Dont want to pay twice for song
I tried to buy a song today and it said that I already bought it. I looked under check for purchases and it said that it wasnt in there. I do remember a while ago trying to buy it and my computer shut down but I cant remember if I really did buy it. Is there anything I can do except buy it now. Thanks.

Is it possible that you are using the same password for the old O2 Study and newer O2 Apple Base Station networks?
If so, Keychain Access is storing the old information about the old network and may be associating it with your AirPort Extreme settings based on the BSSID that William has mentioned.
If that's the case, open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > KeyChain Access and look for a listing with the old network name. Delete this entry. You may need to power down both the computer and the AirPort Extreme and restart them. -
For iphone users with att, can you block incoming texts all together? After paying $20 for data i dont want to pay as i go/pay more for texts
SMS is exchanged over the same network as calls - no data involved.
MMS requires data.
iMessage requires the same as email - internet access via an available wi-fi network or via your carrier's cellular data network.
You can disable SMS/MMS altogther with your account by requesting this with AT&T. You can turn iMessage off unless your iPhone is connected to an available wi-fi network. -
I have multiple devices in my family. Each of us has an iPhone and an iPad. Is there a way for each of us to have our own Apple ID but one account so we can all get the same music, movies, books, etc. I can't see paying twice for something in the same family.
Welcome to the world of digital media. Your can't really transfer it. I don't know what the rules are about transferring to your spouse but I do know that in some cases when you die, your heirs cannot inherit your digital media. This is why there is still an advantage to buying the CD since the usage rights belong to whomever holds the physical media.
A possible workaround is to burn the songs to a music CD with yout account (tracks only without song titles) and then having your wife upload it as a regular music CD onto her account. It's been a while since i've done this so I'm not sure if it would work now.
Please note that I'm not advocating copyright and/or TOS violations. I'm only suggesting ways to copy music for your own personal use which has traditonally been permitted. I only did this because I wanted to convert iTunes songs to mp3 files so I could burn them onto a data CD for use in my car. It would make sense that since married couples are a joint entity, this would be personal use.

i thought app "day one" can share with iphone and i mac with icloud so.. is it different version? i want to know paying twice is ok or miss.Apps that run on iOS devices can be shared among all of your iOS devices, but are not shared to the Mac platform. That is a different device and purchased again for the Mac, can be shared among your Macs, though if you have more than one.

Why Am I Paying Twice for What I Already Pay For?
I'm not sure this is the right place to post this, but unfortunately there don't appear to be any other options available to provide feedback on an issue.
There are two examples I'd like to cite as to why I believe I'm paying twice for what I already pay for. First - one that is best described via an incident that happened over Labor Day weekend. Late Saturday night, I finally had an opportunity to watch something I have been intending to watch as an HBO subscriber for a while now: "The Normal Heart". It was located in an On Demand folder called "Emmy Nominees". About 2/3 of the way through, the screen froze. I managed to get back to the Emmy Nominees folder, but at this point the only thing that appeared was the word "Empty". I tried again the next morning, and not only was the Emmy Nominees folder gone, but the movie appeared nowhere in the subscriber's area in On Demand. A search revealed that I could buy it in either SD or HD form, but could not rent it (not that I would).
Now - midnight had been crossed, bringing us into September 1st. Perhaps the action was scheduled for that time. However, why would Verizon decide to interrupt a real time stream that the customer is entitled to? And then make them fully purchase it to see the rest of it?
But there is more to this. Why would a paying HBO customer now be required to purchase something? Here's another example: I have been a big fan of Boardwalk Empire. Previous seasons are now available for rental or purchase - but with the exception of the latest season being in On Demand (which I assume is there to grow one's appetite for the final season commencing shortly), even an HBO customer has to pay to see prior season reruns.
Perhaps I have more of a bone to pick with HBO than with Verizon, but it is ridiculous to charge a customer for what they have already paid for.I agree 100% as to what you are saying here and I assume if we call Verizon customer support, we get a scripted response. That not all seasons are available On Demand, even if you are a HBO subscriber.
I had a friend check, that has Comcast. Boardwalk Empire, all seasons are available, On Demand. So why as Verizon customers we have to pay extra if we want to watch, Boardwalk Empire, On Demand? If we already subscribe to HBO? It's like Verizon is double dipping their customers?
I have found that you can watch all of the Boardwalk Empire seasons on HBO Go, but I don't know about anyone else? I surf the web in a different room in my house. I like to relax in my recliner and watch Boardwalk Empire on my big screen.
I've been very happy with Verizon FIOs since I became a customer, but I'm also disappointed in the On Demand offerings they have and to have to pay extra for it, while it's available free to other cable subscribers. -

iOS is the operating system for iPhones, iPads, etc.
Mac OS is the operating system for Mac computers.
Which version of Mac OS are you running on your iMac? (You're not running iOS6 on it.)
If you purchased that OS from the app store, then you can download it to as many computers as you own or control (including your Macbook Air). However, if your iMac came preinstalled with the current OS, then the license is only good for that computer and you must buy it for any other computer. -

When normally powering the phone, there would not be a loading bar, you would just see the Apple logo. You can try a reset of the phone, hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. The phone will reboot.
You can take the phone to Apple, by making an appointment at the Genius Bar to have the hardware checked. Apple handles warranty and post-warranty issues, not Verizon. Have Apple look at the hardware to see if there are any problems. -

No. You can install Lion on all systems you own from a single purchase. Either copy the installer before you run it on the first system and transfer it to the other system, or purchase and download it on one system, then log into the App Store on the second system go to the Purchased tab and you'll be able to download the installer again without charge.

You have Adobe Acrobat Professional (no program called Adobe Pro). What forms are you paying for? There is a web service called Forms Central, this is a platform for creating, hosting and collecting information from forms. If you have a different server for hosting and collecting the information from your forms, you do not need Forms Central. However, some people find it an easy way to create forms.

My new HK iPhone will not download apps purchased in U.S. and says I need an HK Apple ID. This creates a second Apple ID and I am concerned that I will have to pay twice for the same app.
Apps previously purchased will continue to operate wherever you are. However; you'll not be able to update them other than by using the original purchase details. What this means is that you can only 'purchase' from a country's store if you have a valid credit card and residence of and in that country.

My wife and I are using the same apple ID. Up until last week we used to buy an app and pay for it only once, but use it on both devices.
since last week, the app store asks me to pay again for an app i already paid for on one device. On both devices automatic downloads (in settings) is and was always turned off.
what can I do to fix this?Actually no. After installing an app on one device, I used to see an "install" button on the second device (since it's already been paid for). Now i get the full price button on the second device. I didn't want to proceed with the purchase because i didn't want to be billed twice.
