I'm running 7.5 on a 2504 and keep getting

in the log on the controller.
There is just one controller on the network.
I noticed that the mac address corresponds to the mac address of the BIA under the mobility set up.
I cannot find anything relevant on the internet or Cisco's web site.
I've tried multiple ways to cope with this problem but nothing was helpfull...

I use only ACS Radius attributes and chose ony what ACS allows me to choose (Tunnel-medium-type: 802).

The same situation occurs when i try to use some Vendor Specific Attributes (Cisco-AV-Pair) - downloadable ACEs to my user, and again, i see Radius attributes in my debug but nothing is applied to my L3 Switch.
What am i missing?

Guys, I was trying to troubleshoot this error in my WLC

I did some search and I was trying to check if there was any replay attack in the network but I don't know where to start and kept searching for other reasons, and got an anwser in other blog. And this issue could be related to a Load-balancing config.
Eventhough,I've got Load-Balancing disable in all my WLAN's but still got these counters. How can I check if those are false positives?

Error in using Outline Load Utility
HI
i am trying to export the members (metadata) of one of my dimension into csv file by using the outlineload utility of hyperion planning. The version of hyperion is 11.1.2.2
instead of creating a csv file the outline load utility throws me following exception:
"Unable to obtain dimension information and/or perform a data load: Registry: Planning product not found."
I also check the log and exception file created by the Outline Load utility which contains the following information;

this command was working fine till yesterday. for the sake of testing i try to export the metadata of another application deployed on the same sever and got the same error for that; so it shows that some thing went wrong with the whole server instead of individual applicationHI,
Some additional information.
When you see this error message "Planning Product not found". Please check the logs in
C:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\epmsystem1\diagnostics\logs\services, check in HyS9EPMServer-sysout.
You should be able to see the error message as " Received exception while creating connection for pool "EPMSystemRegistry": ORA-28001 the password has expired".
This is an easy way of identifying the case.

Cisco Flex 7500 controller with client disconnects
Hey All,
There will be alot of info in this post, hopefully all helpful, more info the better right! If you require anymore info to help me out to not hesistate to request it.
We have been having some issues with clients connecting and disconnecting several times a day and having to manually reconnect from the icon on their taskbar. We have about 380 APs, and 200+ more to deploy that we have and are licensed for but are having some issues that we want to resolve first obviously.
Some locations our setup is a bit more complex than this with multiple SSIDs and vlans, but this issue is everywhere so i will keep it to our simple setup for now:
AP Models: AIR-LAP1042N-A-K9, AIR-CAP1602I-A-K9 (Most locations do not have a mix of both, most have 1042s)
Running a single SSID - WPA/WPA2 with: WPA - TKIP and WPA2 - AES on the same SSID.
They talk back to a Cisco Flex 7500 Series through a tunnel (should not be any port blocking preventing communication)
We are running from what i understand a bad firmware version (7.6.100.0) and during our next maintenance window i am going to try and get them to change to a more stable firmware version.
Data Rates of 1,2,5.5,11 Mbps are disabled
TPCv1 coverage running

I will not focus on the a/n/ac network as most of our devices are connecting to WPA due to the config they already have.
Ideally i would like to get rid of WPA all together but i am not 100% in control of the decisions to get the started and people here like to delay things lol.
It is hard to say if the issue is specific to a model as we have so few 1602Is, and it is just at our main office. I have not heard many complaints but i have noticed i will now and then get a limited or no connectivity settings on my wireless icon on my PC. I use hard-wired so i don't really notice if it is not working.
In most locations it looks like the controller is doing a decent job at selection channels to use. I did find one spot where it had on 11 APs down a long hallway, and did not use channel 6 once. I statically set that location to stagger the channels to see what kind results we had and am still waiting to hear on that as they complained the most out of all of our locations. In some cases 3 APs in a row were on channel 1 in the hallway, in alot of casses 1 was 2 times in a row as well as 11 so there was alot of overlap.
I am attaching my show sysinfo and show wlan 17 for that informtion, some of the other settings i have changed today that were previously enabled/set different are:

Set channel automatic rescan from 10 mintues to 12 hours as i can image if it is changing the channels alot it can lead to disconnects.

Priority Policy NameAs long as you take the configuration backup downgrading from 7.6.100.0 to 7.4.121.0 should be fine. Because this is Flexconnect deployment, make sure you review the release notes thoroughly as config like vlan mapping is impacted it is painful to reconfigure.
I still think moving to 7.6MR3 & once 8.x get stable going for that code is a good plan. Though 7.4.121.0 is assure wave it does not mean it has no bugs.(remember that prior to this 7.4.110.0 was assure wave & it deferred in quick time) . I would say 8.x going to be the code staying for long time period, so ultimately you have to be there.
In 8.x there are few FlexConnect improvements,one being AP won't reload when you change from local mode to FlexConnect.

Credit card payment with eway returns "invoice number not found" on BC
dear all,
I am currently working on the payment gateway of pared.com.au. the problem we're having is that every credit card payment gets redirected to the "Credit Card Payment Fail" page, although the payment was marked as successful on eway.
eway transaction details stated "response code: 00", response text "transaction approved".
however, the CC payment fail page stated:
"there was an error processing your credit card. please correct this and try again.
invoice number not found: . please go back and correct this."
strangely enough, the order is perfectly recorded as successful order in BC (customers -> orders).
any help would be much appreciated - i've been looking at this for hours but i'm getting nowhere. thanks everyone!

