i can't get past the adobe assistant to download the free photoshop elements 11 trial. i've tried to create an account, it says i already have one, i've reset my password but the blue pop up won't accept the password. i've been able to log in to adobe but then i can't download the trial, it says i have to close all open programs which i have done. please help

Alternatively you can ty downloading from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html
But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download.

Adobe reader dowload help

My O/S is Windows 7. Recently I used Windows Installer Clean Up and it removed the Adobe Reader and other Adobe files.
I have tried to download the current Adobe Reader but get a message that it is already installed on my computer. I have checked in the Add/Remove and there is no Adobe there. I have searched my C: drive and no Adobe files. Where can it be? I cannot read any .pdf files and cannot get it to down load.
Can anyone HELP PLEASE.

Dowload help queues up but will not start. Any ideas?

My download helper places a download in the queue but will not start. I have a linux machine and a windows machine they are both doing the samething. A friend who has three computers has the same issue on all three. Any ideas. We have refreashed firefox. Reinstalled download helper and set all the updates. I have set all the conversion points as directed as well.

Why am I having trouble making any download helper work?

I have a new MacBook Air. I have tried downloading several Download Helpers to download videos from YouTube, but none seem to work. When I downloaded the product "Dowload Helper" I did see an icon on the tool bar. When I would open Firefox I would see it in color momentarily, then it would "ghost". It would never activate or spin on any videos.

Firefox is released on a posted 6 week schedule, so their is no reason for any add-on developer to be caught by surprise when their add-on stops working or needs to be updated.

Startup program didnt run

Hello. I just received my iPod Classic 80g in the mail today. I connected it to the computer and nothing popped up. I cannot get it to start up.. The iPod is on and it says Connected. And I can see it in my 'My Computer'.. But when I open the folder there isnt anything that I can open using the programs on my computer.
I dont know what to do! I thought a set up was supposed to start when plugged in.

Here is something I found regarding invalid win 32 programs:

Issue: User gets the error message: "invalid Win32 program" when trying to install.
Analysis: What has happened is that you've tried to download a file, but it hasn't downloaded completely. Sometimes downloaded files seem to have finished downloading, when in fact they've ended prematurely -- meaning that the file is not complete. Because of this, the file is not able to run as it should.
Resolution: Try to download the file again! You may have the most luck early in the morning (GMT time) when our servers and the internet are slower. Alternatively, try using a dowload helper such as DAP or GetRight.

I have tried unistalling the current version I had which was 10.6.3, defragging and running a security scan. Now, the highest version I can get is 10.4.1. for some reason I cannot dowload itunes 10.5 or higher as it gives me the same message which is what I need to connect and update my iphone. Anyone facing the same issue or can point me in the right direction?

Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6 Do as Mylenium told you. If you don't know where it is. Go to www.adobe.com, sign in, search for the cc cleaner tool downloader and it should fix the issues. Have you went into your control panel, under programs and features and removed it from there?
