Don't see Norton safe web icons anymore

As of today, July-24-2014, I no longer see Norton safe web icons when I do a search.
Yesterday, everything was working fine.
What could be the problem? Firefox 31.0, Norton or Google?

There apparently is an issue with the icons not appearing on the Google results page. Symantec has indicated on its support forum that it is looking into the issue but can't yet announce anything. Norton safe web site rating icons not showing up in searches. Not in Chrome 44, not in firefox 39 or ie 10. So is there a problem with Norton or what. I can always use WOT but I like Norton. Any info would be helpful. Asked this question earlier but reasked after checking everying twice.

Firefox 14.0.1 is NO longer showing the Norton SAfe Web icon in seacch results. The toolbar is there but NOT the safe web icon next to the URL in search results

After updating to Firefox 14.0.1 my search results NO longer show the Norton WEB Safe Icon next to each result. It worked fine before the upgrade. The Norton tool bar is there and when you click on the site the safe web report is there but NOT the icon in the search results.

Norton released updates for Firefox 14 early the same morning as the release of Firefox 14. Norton usually releases updates on the same morning as new Firefox versions. Have you updated Norton through their LiveUpdate?

After installing the latest update for Norton 360 (6.2.0.9 the Norton safe web toolbar no longer work in Firefox version 11.0

I have Window XP Pack 3
I had Norton 360 version 5
I upgraded Norton at their suggestion to Norton 360 Version 6.2.0.9
Before the Norton safe web toolbar was working fine
After the update it does not show / work and the Norton Vulnerability Protection 10.1.1.8 - 3 under Firefox Add-on Extension is no longer compatible

I VERY MUCH DISLIKE the new Foxfire 4.0 It does not support Norton Safe Web Lite. How can I go back to the old Foxfire?

The old Foxfire supported Norton Safe Web lite and this one does not. I want to be able to use Norton Safe Web and can not unless I start using Internet Explorer.

To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

I don't see a blu-ray icon in the destination window of my Final Cut Pro app even if I have an LG blu-ray burner connected

I have a MACBOOK PRO running under 10.9 and 4 Gigs memory. I bought FCP to be able to burn blu-rays videos (I produced a 4h30 video on a trip to Turkey)
My video is produced in full HD. I have an LG blu-ray burner. I bought training videos on FCP at Macpro Video and they show that going on SHARE and selecting ADD A NEW DESTINATION will bring a window where should be an icon of a blu-ray disc. But I don't see any blu-ray icon there. My burner is the model BP40NS20

I can't get Norton Safe web to work. (I've just upgraded to Norton 360 from NIS 2011 on which Safe web worked OK).

I can't get Norton Safe Web to work inFirefox since I upgraded to Norton 360. I was previously running NIS 2011 and it worked fine then.

Actually when you have created an ad hoc network using Internet Sharing your Mac is supposed to have a self-assigned IP.
What I suggest that you do is turn everything off on the Mac and tell the iPad to forget the Internet Sharing network, then restart the Mac and the iPad. Next slowly restart Internet Sharing on the Mac and when that is set up corectly try to connect to the network from scratch with the iPad. If you password protect your Internet Sharing network I suggest that you use the Other... option on the iPad; enter the network's name, select the correct protection scheme and finally enter the password and Join.
This issue should have nothing to do with your modem or router, this is all Mac and iPad.

Since I've updated to Safari 5.1 I have no favicons/web icons anymore :-( how can I activate them again???

I have the same issue, though I noticed this only after cleaning out my caches with Cocktail (Safari 5.1 was routinely causing my iMac to crash on opening Safari). I still have the occasional crash when opening Safari, and now Safari is not storing or displaying favicons.

That options comes with iOS 5. Yo need to connect the iPad to your computer and update via iTunes. You need iTunes 10.7 or later on the computer.

Where did you get the phone? Facetime is banned in Saudi Arabia and UAE. If the phone came from one of those countries, it is permanently disabled and can not be added to the phone.

Airdrop has disappeared from my iMac. I don't see it from my iPhone anymore. It was there yesterday and is not there today. Any ideas?

But your suggestions reminded me that I have been fooling around with my networks after adding a range extender to my router. To buy Apps or to check out the Apps available via your iPad use the App Store App.
On your iPad your Music is kept in the iPod App and the movies are on the Movie App after you have synced the Music and Movies from iTunes on your computer to your iPad.

You need to go thru the Mail application to set it up as you want.
Set the Mail application to use your Gmail account in Mail's Composing preference pane:
and in iPhoto set Mail as your email client.

I've downloaded Norton Safe Web Lite. It shows up in IE 7 but not in Firefox. Do I need to do some special installation?

There is no separate search window in Firefox as there is when this program is picked up by IE. I did a couple of searches with just the Google search window in Firefox, but the results did not give any indication that Norton had reviewed them. Norton's download instructions say this product works with Firefox.

Check with Norton about NSWL compatibility with Firefox 5.0.
