Double massage in sxmb_moni

Hello,
I have scenario RFC to FTP.
When I check the massages in SXMB_MONI.
I found 1 massage that appear twice.
From the first time until the second one passed 30 minutes.
I talk with ABAP programmer that made this RFC and he tell me that is not possible to sent 1 massage 2 time.
Any idea how it possible?
Regards
Elad

Hi,
Have a look to the FTP adapter monitor and check if this message is twice.
go to http://<server>:<port>/rwb/index.jsp and go to communication channel monitor.
Good luck.

  • SXMB_MONI Error

    Hi,
I am facing a small problem in XI. Could you please help me out for the same.
    The problem is like
for a XI type communication channel for sender FTP I see following error in SXMB_MONI -
Unable to read user password from communication channel of type Error when accessing the secure store (access ID = 3650CAFA1FBAA04E8F260C6C4C1923FA) Error while reading from the secure store: ERROR_UNKNOWN: Cannot find entry in secure store (SECSTORE,023).
Could anyone of you please let me know what could be the problem here. I have specified the correct user name and pwd in communication channel.
    Thanks,

First of all, u have to access the J2EE server. So go to the system where XI is installed.
Now ConfigTool can be used in 2 ways. The easier one is GUI Config Tool. After installing the SAP Web AS Java, a configtool directory is created, containing a configtool script file. U have to double click it to open.
    Then see this

  • Some interfaces are not shown in the sxmb_moni

    Hi all,
We are facing the following scenario:  we have one interface in XG1 (development environment) which is very simple: it consists of a sender ‘File’ and a receiver ‘IDOC’. The file format has been double checked and apparently is what XI defines but when we execute, we can not see anything in the sxmb_moni and if we look into the ‘adapter monitor’ -> ‘file’ adapter, we can see that the sender seems to execute successfully but the receiver still shows the following: ‘no message processing until now’. So no IDOC is generated and no xml message can be seen in the TCODE sxmb_moni.
Also we have some interfaces that has ‘file’ receivers and we have the same problems. So, for any reason, the receivers are not working properly. I have refreshed CPACache but the error persists.
It is preventing a whole team of doing some tests and as the golive date (March-April) is approaching it is impacting us in a strong way.
Could you please give us some support?
XIAFUSER is getting locked periodically (i see it in the SLD user management), do you think it will be the main reason of this?
Thanks in advance and kind regards

    Hi,
Go to Tcode SXI_CACHE for refreshing the Directory Caches. Go to Adapter Engine link and refresh the same
Go thru following threads may be useful.
    Message not seen in SXMB_MOni
Missing Messages - in RWB but not sxmb_moni
For Adapter Engine you can do as below.
    http://<host>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full|delta
    In addition to above..
Go thru following link about Processed XML messages.

  • ABAP runtime error in sxmb_moni when SOAP message has header with some tags

    Hi!!!
    I have a problem with sxmb_moni transaction.
    If I double-click on a successfully processed
message, then this monitor can't show me
the message details but fails with the following error:
    <COPY_AND_PASTE_FROM_SCREEN>
    Runtime errors         OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO
    Exception              CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL
    Occurred on     02.03.2005 at 16:44:21
Access with 'ZERO' object reference not possible.
    What happened?
    Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "CL_XMS_PROP_STRING============CP " had to be
    terminated because one of the
    statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
    </COPY_AND_PASTE_FROM_SCREEN>
This situation takes place only when I want
to look at a SOAP message which was sent to XI
from .Net platform or was sent to
.Net platform from XI (via SOAP adapter).
In all other cases sxmb_moni works fine.
I know that the problem is connected with some tags from Header record of SOAP message:
          <soap:Header>
             <wsa:Action>http://aaa.bbb.ccc/MessageResponse</wsa:Action>
             <wsa:MessageID>uuid:1838f870-1688-4cfe-8c4f-afe14d98c515</wsa:MessageID>
             <wsa:RelatesTo>uuid:308b950f-8cff-4b63-9861-93b041825f9d</wsa:RelatesTo>
             <wsa:To>http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/03/addressing/role/anonymous</wsa:To>
             <wsse:Security>
                <wsu:Timestamp wsu:Id="Timestamp-389847df-8760-4d57-9777-6ce159d85205">
                   <wsu:Created>2005-03-02T08:54:29Z</wsu:Created>
                   <wsu:Expires>2005-03-02T08:59:29Z</wsu:Expires>
                </wsu:Timestamp>
             </wsse:Security>
          </soap:Header>
If I take a SOAP message I have problem with, and
I remove all tags from this Header (or remove
the whole Header) and send it from any XML editor
that can send SOAP messages then sxmb_moni hasn't
any problems with showing me details of a such message.
Any hints how to force a .Net platform not to send
a such header or how to force sxmb_moni transaction
not to fail if a such header occurs?
    Regards,
    Andrzej Filusz

    Hi Santhosh
1.Check your authorization settings in XI and R/3. Whether the user has sufficient rights to execute the Function Module etc. This is the most common reason for this error.
2.If the XI system was brought online even before the R/3 system then re-activate the communication channels from the Integration directory.
    Cheers..
    Vasu

