No idea if Windows will do it, but you can run Windows without Bootcamp & have OSX available at the same time, which should give you all the Monitors that OSX uses.

  • Does the Mac mini work with my current keyboard and mouse ?

Does the mini work with my current mouse and keyboard? HDTV ?

TV yes if it has a VGA, HDMI or DVI input
Mouse and keyboard: I have no idea since you provided no information as to which ones you have.
Any mouse and keyboard with USB connections will work included ones for a PC.

  • What displays does the mac mini work with?

and what kind of plug do they work with I'm getting one off of ebay a 8GB model from 07

Any good common brand should work fine. Pick something that is 1080p that suits your budget and is of a suitable size for the room.
Note that currently there is a graphics driver issue with the HDMI output as well as the mini displayport to VGA adapter, so when you connect a TV via either, you may have glitches on screen or just a black screen. Reportedly Apple is working on fixing that.
PS: The TVs are LCD TVs with LED backlighting or LED edge lighting.

You need to purchase an adopter for Display port and VGA

  • How to use a mac mini intel with 30" cinema display

Arg, I just bought an Apple 30" cinema display to go with my new Mac mini intel, but oops the 30" apple cinema display has to use a dual link dvi card. Anyone know how to get out of this horrible situation without buying another new computer.
    Thanks!

If you want to run the LCD at it's high 2560x1600 resolution, then you have absolutely no option whatsoever than to buy a PowerMac or MacBook Pro. Otherwise, you will be able to run the panel at 1280x800 with the Mac mini, which wouldn't make much sense though.

  • Will the new mac mini work with the older Flat panel iMac globe speakers?

I am thinking it might be time to upgrade my 800mhz FP 17", and since i have an extra 22" monitor laying around being unused, i thought the Mac mini would be a drop in replacement...but then i thought about the imac FP speakers and i would like to keep using them...is anyone using these speakers with the mac mini?

The Apple 'Pro speakers' that were designed by Apple and Harman Kardon, use a proprietary 2.5mm mini jack connector and they would need an adapter to work.
Years ago there was a product called the 'iFire' that allowed those speakers to be used with other macs with a firewire port ..... Here's a site that I found that has more information than you'll need to know about the speakers and the adapter: http://maczealots.com/reviews/ifire/
At the time, the pro speakers technology was pretty cool ... combining power and digital audio into the one cable. I still think they look striking....
I did a bit of snooping around and couldn't find the adapter for sale (aside from a used one on Amazon for $199 ouch) .... I believe it has been discontinued.
I think you'll have to follow another route.....

  • Does the newest (2010) Mac Mini work with a Powerbook (Power PC) G4?

So, I still LOVE my 5 year old Powerbook G4 but with news of Apple not making it's new operating systems (Snow Leopard and so forth) and iLife's compatible with Power PC's, I'm left in Mac limbo.
I'm currently running OSX 10.5.8 (Leopard) but my iPhoto, iMovie, etc. are all 2005 versions. I would really like a newer version of iPhoto, or of some photo library software, but most new ones (Aperture, Lightroom 4) are only for Intel's too.
The only solution I have come to is to buy a Mac Mini or a new computer. Since my Powerbook is in great condition, I want to get as many years out of it as I can. Does anyone know how efficient Mac Mini's are with Powerbook's? Or if there are any known issues?
    Thanks in advance!

Yes they can network together, and share data over Target Disk Mode with the Powerbook being in Target mode.
Migrating data from them can be a little tricky as this tip explains, but not impossible:

The only reason to buy a newer Mac, is if you need features that are only available to 10.6 and above, and you can afford to upgrade those applications not known to work in 10.5. See my other tip here as well:

  • Do mac minis work with regular dell monitors?

I need to kno this because i am thinking of buying a mac and want to kno if it will work with my monitor i have for windows. And if so, will it be worth it?

Yes, Dell monitors work in perfect harmony with Mac Minis. I used to have an old Dell monitor (left over from our previous PC), and when I used the adapter that comes with the Mac Mini to convert it to the appropriate formate (DVI or VGA or something), it still looked sharp. So its definitely worth it. Plus you save money buying a new monitor.

  • Does mac mini work with Wacom Intuos 3?

I am considering a Mini, but must use a wacom Intous 3 tablet. A while back I saw a post that mentioned that they were not able to get it to work, but could not find any other posts about this subject. Is there anyone using an Intuos 3 with a mini and was there anything unique about hooking it up. Thanks ahead of time.

I have a Graphire3 and can't wait to see how it runs on my mac mini. I know the Intuos drivers are awesome because, well, the Intuos is awesome! :P But the Graphire drivers are so much nicer for a mac then for windows. Haha finally I can have application-specific preferences!
Sorry, off topic. But good luck with that Intuos! Hope it works out great!

  • Will Mac Min Work with 26" Samsung HDTV?

    Hey all,
Thinking of getting a Mac Mini, just wondering if i simply plugged it in via HDMI or VGA to my 26" Samsung HDTV, will it work? And what would the res. be?
    Thx

Looks like it will work per the manual. And it looks like it will work at 1360 x 768. Do you own a PC now? Have you tried attaching a PC to the TV? If that works, there is a good chance the mini will.

  • Will RAM from a 2010 Mac mini work with a late 2012 Mac mini?

I have two Mac minis. One is from mid 2010 and the other one is from late 2012. I am wondering if the memory modules are interchangeble.

    No
The 2010 uses PC3-8500 1066 MHz modules and the 2012 uses PC3-12800 1600 MHz modules.

  • Should my new Mac mini work with my HD tv via the HDMI port?

I am using the apple HDMI cable with a Genesis brand HD tv. When I start up the mini, I see the start-up screen and the apple shows, but once it is beyond that, it disappears. The screen shows a resolution and not the "no signal" but nothing beyond that. Any ideas? Unfortunately, I can't test the VGA adapter, because I didn't buy one.
    Thanks.

Open Displays preferences and switch to the other display (TV) or put the Mini into Mirror mode.

  • Why my new Mac mini  DVI dual link mini display port adapter doesn't work  with my 30"display (LG W3000H)?

    Hello There
Can any of you advise on the below? Tried to connect Mac mini with a 30" display through a DVI dual link mini display port adapter. For the first try Mac mini go connected to the display, then i've chosen the highest resolution (2560x1600, native) and right at that moment they got disconected. Since then the display stays black. What can be the issue, is it possible DVI dual link mini display port adapter is not compatible with 30"display (LG W3000H)? It works with DVI male-male cable plus DVI HDMI adapter as long as the resolution stays under 1280x800. Any idea is much appreciated.
    Thank you, Vera

    Hi,
I can report that my Mac Mini Intel Duo connected instantly and without even having to set it up (on the first try) with my 1366x768 native resolution DELL 50" Plasma Display. It's so beautiful that I just want to stand there and fondle my HDTV as I drool haplessly like Homer Simpson with a doughnut in his mouth. Seriously, no problems.... guess I bought the right cable (ebay).
Before you buy a Duo, make sure you're aware of the airport and bluetooth issues that so many (maybe everyone who tries to use them together) are having. It seems that bluetooth interferes with airport, or maybe the other way around. Anyway, it's messed up. Also, Airport reception is generally VERY poor with the new Intel Mac Mini.
Despite these things, I still love mine (I now have 2 base stations and an airport express for my powerhouse wireless needs, and an external DLink bluetooth-2-USB dongle solved the bluetooth/airport issues... in my case).
    FWIW,
