I figured it out by pressing the home button and the off button but when i turn my phone on again it's not restored. And when i try to restore it with iTunes it has to update but i can't update my phone because it's jailbreaked but if i can't update it, it won't restore the phone.

If you've reached the 5 computer limit then you can log into your account and 'deauthorise all' (which you can do once every 12 months) and you can then authorise the computers that you still have and need : authorising and deauthorising.

You're purchased music is not so much saved to the cloud, but rather indexed, since it is already in the cloud by virtue of being in the iTunes store.
If you want to check whether your purchases are being indexed or not, go to the purchased section on the main page of the iTunes store. There you will see a list of all your purchased items.

DEauthorizing a computer that you don't have access to any more

Using my iPhone and another program, I transferred all of my music to my work computer. However, there are just a few songs, that when I attempt to play them, tell me that I already have 5 computers authorized and that I can authorize no more.
I have my home computer, my iPhone (if that counts) and my work computer. I do not need to have any other computers authorized. I think the other computers must be my former home PC (which is now in a landfill) and a couple computers at my previous job.
So, here's my question. How do you deauthorize computers that you don't have access to anymore? Is there a way to reset to zero somehow and then just reauthorize the computers that I actually use?
Any help would be appreciated!

If you log into your store account you should find an option to deauthorise all your computers. Then you can just reauthorise the ones you want.
You can only do this once a year, so always deauthorise a PC you don't need or if you are going to do repairs etc.

If it is just a few songs, do you have any old accounts? If you go into Get Info>>Summary tab on a problem track, it will tell you the account was used to purchase the song.

Hi there,
I'm not sure how to find your UDID without your phone, but you can find your serial number on the iPhone's packaging and potentially the invoice of your iPhone purchase. You may also find the number by reaching out to Apple or the retailer you purchased the phone from. You may need to go in person and show your payment method and ID.

You should really look through and consider posting in your native tongue, looking through this it seems you sir have an activiation lock.
1: Apple will not, and cannot release that activation lock. It's a security feature willingly installed onto a user's device when they turn on find my device
2: The device was NOT properly set up for sale, they did NOT erase their senstive data and you were USING a phone with someone elses iCloud. At the point of sale you DID NOT ensure the device was properly wipe and bought an unproperly set up device. At point of sale, Buyer Beware,
3: Apple does not visit this forum, you are speaking to other users who have no means of doing anything for you
4: It is up to you to contact the owner of the device, or you are outta luck mate. Next time buy an iPhone guranteed to work from a authorized source,

Needing a basic phone. Does Verizon offer one?
What is a simple phone? Here's what it is not: It does not surf the web. It does not play music or videos. It does not take photographs. It doesn't even need to text. It doesn't need to be festooned with buttons that activate services the user doesn't need. It doesn't need to beep when you shift it in your pocket or put on your seatbelt.
What does it need to do? It needs to be able to accommodate a user wishing only to dial calls and receive calls, take messages and retain a list of contact numbers. It needs to have buttons placed INSIDE the folded unit so the user while accessing the phone doesn't turn something on or up or down or off. Beyond that, it just needs to sit there quietly until a call comes in.
Does Verizon offer such a phone? If not, can anyone suggest a carrier that does.
[Sorry for the rant, but I am pretty burnt out on paying a monthly fee for a simple phone that is clearly not designed from the user innerface point of view. Sorry. That should have been a heading and not the whole question. I am trying to figure out the question of iPad printing. If there was such a thing as a great little portable iPad printer maybe I would give my daughter one some day. But the printer I am using is working for me because I installed it as a network printer on my wired network. It does have WiFi capabilities but it does not have the 'Air' thing. It's an HP Officejet 4500 etc etc...My question is: will printing anything from her iPad always be as easy as she attaching a document to an email and mailing to herself on Yahoo which she can retrieve on any of 3 PCs in this house? I hope so - my computer budget is blown...

Why are all my songs now classified as 'Other' and not visible on my phone any more?

Here's an idea of what's happened recently;
Got a new a computer and set up my iTunes library no problem, had access to all the same music I had on my old PC.
Just added a new album to my iTunes library, which also worked fine, but when I tried to sync it to my iPhone 5 I wasn't able to transfer anything to it.
I used iTunes to back up my iPhone and do a full restore on the iPhone hoping that would fix the issue.
Now my 35GBs of Music is classified as 'Other' storage, there's not enough room on the iPhone to transfer all my songs to it again and no way to delete the 'Other' storage to make space for it.
I have tried unchecking 'Sync only checked songs and videos' and rechecking it. I have also tried unchecking and checking 'Sync Music'. Either way I go the iPhone still has 35GBs of Other storage I can't seem to remove.
Any help or support?

I ended up doing a Full Restore on my iPhone without restoring from a previous backup. I'm just curious what I have to do in the future to prevent this issue if I switch PC's again.

Why don't i have idvd any more?? =(

i had to get a new harddrive installed and when i got my computer back my idvd was gone.. and i can't burn any dvds off my imovie..any tips?

The iApps aren't part of the Mac OS install. If you can't find the original install disc that came with your computer, you will have to buy iLife '11.
