Dot11radio error: encryption mode cipher not configured

Question

on a clean 871w router i want to use wpa encryption on my ssid but on using the the commands to let it work
i get a dot11radio error,
what did i miss

Ok... so the post I just made here made absolutely no sense after I re-read the original post. Sorry for any confusion (deleting it now).
In your original output it appears as if you are configuring the encryption mode under the radio, you are adding an ssid, and then you are able to configure the ssid?  Something like:
interface Dot11Radio0
encryption mode ciphers tkip
ssid ssid-PSK
    authentication open
    authentication key-management wpa
    guest-mode
    wpa-psk hex 7
What version of code are you even doing this on?
Because any recent version of code that I'm aware of has moved the SSID configuration outside of the radio, which is like the example provided by the first responder. It would be something like:
dot11 ssid ssid-PSK
    authentication open
    authentication key-management wpa
    guest-mode
    wpa-psk hex 7
interface Dot11Radio0
encryption mode ciphers tkip
ssid ssid-PSK
The trick here though is that you have to have the encryption ciphers set on the Radio before you can set the ssid to be WPA.... even though in the running-config the ssid comes first....
So back to my point,   I might be completely way of, so just ignore me if I am,  but I wouldn't expect the syntax to be functionally allowing you to configure the ssid under the radio, if it is also allowing you to use the example where its a dot11 ssid SSIDNAME......
