Dot11 carrier busy is 100%
Hello
how is it possbile that the configured channel on the ap show when i do the cmd "dot11 carrier busy" 100 busy load? When I change the channel, then the new channel shows 100 busys load.
Are this interferences or disturbing noise from neighbors?
Any input is very welcome

This might be a fault with Radio. Try to reset the AP and check again. You can also try upgrading the software.

Commands to interpret carrier busy tests

so what other commands do I need to use to interpret a carrier busy test? And what do I need to interpret, I mean from the initial readout it seems fairly clear which channels to use and which to avoid, doesn't it? What else do I need to know?

Use the channel with less carrier busy % , For example.. Ur channel 1 (2412) has very less interference so good to use!! even channel 6 (2437) is ok with 13.. but bot 11 since its in 45%..

AP1242 Carrier Busy Test results
I performed a Carrier Busy test on all of my five of 1242APs and they are showing really high utilization values.
These high values do not match what I am seeing with my 2.4Ghz Spectrum Analyzer.
For example the Cisco carrier busy test showed 80% utilization, when the test was done I got 30% from my spectrum analyzer.
Coud something be wronf with the Cisco test?

Need to reboot root bridge for RF connectivity
We have installed RF connectivity with Cisco Aironet 1300 between two sites.The distance is 1 km.
The connectivity is intermittent and shows radio errors in logs.
After rebooting the root bridge at one site the connectivity is restored.
We have not been able to locate the problem . Plz Help

Nothing is jumping out from the config all seems fairly standard. Points more to an RF problem.
Can you post the error logs/messages from the radios.
How much clearence above obstacles do you have between the link? At that distance on 2.4GHz there should be around 6m free space.
What antennas are you using? Have you performed a spectrum analysis at either end of the link to determine potential interference on the channel used?
From each end could run the following command and post the output:
show dot11 stat cli
show dot11 carrier busy

1231AG - RM21A - Wireless A Transceiver not Broadcasting
All,
A Cisco 1231AG AP has been used for quite awhile with, 802.11b/g only for a few years. The RM21A module was purchased and installed. The module is recognized and the radio interface is visible in the config. The goal was to have the same SSID on the 802.11b/g antenna as the 802.11a antenna. I used a wireless tool "Wifi Analyzer" on my phone to verify that it doesn't see the channel.

Also, the tool looks like if an SSID is broadcasting it will pick it up. In addition, if the SSID is already programmed into the phone it will pick it up. Please see the photo below for what it looks like. From what I see (look at the top for a view of the work 802.11a spectrum) it is clean. -
1410 Bridges Deauthenticate Issues
I have 3 bridges setup in this fasion.
CHS_MLK ---- CHS_ROOT ----CHS_720
CHS_MLK and 720 are both on buildings. CHS_Root is the root bridge and it is mounted within line of sight of the other two bridges. There is less than half a mile between the MLK and ROOT and 720 and ROOT. For the past week, I've been getting deauthentication messages from the root bridge.

It's strange because the connection isn't flapping all the time. Sometimes, it's very stable. The flapping seems to be happening mostly at night. However, it did happen this morning. I have ran the following command on the root bridge.

Using SOAP-JMS binding for business process
Hi all,
We are currently designing one business process which consume MQ messages. The MQ message body is SOAP XML. SOAP Headers carry business specific important data section, so we don't want to loose these headers at any cost. The message consumer is the Websphere process choreographer business process, reading message as a JMS message. When we develop the business process, we are planning to use SOAP-JMS binding. But problem with SOAP-JMS binding is: when the MDB reads the message off the message queue, it strips off all the SOAP headers and delivers only the SOAP body. Is there a way to make this behaviour change to keep the SOAP headers? You may suggest to use JMS bindings, but JMS binding will send the message body as WSIF message (as a serialized java object). I'm not sure of how easy it is to marshalling/unmarshalling of this serialised object. My main concern is around, how to identify the "type" of the message while marshalling. Would writing our own MDB solve the problem? Again MDB's sends messages as WSIF messages to the business process EJB's, which I guess I get stumble across the same marshal/unmarshall problem. Hope I made myself clear of what i'm going trying to do. Any advice is highly appreciated.

Examples would be also xApps. For this Netweaver provides process modelling tools, where you can get exectuable code through the integration between CE and PI. Why change the car d to the photo and not the other way around, photo to the card?
Bleed to edges? Print in a print shop or at home?

But you can do post adjustment entry with respect to that new business area.

I think, you need to post mannually if you have the list of documents posted with out business area.
ex:
1.Before posting of accounting entry as below, you should deactivate business area component in OB65 againest your co.code
2.Post accounting entry as below
40 123456 without business area 100
50 123456 with business area ABC 100
3. Goto T.Code: OB65 activate the business area component.
4. After posting of accounting entry like above you should run transaction F.5D and F.5E again, make sure that above entry not come again while executing F.5D.
First you can try this process in dev client, if you are comfort with this process then follow the same in quality and production.
Note: You can do this transactions in production client, only when there were no users working on the system.

1532 Autonomous Outdoor link DFS and vlans issue
Hi all,
I have a fresh installation of a Point to Point (1km distance) link using autonomous Aps 1532 and directional antennas 14dbi.
The regulatory domain is Europe and the only usable channels are 100 104 108 112 116 132 136 140 (DFS channels).
The link is near military area and DFS is triggered very often which causes frequent disconnections near every minute.
From the logs i see that there is no available channel:

%DOT11-2-NO_CHAN_AVAIL_NON_OCCP: Interface Dot11Radio1, no channel available.
So if all channels are occupied by the radars why carrier busy test does show anything?

