How can I reset security questions for my sons phone it was done years ago by my neice and she has no idea answers to her questions. We are locked out from buying things. Apple support cant call for days help.....

Unless you previously set up a rescue email address, you need to wait. If you're desperate enough, create a new Apple ID; you won't be able to transfer purchases or iTunes Store credit between them.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

1) can you only only install applications from iTunes? Or can you install like on a regular mac?
2) no usb or card reader? you have to have an attachment through the Dock connector?
3) Can it read pdf files?
4) no flash? can the mac's safari do flash?
5) Can you develop apps on the iPad?
6) anyone know when you can actually see one in the store? not buy but see one.

Yes - there will be an accessory available for SD cards.

No flash in iPhone OS Safari, but Mac OS X Safari has it.

Unknown, but there is an iPad SDK for use on a Mac.

You can't. Your mysterious benefactor must remove the device from her (I guess you know it's a her?) iCloud account by logging into icloud.com, going to Find my iPhone and removing from there.

If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

Reset your security questions
1. Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com).
2. Select “Manage your Apple ID” and sign in.
3. Select “Password and Security” on the left side of the page.
4. If you have only one security question, you can change the question and answer now.
5. If you have more than one security question:
          - Select “Send reset security info email to [your rescue email address].” If you don't see this link or don't have access to your rescue address, contact Apple Support as described in the next section.
          - Your rescue address will receive a reset email from Apple. Follow its instructions to reset your security questions and set up new questions and answers. Didn't receive the email?
After resetting your security questions, consider turning on two-step verification. With two-step verification, you don't need security questions to secure your account or verify your identity.
If you can't reset your security questions
Contact Apple Support in either of these circumstances:
          - You don't see the link to send a reset email, which means you don't have a rescue address.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account.
