Double Clicking on fmx files

Question

Although I look at this link, I haven't covered how shoud I do this in oracle forms 11g.
What I want is that : I simply click on *.fmx file and it will go the IE and It will open as I do it while working on Builder and Clicking run Button.
And by saying that : "" Specify C:\orant\BIN\ifrun60.EXE module=myform.fmx userid=scott/tiger@db as a target in shortcut properties.""
Due to this thread about 6i, I couldn't find any ifrun60.exe in my folder ( 11g).
Please Help me
Note : I even try to type ""http://localhost:8080/forms/frmservlet?form=otobusfirmasi.fmx&userid=xx/123123@xe"" directly to the internet explorer. But no I couldn't open
Tried http://localhost:8080/forms/frmservlet?form=otobusfirmasi.fmx&config=sepwin again failed.
Also tried file:///C:/Oracle/Middleware2/asinst_2/config/FormsComponent/forms/html/runform.htm "" Run a Form on Web " application but again failed.
Link was -> http://yigit-pc:8080/forms/frmservlet?form=otobusfirmasi.fmx&userid=&otherparams=useSDI=yes&lookAndFeel=oracle&colorScheme=blue
Failure was -> The requested URL /forms/frmservlet was not found on this server

Hi Kardelen,
if you are using oracle developer suite then you have to create an entry of your form in formsweb.cfg file like below, which is kept under <Developer Home Directory>\forms\server\ directory and then you can use it in IE like this
http://192.168.10.56:8889/forms/frmservlet?config=Myapp
if you are using Application Server then you have to move your forms in application server and make the same entry there