The second issue is regarding vlans.
3 Vlans: Data vlan 1 ,Voice vlan 2 , Management vlan 100 (native vlan for bridging).
After rebooting the non-root bridge data vlan 1 doesn't works even though management and voice are ok.
The workaround i found is to manually change the bridge group to different number.
After the change connectivity is comes back... (maybe bug???)

Regarding your issue with vlan 1, I can't see anything wrong in your configuration. This could indeed be a bug. I made a little research in the bug tool, but couldn't find anything related.
However, you should check the following before opening a case with the TAC:
check the logs from the AP immediately after a reboot
check your switch port status on each side
Is the bridge setting a loop in your network? I have worked on architectures with redundant wireless bridge uplinks using STP. A STP blocked port for vlan 1 could be a lead in that case.
Moreover, in your configuration, I can't see the usual bridge-group configuration under your subinterfaces. Not sure if this is of any use here as you have a 1532 AP, but I would try to add it for each subinterface:

I am being forced to another provider after being with verizon for over 30 years!
On Friday,12/12/2014, my iPhone 5 was stole/lost. I immediately called Verizon to report and stop service. During this call I was told that I was eligible for an upgrade, so I though, might as well get the new iPhone 6+. I placed the order and had it billed to my account as I always have in the past, no problem!! HUGE PROBLEM!!!!! The Verizon rep tells me the phone will be delivered on Monday. She never told me I could go to my local store and pick it up under same terms just placed the order herself even though I made it clear that being without a phone even for just the weekend was not good because it was my only phone and hubby is cardiac terminal and that phone is the only way I can access icloud and gather my contact numbers. Monday morning, 12/15/2014) 7:30 my time I check online to see when to expect delivery that day, only to learn that the phone has not even been shipped yet!! I call *611 and reach yet another Verizon rep somewhere in California,, the other one was in Murfreesboro, TN. He tells me no problem, I can just cancel the order right now, before it ships and I will call your local area stores and call you back by 9:30am to let you know where to go pick one up yourself. Sounded ok to me so I agreed that he would cancel order and I would go pick up at retail unit he had called me with that had the phone I was wanting. 12:15pm No call from the guy to tell me which store to go to so again I am calling Verizon at 1:15pm. This young man puts me on hold while he calls the stores and then tells me the Wichita Ks store on Rock RD has 6 of the phones and they are aware of the situation and have a phone waiting for you. Great I get into my truck and drive over 50 miles to pick up the phone just to be told that the order was never cancelled and the phone shipped at 9:30am that morning and until they got the phone back from FedEx or me one my credit was tied up and I would have to pay full retail price if I wanted a phone that day. I immediately called some idiot named Rob that repeatedly interrupted me and was pretty munch put on hold for 41 minutes waiting for a stupidvisor to answer my questions. The same guy repeatedly keeps picking back up giving me every excuse in the world why the stupidvisor has not taken my call yet and then tells me he cannot leave me on hold any longer as their calls are not allowed to last that long but he will call me back in 2 minutes he does NOT! Finally after 41 minutes the store manager brings her fat *** out of the back and instead of asking " How can I help you?" politely, she demands "What is your problem?" She rudely interrupts me several times while I was trying to tell her the problem and my husband starts getting upset so I try to calm him down and she interrupts with what do you want me to do. I said fix this problem and get me a phone! She takes my phone number and information and tells me, can cancel the order. I told her not to do that unless you can get me a phone today without me having to pay, I want it billed to my account. She says I will go look into this I responded with fine I am going outside for a few minutes. She acknowledges me telling her I was going outside. After standing outside 15 minutes and she never reappears I call customer service back. I ended that conversation 55 minutes later and still no store manager. I later learned she had left the building 20 minutes before I ended my call with customer service without ever trying to come back out to us! The rep on the phone tells me someone reset my upgrade date to the 15th, like they did me a favor by cheating me out of an earlier upgrade date, it was on 11/30! But the order was shipped and I could expect delivery on Monday 12/17/2014, TODAY! I get home from my office today and no phone, I check FedEx and learn that Verizon had cancelled delivery and rerouted my phone to factory with them expected to get it back on 12/22/2014. I call customer service and I am told that the store manager cancelled the order and claimed I requested it! So now they cannot do anything but wait until they get the phone back. Mean while I have no phone and all my family and business contacts are trapped in the icloud that I cannot access without an iPhone and I have no way to call my family during the holidays or remain in touch with my carriers during the busiest season of the year for us! This is how you take care of a 30+ year customer? Someone please give me one good reason not to find another carrier and make sure all 9 of my children, their spouses and over half of my 23 grandchildren leave Verizon as well!
The problem is twenty three people leaving or twenty three thousand leaving has zero impact on a carrier with over 100 million customers. And they have the lowest churn rate. So if 10,000 or 20,000 or more churn out it means little to the carrier.
If you have a real lawyer he/she will advise you that you have no case. The device was not lost or stolen by the carrier, you were not eligible for a new device, and like any business who employs large numbers of poorly trained personnel who make low wages what was told to you is not in writing. So a verbal exchange does not hold up.
In fact in Verizon's customer agreement it has such a disclaimer against any verbal exchanges so if you have that agreement in writing, go get them.
The posting on public forums and places like Face Book, Linkin, Google+ or a personal web site can open you up to a lawsuit for Dilution of Trade Name, and other offences. However if you have proof then go for it.
Unfortunately that is how big business works today. A pity

For years I have been unable to view some websites properly; type fonts are garbled or overlayed, entry boxes are distorted. IE renders the sites o.k. The screen is 15.4in on T61, but bad rendering occurs on an external wide screen monitor. Verizon p