I just see your online shop purchase form, which contains update credit card fields,

As per the field description, it's used fo rupdating CC details, not for purchases.
Remove that system field and reinsert the form, and it should then work

SOA Cluster: Managed Server startup issue
Hi,
I did the SOA clustering as follows:
10.111.122.133 – Admin Server and soa_server1
10.111.122.136 – soa_server2
Configured "soadomain" that contains Admin Server, soa_server1 and soa_server2.
used pack and unpack to replicate domain structure in the box where soa_server2 resides.
when I start managed server soa_server2, I'm getting the following issue:

I have checked the domain config file /softwares/app/Middleware/user_projects/domains/soadomain/config/config.xml of Box 2 where soa_server2 resides and found that <source-path> tags are having the paths pointing to Oracle_SOA1 (soa home of soa_server1) as shown in the sample below instead of soa home Oracle_SOA2 of soa_server2.
<source-path>/softwares/app/Middleware/Oracle_SOA1/soa/connectors/FileAdapter.rar</source-path>
Can I change Oracle_SOA1 to Oracle_SOA2 in all the paths to overcome the below issue or you see any fundamental issue here ... please advise.

Were you able to resolve your issue. I also followed the EDG and I'm in the same situation. I did everything per the instructions. The first cluster for WSM does not have any issues. But both the nodes or managed servers on the two nodes show similar behavior.

I have created new application successfully.
Loaded LCM backup successfully.
Imported all the rules successfully.
While loading data in plan1 through Essbase Administrator Services. i got this error:

Site Studio Publishing Utility installation problem
Hi,
I have been having a problem installing site studio publishing utility I am using Oracle database, and I have successfully run the script called "syn_server.oracle8.sql" that came with SSPU and edited "cns.oracle.sql" with the correct database information.
However, when I start the publishing utility (by running "cns.oracle.sh"), I get this exception. It says that the database was created for an "earlier version of Oracle site studio publishiing utility". I have tried to search for a solution, but in vain.
Does anyone know what this is?

On your db login as administrator user (if it is oracle then "sys" user) and execute the following sql command :
grant create sequence to user <user name> ;
place the user name that is created for SSPU to connect with the DB .
After that execute syn_server.oracle8.sql again and then start SSPU , this issue should be done away with then.

Strange Runtime error while accessing Bapis through WebDynpro
Hi all,
I have created FlightList WD appl, created a model and done all the required settings. Iam using BAPI_FLIGHT_GETLIST. I have deployed the appl successfully. Then I created the JCo connections for both WD_FLIGHT_MODELDATA_DEST and WD_FLIGHTMODEL_RFC_METADATA_DEST. selected Application for the first one and Dictionary type for the latter.
We have configured Single server connection.
I got this as error when testing my JCo connection for Dictionary type.

I think the problem lies with the SLD configuration. Check out whether you have configured SLD correctly.
The Logon group which you have given as <b>PUBLIC</b> should also be present in R/3. Check out that using
<b>SMLG</b> transaction. If <b>PUBLIC</b> is not there create the logon group there.

Failed to start Fail2Ban Service
Hi All,
I used to use fail2ban service to avoid SSH DDos hack in my Arch system.
However, I found faiil2ban service failed to be started recently after I perform a system upgrade (pacman -Syu).
I keep getting failure when try to start fail2ban service by "systemctl start fail2ban.service".
Checked the status, I got below informatoin:

Working with InfoProducers in version 3.1
I get the errors JBO-25002 & JBO-25222 whenever I try to run a project with InfoProducers and InfoSwing items.
I can find no information on the following errors ;
DAC-405: SessionInfo: Application module creation failed;

JBO-25002: Definition bcomponents.AppModule_bc of type ApplicationModule not found
nullOpon further expirimentation, I've discovered that the facelets view handler can not handle the <%@ taglib > declaration, returning me an
com.sun.facelets.FaceletException: Error Parsing /mapviewer.jsp: Error Traced[line: 3] <Line 3, Column 2>: XML-20201: (Fatal Error) Expected name intead of %.
With the facelets handler off, the non-xml facelet declaration is handled fine, but is no help.
Which means I'm bound to use the xml style for facelets, which means I'm going to have to catch the inserted javascript in some manner.
In any case, the original question in this topic is not the problem anymore, so I closed it here and awarded 5 points for a helpful answer.

my best advice is find out where the error happens, e.g. using DBMS_UTILITY.FORMAT_ERROR_BACKTRACE .

What is the reason that the device does not accept dhcp option correctly?It is possible that SPA922 is using other option than SPA303. So at the first, you must found what option is triggering

error. Use option 150 but not option 66 and vice versa. It should reveal what option will cause the error.
Also, you should catch the DHCP server's response packet. It's nice to know Cisco 881's configuration, but the bug may be in Cisco 881 itself. If it's response is malformed (in option used by SPA922 but ignored by SPA303, or SPA303 may be more resistent to bug than SPA922) then it's waste of time to play with SPA922's configuration. -
PUSH error (push_notify[2381])
I have been trying to set up PUSH notifications, and got rid of all other push notification errors other than this - can anyone "decrypt" it for me?

Not on Mail.app, iCal nor the iPhone. I do get the same error messages as you do.

Making sure fonts travel with PDF document
I use Adobe CS2 which is old but still works for me. When I want to create a PDF, I choose ADOBE PDF from the printer menu, and output to a file. How can I be sure that what I see on my computer will display the same on someone else's computer? Thank

Floating menus suck! We should be able to right click to select tools, menus...
Could you please improve Illustrator so that users can access all of the tools using the right click or middle click button (like in Maya)? It is SO much easier. Floating menus are annoying and get in the way. All tools and menus should be accessable