  • Meaning of Fields in SXMB_MONI

    Hi All,
I have some confusion about the information displayed in transaction SXMB_MONI. Can you help to confirm whether my understanding is correct?
    1. In synchronous scenario, one typical Caller -> XI -> Callee procedure will have 4 messages logged in SXMB_MONI. They are as following:
Sender (message sent from sender adapter to IE)
Response (resposne message from IE to sender adapter)
Central (message sent from IE to receiver adapter)
Response (message sent from receiver adapter to IE)
Sender and central messages share a message ID. The two response messages share one ID.
    Is my understanding correct?
    2. In asynchronous scenario, one typical Sender -> XI -> Receiver procedure has 1 message logged.
That message contains 2 parts CENTRAL and PE_ADAPTER. What's the meaning of these two parts?
That message can be divided into inbound message, receiver grouping, response and call adapter. What's the meaning of each part?
    Thanks + Best Regards
    Jerome

    Thanks for the explanation.
I checked the pipeline SAP_CENTRAL. It contains the following pipeline steps:
    Receiver Identification
    Interface Determination
Message Branch According to Receiver List
    Request Message Mapping
    Technical Routing
    Call Adapter
    Request Message Mapping
But in SXMB_MONI, I double click on the "central" item in the left-top window and didn't find the last pipeline step "Request Message Mapping". By double clicking on the "response" item, I found there's a "Request Message Mapping" after the "Call Adapter". May I aske what's the reason for such a display?
    Thanks, Jerome

  • Double dot in file from mail sender channel

    Dear All,
I have a volatile problem in mail channel with receiving xml file as attachment.
The flow is: Mail with attached XML file (ORDER05 in xml format) --> XI  --> Idoc
Sometime, may be for one percent of mails, mapping receives from channel double dots in fields with quantity(1..000 instead of 1.000). If I resend the same mail again, it is processed without errors.
Have somebody faced with such problem? What can be decision of this problem?
I've recreated communication channel - it didn't help.
    Thank you in advance
    Lev

    Dear Prateek,
Looking at payload after channel I see double dot and same picture in RWB and in SXMB_MONI. I can see right payload only in the mail, which I receive on my own mail address (as CC). If I resend this mail from my Outlook address, channel work properly.
But this problem appear rarely, may be in one percent cases and only with mail from one particular vendor. The same channel is used for 3 vendors.
I don't use custom modules in channel, only 2 standard modules:
    localejbs/AF_Modules/PayloadSwapBean
    localejbs/sap.com/com.sap.aii.adapter.mail.app/XIMailAdapterBean

  • SXMB_MONI - Message has error on outbd. side

    Hello,
We have occurences when interfaces appear to be successful in the SXMB_MONI monitor for processed xml messages.  The status flag = successfull.  But there is a column just in front of "Message ID" that also has another status flag.
When this flag is red and you hover over it, it shows the following "Message has error on outbd. side".  How can we locate a corresponding log and get some more detail behind this message?  We cannot seem to connect the dots between this red flag and a corresponding log entry to give us details of the problem.
When it says "outbound", which system should we be examining (PI or the receiving system)?
    Thank you,
    John

    Hi,
Select the Messge in MONI and MenugotoOutbound Channel monitor
Double Click on the Idoc Number, this will take you to SM58 Screen
Here you can be able to seee the reason why it got errored out at Outbound Side.
    Now in SM58Edit-Execute LUWs
Selection screen will appear and here select all the check boxes irrespective of any Error and select the date that when these message got into Error state and all.
And Now Execute that either in Foreground or in Background
This will execute all the Errored messages at Outbound side will process and the Idocs will reach to R/3

    hi experts  ,

    Hi Vijay,
Can you tell us the interface name?
If it is stuck in FEH (Application Error) in SRM then you can check the detail error by going into tcode /n/sappo/ppo2.
You need to enter the Business Process, Order Assignment and Mode Of Postprocessing Order and then execute.
It will show you all the messages stuck in application error for that interface and if you double click on any one of them you will get to see the detailed error with options to Discard, Repeat etc.
Let us know if this helps you.

  • Seeburger X.400 messages stuck in SXMB_MONI

    Dear experts,
I am getting order messages from a partner who sends those via X.400.
So I do have a Seeburger X.400 sender adapter:
    Payload Mode: "Attachment"
    Attachment alias: "attachment"
    Encoding: "binary"
    MODULE: only "localejbs/CallSapAdapter"
But the messages are always stuck in SXMB_MONI!
    I get the MONI error:
Runtime exception occurred during application mapping com/sap/xi/tf/_X_ORDERS_TO_I_ORDERS02_; com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException:Parsing an empty source. Root element expected!
But when I look at the payload the XML file is displayed correctly, it is encoded in ISO-8859-1.
Where I double click the payload entry in MONI it says "attachment#0001 ( application/octet-stream )" though. Normally it should say
    "attachment#0001 (application/xml)"!
I have already taken the XML message and tested it in message mapping and operation mapping and both work fine!
Does anyone have an idea? Why would PI not find the root element?
Thank you very much for any hints and best regards,
    Peter

    Hello Ramesh, Hello experts,
I now got an answer from the sender.
They set "application/octet-stream" for each message they send because they mostly do not know what file type the messages are.
I assume if this was "application/xml" I would not have a problem. The sender says he can not change this though. They do get a new X.400 system middle of 2010 and might be able to do more settings then but I do not want to wait so long.
    > Is there anything I can do to change the file type "application/octet-stream"?? <----
Thank you again or anyone that has an idea!
    Best regards,
