweaver no longer recognises it as belonging to FGL.
    There are a couple of avenues for you
    Redo the site and make sure not to touch the FGL CSS
    paste the code here so that we can see what has gone wrong.

    in simple credit check it considers only the current sales order with the value assigned to the customer
    but in automatic credit check we have two types
    1. Static: it compares the value assigned to the customer with the value of open sales orders + value of open delivery documents + value of open billing documents + value of billing doc's posted into accounting but for which we have not recieved the payment..
    2. Dynamic : the way of calculation is the same as static but the difference is we have horizon in dynamic credit check
    Example:  in static all the open doc's will be considered for credit check
    but in dynamic if i give the horizon as 2 months
    sales orders for which the delivery date falls after two months will not be considered
    similarly delivery doc's whose billing date is after 2 months will not be considered..
    etc
    even though its a make to order it will be processed using doc type OR
    you assing the credit group to the sales doc
    that is suffecient

  • Did I make mistake leaving virgin? Losing internet...

    Hi, I had this worry when I changed to BT and it has unfortunately it's turned out to be true despite people on forum saying unlikely. For morning and aftermoon I don't notice reliability issues. Videos steam fine but every evening I lose internet for 30sec to 5 min few times. Streaming videos stop works and rather frustratingly it makes it impossible to play any online games during this hour.
    I haven't had this problem on virgin for past 5 years at all. They been completely solid in terms of reliability.
    Did I make mistake leaving virgin?
    What's the best way to try to have this problem solved? Should I call BT?
    I know how frustrating and very possibly unhelpful support on phone can be. What do you guys recommend?
    PS/Edit: On positive side I near just down the road from cabinet and get 69-74mb speed and when it works I can stream HD no problem unlike virgin where they cap ur 30mb after few hours so HD can't be streamed any more for rest of the day.

    You cannot update iPhone 4 to IOS 8.1.2, the highest you can update is IOS 7.1.2.
    Unless you've iPhone 4S (looks similar to iPhone 4)

  • I've started getting pop-under ads every time I launch Firefox, and the uninstall instructions don't make sense, how can I stop these?

    In the past couple of weeks, every time I launch Firefox, a full-size pop-under ad is also launched, regardless of what site I'm browsing.
    The original ad was for a You Tube survey, and contains a link to coupondropdown.com, where there's a menu option for uninstalling. The uninstall instructions don't make sense, they don't mention what ad-on is controlling the ads, and I can't work out what's responsible for the ads from my very basic range of ad-ons.
    The reason I'm writing is that the ads have progressed from annoying but harmless, to dangerous. The ad today was designed as a warning pop-up, text reads, "Threat Detected: Immediate Action Required. Fatal Registry Error ... click "Repair All" to eliminate all possible threats and clean your PC". I have screenshots of all the above.
    I'm worried that another user, my son or mother, might take this warning seriously and install malware by accident. What can I do to prevent these ads? I expect this type of malware advertising on dodgy websites, but I'm getting them when I try to access hotmail, the news, etc, so it's not the website that's causing them.

    Found the source using Microsoft Safety Scanner on a full scan. The culprit was a Trojan:Win32/Sirefef!cfg

    Scneario Description:
    1. Sales order for a configurable parent item is created in ERP & order BOM is changed & transferred to APO. In APO MRP run takes place for that parent item, which creates a planned order with account assignment category "M" (M:Individual Customer w/o KD-CO.
    2. Now based on the dependant requirement generated for parent item, MRP takes place for one of the child item in ERP & purchase requisition gets created for child item.
    Question:
    1. Can anybody help me how i can make default account assignment as "F" (F:Order) in the planned order of parent item?
    2. PR created for child item also has default account assignment category as "M". we wish to change that to "F".

    The account assignment category maintained in the requirement class for parent item is 'M'.
    No account assignment category maintained has been maintained in the requirement class Semi-finished component (this component is sent for subcontracting).
    The business process is as follows:
    1. Create Sales Order for Parent say ME_PARENT.
    2. Order BOM for ME_PARENT is created and subsequently cifed to APO.
    3. PP/DS heuristic is run for ME_PARENT.
    4. MRP for component ME_COMP is run in ERP.
    It can be seen that purchase requistion for ME_COMP has a/c assgn category as 'M'. It seems that the ME_COMP has inherited 'M' from ME_PARENT.
    We would like to have no a/c assgn category for ME_COMP.
    Any pointers?

    And if what WZZZ suggests doesn't work (and hopefully it will) move the file name below to the desktop, log out or restart and the Dock preferences with its defaults should be recreated. You'll need to re-configure it as you like it:
    com.apple.dock.plist
    It's located: in Finder hold the Alt/Option key and from the Go menu select Library>Preferences.
    If it fixes things, delete the file on your desktop.

    It's telling you there's not enough space *on your 4S*.  The 25GB you refer to is probably that on iCloud, that's different memory than that on your iPhone.  You need to delete video, pictures, apps, or whatever ON THE IPHONE, to make enough room for downloading updates to your apps.
