Double charge for my Skype number

I have just had to purchase another 3 months subscription for my skype number and it was only three weeks ago I purchased a 3 months subscription. Can you advise why this happened and if the money i have just paid for now 6 months will be extended to cover anothger 3 months.

A Skype Number is for your contacts to call you [inbond calls only]. You can't make calls from a Skype Number.

Just purchased a skype phone number. Chose a local area code so family can call me while Iam in Italy. Will there be an additional charge on their cell phone when they call me. They have unlimited calls and text on there monthly cell plan. Will I have to pay skype if I answer call to my skype number on my cell phone? Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.

I just signed up for a Skype number (which shows as active in my account), however, when finishing up the sign up for it and I completed the payment, I noticed it was going to send a confirmation email to my old email address which does not exist anymore. How do I resend this email to my new (updated) email - I already changed it so the new email is my primary email address.??????

If the timeframe has passed for your new number to be activated, you will need to contact Skype Customer Service to enquire further. We here in the Community do not have access to the records which would provide explanation.

HT204088 I was double charged for an itunes gift. The email was only received by the recipient once and her itunes is only showing one gift, not the 2 I was charged for

I gifted $15 to my friend through the itunes store. After 30 minutes, she had not received it so I resent the message. iTunes didn't say I would be double charged for RESENDING the email.
She only received the email once. She opened it and the redemption code was automatically downloaded onto iTunes. She only received $15, not the $30 I was charged!
I've tried calling iTunes support and now I'm here.
Can a robot please help since custome service is out the window?!

Could you be more explicit, this is a user forum. Apple does not answer questions here. We are not mind readers. What app? How do you know that you were double billed? Was it with the same Apple ID or with two different IDs?

Double Charge for Broadband

I Have Been charged for my Broadband option 3 twice last month and the month before. I have called twice since then, both time they said it will be sorted by next month, what has not happened. Please could someone double check it for me as I cannot really afford to pay 60 pounds every month as my first baby has arrived and got lot of expense.

I am never able to get through to skype customer support and am being billed since May 18th 2014 for a skype in number that is going through to its previous owner of 5 years!!
Skype is reselling numbers that are still active & in use by other people!
Is this common?
How can I get refunded for the scandel & also be provided with a new number that is only mine?

I checked your account and here are the answers to your questions
1) Your Online Number is not active as it expired in the beginning of August. Your last payment was in 2010 for 12 months and more than a year has passed. Online Numbers need to be extended manually.
2) You can get a new number or the same number if nobody else has not purchased since August. You can purchase Online Number from: http://www.skype.com/intl/en/features/allfeatures/online-number
3) This charge 2.99USD is paid every month for Unlimited US&Canada which enables you to place calls to US and Canada phones. It's extended automatically since you have not cancelled it so far: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1881/How-do-I-cancel-my-subscription

4) In the future please make sure you extend your Online Number if you need it and make sure you cancel calling subscription if you don't need it.
5) Online Numbers are not extended automatically and since you didn't extend your number manually it expired. Calling subscriptions on the other had are extended automatically as advised during payment process.

I am new to Skype and have signed up to buy Skype credit as I will only use Skype for dialling out fairly infrequently and therefore thought "pay as you go" was a good option. However, when doing this it asked me to set up a Skype number and therefore pay the monthly charge to have the number, however, as I don't want to receive calls, only use it for dialling out, do I need to have a Skype number and pay this monthly charge or can I just add credit as and when I want to to enable me to dial out? Please help! Thanks
