Don´t want to layer my scale while moving them
Hi
I havemultiple scales and from time to time I have to move or switch them, maybe from page 1 to the middle of page 3 between two other scales. But if I do this all the other scales don´t make place, the scales get layerd. How can I get rid of this?
In pages there is this option - espacially in the LayoutModus.

There is a preference allowing us to ask tables to move when of of them become larger
but the described feature is unavailable.
_Go to "Provide Numbers Feedback" in the "Numbers" menu_, describe what you wish.
Then, cross your fingers, and wait _at least_ for iWork'10

How is Apple ignoring their customers, exactly? If you don't want Game Center, why did you sign into it?
Sign out, launch an enabled game. Game Center pops up, close it, launch the game again, it pops up, close it again.
Now it doesn't pop up any longer.

It is also possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the files sessionstore.js [2] and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

Please, please PLEASE help. I don't want to loose my pics of my sons birth and the newest update is directing me to restore my phone. I can't get out of the "conect to itunes screen" Can I still save my pics???
You should never update without importing your photos as you would with any digital camera.

How do I streamline all the 4.0 features, but without adding any skins, themes or backgrounds? Basically I want to keep the default of the previous Firefox version as this new 4.0 is ugly and bulky and it does not make for smooth navigation. Thanks for the article. I've done some of the suggestions but it is still not the same....Does anyone else miss the status bar? Even with installing the add on for it, it did not work for me. Recover folders after the computer froze while moving them
Hello,
while moving files from one drive to another my imac mid 2011 froze and had to be restarted. Unfortunately, all of the folders now can't be accessed. I can see them in grey in the destination drive, the size is the right one but I have no way to get inside the folder. I guess it must be in a cache somewhere. The folders are not longer in the origin drive.
Is there a way to recover them ?
Thank youok well for anyone who has the same problem, we left it plugged in, and restarted the computer, and the iPod is fine.

U410 - I don't want the touchpad to disable while I type
Hello everyone,
the tilte prettymuch says it all. When I play games (which I do occasionally, I know the U410 isn't the perfect system for that but it works fine with external mouse and keyboard) I'm a bit annoyed with the feature of the Touchpad turning off when I use the keyboard. Is there a quick way to fix this? If possible, I'd like to be able to switch it on and off quickly because it comes in handy while actually typing.

I have formatted my PC and I don't have my songs on it anymore, but all my music is on my iPod. Is there any way I can copy those files onto the computer without losing anything?
When I try synching my iPod it tells me that all data will be lost, so I don't know what to do!- Transfer iTunes purchases by:
iTunes Store: Transferring purchases from your iOS device or iPod to a computer
Transfer other music by using a third-party program like one of thse discussed here:
Copy music
- Connect the iPod to the computer and make a backup by righ clciking on the iPod under Devices in iTunes and select Back Up
- Restore the iPod from that backup
Note that the backup that iTunes makes does noytinclude synced media like apps and music. -

Disable / Hide Portal PCD roles which we don't want to display in UME.

I have configured ESS/MSS setup in our Portal;
Step 1)
a) We downloaded ESS/MSS business packages from SAP Market place
b) Deployed into our Portal.
c) I have checked in Portal Content Administration; ESS/MSS PCD objects i.e. Roles,Worksets,Pages and iViews were created inside the SAP Standard folder.
Step 2) As per my client recommendations u2013
a) We donu2019t want to use PCD objects directly from SAP Standard folder and we will keep those PCD objects as backup. So,
b) We created Client folder ex: xxABC inside Portal Content.
c) I copied ESS/MSS PCD folder from SAP Standard Folder and Pasted inside folder xxABC; and then we customized Roles and worksets based on our requirements.
Step 3) Role assignment to Users
When I search for ESS/MSS roles like u201CEmployee Self-Serviceu201D and u201CManage Self-Serviceu201D I am able to see each role twice u2013 one is from SAP Standard folder and another from client folder which I was copied.
So,
1) I donu2019t want to display ESS/MSS role which is inside of SAP Standard folder in UME(role search).
2) I donu2019t want to delete the role from this folder.
I got an Idea that is u2013 disable/hide Portal PCD roles which we don't want to display in UME while role search.

My user folder has suddenly disappeared from my hard drive though if I do a find for it it comes up as still being there with all its data. Can drag a duplicate copy from the find window back onto the hard drive but don't want two copies there with one of them hidden. Any suggestions anyone?

I don't want Facebook friends synced to Contacts.
In order to use Facebook from Preview and other apps, I need to login to Facebook. But then it says when I do that all Facebook friends will be imported into my Contacts, which I do not want. But I DO want to be able to sync Contacts through iCloud to my other devices. So how do I enable Facebook, not let it download friends to my Contacts, but keep other Facebook iCloud syncs?
OK, if I go where you said and enter my Facebook info, I get this message: "Signing into Facebook will: Download your Facebook friends to the Contadcts app...Allow you to post status update etc to Facebook...Enable apps to work with your Facebook account. In System Prefs you can disable Contacts syncing and disallow any app from accessing your Facebook account."
So it sounds like I only have two choices: To have all my Facebook friends in my Contacts (which I don't want; what a mess to scroll past them all on my phone) or to disable Contacts syncing, which will not allow all my contacts to stay synced between devices, right? -
I have a new iPhone 5S. While trying to learn about it, I accidentally recorded a voice memo with no content. I cannot now figure out how to get rid of it. There is a banner across the top of my phone with this memo which I don't want. I have deleted it from iTunes but cannot get it off the phone. Help!
The banner usually indicates that the memo is "Paused." If you go back into voice memos, touch the word "Done" beside the big red pause button, give it a name, then it will show in a list. Touch the memo in the list then touch the trash can icon that should appear.
