Doubt on GUI status in Report

Hi Friends,
I have created a GUI Status for a Report program.
I have written the functionalities for Application Tool bar.
But i have not written any thing for my Functional Keys having Standard Tool bar will the keys in the standard tool bar will work as normal or it will get deactivated.

Hi Gokul,
If you are setting a PF status for a report then menu items and functional keys in the standard toolbar gets deactivated and depending upon ur requirement u can activate keys.
And if you want to activate the functional keys back, exit and cancel give the function codes as BACK, %EX and RW respectively in the PF Status you have defined and Activate the PFstaus.
Now these functional keys start working normally and you need not write any code for these to work.

use command
SET GUI-STATUS 'menu1' -> double click on menu1 ->select menu bar radio button from available radio buttons -> click on expand butt0n -> select required buttons n give function codes n select user-command optionfor those buttons ->activate -> back ->activate the report prgm.
i think in our case you didn't activated the menu painter screen. check it once n dont forget to assign f.code n to give user-command after giving static text for buttons that u will use in prgm.

Handling new function code in customised gui status of report

I have a very simple report, YRPT1, which write a few lines to the list. I have created a new gui status and set it in my report. In se41, I also added a new function code 'TERM' in the application toolbar. If I am not wrong, i need to handle this new function code in the PAI section of the simple report. So my question is, where is the PAI section of this simple report?

In selection screen, the user action is to be handler in
"AT SELECTION-SCREEN" event.
Code should be like this
tables sscrfields.
at selection-screen.
case sccrfields-ucomm.
endcase.

How to get GUI Status(Push Buttons) in ALV Report

Hi Friends
I have a requirement in a way that:
Once selection-screen was processed,an ALV report has to come and above the ALV List,I need a custom GUI Status(4 Push Button) with Push Buttons Logic.
Once I had clicks on thesse push button,I need to display one more ALV List and above this List,again I need a custom GUI Status(2 Push Buttons) with Push Buttons Logic.
Can anyone throw some light how we can achieve this.

Regarding module pool programming,reports and gui status

hi,
I have created a mpp program in which i called a report using the SUBMIT statement.In the Report i have used Gui status for BACK.When i execute the MPP and press BACK it should call a another screen of the MPP,but it leaves to the program i.e., it comes out.
example,
case sy-ucomm.
When 'BACK'.

This is what i have used in my report program.

Hi,
I am working on type 1 program (report) and want to use detail lists.
I want to use a GUI status and want to use AT LINE-SELECTION. But AT LINE-SELECTION does not work when I use a GUI status.
How do I achieve this?

In the secondary windows, it is not possible to have GUI Status.
If you need like that, you should go for ALV Reports.
Here, You can have GUI Status only in the selection-screen as below..

OSS Note 1401249 - Issue in GUI status

Hi ,
As per 1401249 Note instructions, i need to add a new push button 'Display Income Levy Data', in the standard report HIECILC0 .
In SE41 , I am giving the program name HIECILC0 and Status 'ALV', when I click on Change button, I see 'Modify Status ALV in program HIECILC0' , where as in the Note instructions screen shot it is given as 'Maintain Status ALV in program HIECILC0'.
Have anyone faced this issue before, why is it 'Modify Status ALV in program HIECILC0' instead of 'Maintain Status ALV in program HIECILC0'.
I am not able follow the same steps given in the Note instruction because of this issue.
Please let me know how to proceed with this.

Upload / download gui-status/dynpro when function group

I'm coding a program where I can download and upload reports and module pools but I tried to do the same with function groups and I found It is different to upload dynpro and gui staus when the objet to generate is a function group.
Could anyone help me a little in order to complete and finish this issue?
Below is shown the routines I coding in order to achive that:
For gui-status uploading I use:

Problem in GUI status of ALV Grid

Hello All Experts,
I have a following issue.
Am displaying a report using   REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY. I have copied the GUI status from standard GUI   STANDARD_FULLSCREEN. Now when i dispaly the report i get select all ICON just before my first column(Marked in red below). i do not need this icon, i have checked in my GUI status also this icon does not exist. can you please help me how to remove this icon.

In this example program, the two functions Print and Save as Variant are disabled. You can find the function codes of the default GUI status in the field GUI Status which you can display by choosing System u2192 Status.

How to copy GUI status to new program

Hi all,
In report A, i have GUI status with lot of menu bar activities. i need to create one more report B, with the same GUI status. Is there any option to copy/download from Report A to paste/upload to the new report B.
Note: Both the Reports are in different SAP Systems.

Hi,
You can do this:
go to Transaction se90. Drill down to Program library -> program sub objects -> Double click on GUI Status.
In the program name enter Your PROGRAM NAME and press execute. now select check box beside <Your GUI STATUS which you want to copy>. and in the menu click on GUI Status -> Copy.
Now copy it to ur B report pf status.
or
goto se80 select Program enter your program name then under GUI Status right click on your gui ststus which you want to copy and press copy and enter your B Report name.,

The use of GUI Status is that when we have to change some thing in Menu Bar, Toolbar and Function Keys. Say For Example we have to create any Custom Button in the application toolbar etc.
It can be used in Dialog Programming via defining the Status in the PBO module of the screen.
eq. created a screen 9000
          on clicking it->
                               PROCESS BEFORE OUTPUT.
                                         MODULE status_9000.
On double clicking on this "Module status_9000" - you can write "SET PF-STATUS 'STATUS_9000'".
Now u can create GUI staus with name "'STATUS_9000'".
