Dos Legecy games have no sound

I have a K7T Turbo2 with a AMD Atholon 1600 chip. 256Mg memory. I can not get any of my Dos Base games to use sound. The Bios has the Legacy turned on and the sound blaster turned on. The Drivers are loading in the Autoexec.bat as required and the Set blaster command is loading. What is wrong? I have downloaded the latest and greatest drivers from the web and still no sound in DOS games. I have set all games to soundblaster pro and still nothing. HELP ?(

This is probably not a problem of the mainboard but a software issue. You can try to use VDMSound, a good soundblaster emulator for the old dos games (I use it for playing loderunner and it works perfect ).

First do this.....
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
For the sound issue .... If you lost sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds may have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the control center. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get to control center . Tap on the bell icon and system sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock can be accessed in the same manner as described above.

sInce I up dated to cloud my sounds on my games are not working all sounds on every thing else works. I want my games to have sounds too what can I do to get the games sounds working again.?

I do not have any sounds at all.

I do not have any sounds at all. All volumes are turned up. No rings, no vibrations and card games have no sound.

Make sure the side switch (above volume buttons) is not set to mute.
Make sure Do Not Disturb is off (Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to access Control Center and make sure the moon icon is not lit)
Try a Reset: Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons and don’t let go until the screen goes dark and the Apple logo appears (no data will be lost)

How come all the games has no sound on IPad 2

I recently bought the IPad 2, download some games, but all the games have no sound. The other application like YouTube, Safari sound is fine. Does anyone know why?

Just to clarify, the switch is not necessarily 'on the top right'. It depends how you hold your iPad. Mine is on the bottom edge on the right as I always hold mine in landscape orientation with the home button on the left.
Also, it's note a mute switch. With the switch on, you will still hear sound from movies, music, etc. The switch only mutes system sounds and notifications, and most app and game sounds.

I have no sound when I play games

When I play music there is a sound. But when I play all my game apps, there is no sound. I have check the volumes and make sure the volume is up but can't seem to make it work. I think maybe something in the settings that changed but I do t know where else to look. Please help. It's boring to play games with out sound...

If that doesn't solve it then try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I have an audio problem that when ever I use my Firefox web browser it makes a sharp audible sound similar to a video game gun shot sound effect when ever I go into a new web page? I change to a new site or page a page on a site, I get an audible gunshot ping trpe sound? It happens almost every time. Its very annoying and is driving me nuts???
Any body out there had this happen also or know how to diagnose and fix this type of problem? I would hate to have to delete my whole Firefox program and have to start over again. If that is the case I will probably just scrap it and go on to try Google Chrome instead. I already have GC partially set up. I really have liked Firefox up to this point. I know add ons can cause problems at times but I haven't added anything new lately and this just started happening?

What this effectively does is to reset some of your Settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It doesn’t affect your data. All of your email accounts will remain intact, as well as any SMS text or iMessages.

Game apps have no sound but you tube and radio is fine

YouTube and Radio app is playing fine through speaker but games app like Plants and Zombies, Cat Toy, Infinity Plade, Angry Birds, KOI Ponds etc have no sound just today :(

Go to Settings > Sounds and make sure your sound volume is at an optimal level
Also, press up on the volume buttons on the side of your iPad.
