Don't see Premiere Pro App

I ordered the month to month subscription for Premiere Pro. When I get to the app download page, it seems like every app but Premiere Pro is there. Where do I download it from?

Premiere Pro requires a 64-bit operating system and will not be listed in the Adobe Application Manager if the computer doesn't meet the requirements.

Hey there adobe community!
Im a newbie to adobe premiere and also to this forum, i'll be honest and have to say i just started video editing with this project for my mum (she's a piano teacher and they filmed a concert with all her pupils with 2 different cameras).
I did my best to make some decent cuts out of this mostly not really good material and im OK with the result i got, but the problem is that when i try to export the final version i get the all so well known "Error compiling movie - unknown error" error. :S
Now i have read that this may be caused by different file formats (i had to convert the files from both cameras in the first place (which was a hell of work for someoen having no clue about video file formats lol) to get premiere accept them. Now i'm pretty sure there are at least 2 different file formats in the same sequence, but they are all mixed together (due to cuts) and thats why i am not really willing to export every single one of them and put them all together again, that's just so much work and i don't know if the error won't occur afterwards...
What i am trying to ask is: Could someone of you that is a bit more experienced give my project a quick look? I know we are all busy but my time is running out since that movie should have been finished a while ago, so i'm a bit desperate at the moment.

Note: The quality of the standing still camera is that low, because of it being a very old one. ^^

The problem is you are trying to edit wmv (which you have converted from what?) What camera did you use?
wmv and mpg are not a good format to edit.
What is the final destination of your movie?
Export settings which you are showing are not ideal.
I think E12 would be a better solution. You cannot import the PP2 projec into E12 only the clips.

I don't see the photoshop app

i am new to photoshop and mac so of course i have a long and daunting road ahead of me. However i have downloaded the full version of Creative Cloud as well as a few of the apps. I see all of the apps i downloaded with the exception of Photoshop which is the main one i am interested in using. I searched finder and again everything except photoshop. in the creative cloud list photoshop shows to be both installed and up to date. please help!

Hi, If you are not seeing Premiere Pro app listed for download, it is most likely because of your machine being 32 bit.
Apps will not be listed if your machine does not satisfy the requirements. Check your machine's specs against the Premiere Pro system Requirements.

Can I add a single app subscription (e.g. Premiere Pro) to my Photographers Package subscription?

I currently subscribe to the Photographers Package for $9.99/month, which I'm more than happy with. However, now I also want to subscribe to the Premiere Pro app.
Can I just add the Premiere Pro single app subscription to my current plan, therefore paying $9.99/m for the Photographers Package + $19.99/m for Premier Pro?

Thanks for your replies; however, they both contradict each other so I'm a bit confused.
Rajshree - if I purchase the whole creative cloud then I would expect to have access to all the apps, not just two. But this is not what I want. Surely, as John T Smith states, I should be able to add a single app subscription to my plan - how else can someone mix-and-match the products they want?

Premiere Pro CC 2014.2 not stable on my system

Mac OS 10.10.1
I am having problems with Premiere Pro CC 2014.2 that make it almost unusable on my system. All other software, including AE, Audition, Prelude, Photoshop etc. working well.
The symptoms, which are not specific to any one project - but seem to effect all equally - are:
1) Intermittently, I loose the ability to play clips or the timeline. I can drag the playhead around, but nothing plays, nor does the viewer or program monitor change or update. I can't use the space bar for play, nor can I click the play button with the mouse. Either action requires a re-start.
2) Exiting the application, Premiere Pro will not completely shut down. It goes into some kind of limbo state. The only way to shut the application down is to use the Force Quit command from the Apple Menu. Once the application has been Forced to Quit, it will not restart until the computer has been restarted. It will just bounce up and down in the dock and never launch completely. The only way to launch it again is to completely restart the computer. If the application has been force quit, when I shut the computer down, I get the spinning wheel for a very long time during the shut down process, but the computer does completely shut down on its own. After I restart, Premiere Pro starts up promptly.
What I have done so far:
Verified Disk Permissions
Run Disk Warrior on all disks.
Trashed Premiere Pro preferences
Uninstalled the Premiere Pro app, and then re-installed a fresh download.
My computer specs:
And I am connected to 2 Thunderbolt Pegasus Raids for the media.
Any help much appreciated.

They were all set to read/write, I did the procedure as outlined in the link.
Have you checked the permissions of your Mac HD and your media drives?

If you create a new user with Admin privileges, does that work better?
I have not tried this yet.
If you disconnect your media drives do you see any improvement in stability?
No.
This problem does not, to me, seem to coincide with the either the OS upgrade or Software upgrade. It has begun to appear over the last week or so, and is occurring more and more often.
Any help you can give appreciated.

CC and Premiere Pro CS6 will not open

I have downloaded and installed the app twice.
I go into Creative Cloud and I can see Premiere Pro CS6 is an installed app but i can not click on it to run it.
At this point is have spent an hour trying to run one app.
I get no error it just does nothing.......
Just want to try it... So far it is not looking good....

What about the Program Files location? If you don't see it there, use the CC cleaner tool to uninstall the apps and then reinstall again. Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6

CC wont let me re-download premiere pro CS6! HELP!!

Hello all,
So i previously had all of the CS6 Family installed on my computer. Something went wrong with Adobe Encore and it wouldnt open so i uninstalled Premiere Pro and Encore CS6.
After un-installing i restarted my computer and opened Creative Cloud.
When looking in the find new apps section to re-download Premiere Pro CS6 i could not find it. I filtered the search and selected previous versions but the only apps it says it has in previous versions in are Bridge, Edge Animate and Gaming SDK.
I checked in the my apps section to double check it was definitely un-installed. I can see Premiere Pro CC but CS6 is not showing up anywhere!
Ive tried looking for other links on the adobe website but it just gives me the option to buy a subscription (which i have already payed for) or download the trial.
Ive looked endlessly on forums for a solution but no joy so far.
I desperately need to get to the bottom of this as i need Adobe Encore for work.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

It's me first time ever using Premiere Pro CS3. I tried to some basic video editing on it, but I cannot hear any sound coming out of my laptop speakers; when i import the video clips. Even tho, I can hear them with "Windows Media Player". So, I investigated a bit and I did some of the things adviced by Adobe's knowledgebase thing.
And, I came up with a paper saying to download "MediaInfo" and "GSpot" to find out the codecs of the "mpg" files. Here is a report i made with the information given by those programs:

Most good file converters can handle Video and Audio. If you are having issues with the Audio, both Audition and SoundBooth can convert to almost anything and any sample rate and bit depth.
Here's a LINK to the PrPro Wiki. There are links to various aspects of conversion there.
Now, remember that when working FROM MPEG-2 and also AC3, the files are compressed to begin with. Quality will suffer, and there is only one way around that - go back to the original source files. If not possible, then you have to determine if the quality has suffered too much.
