  • Adobe flash player to work in youtube?

    I have dowloaded adobe flash player several times but when i open youtube in safari it says that i have to download adobe flash player to be able to look at the videos.. what should i do?

    Try clearing the Cache in Firefox.
    Tools-> Clear Recent History -> [v] Cache
    or
    Tools->Options->Advanced->Network -> Offline storage -> [Clear Now]
    Youtube may have made some changes recently. Clear the Youtube cookie and refresh page if above does not do it.

  • Dowload and install adobe flash player in ubuntu

    I need to install Adobe Flash Player  with Ubuntu

    Hello,
    Flash Player on Ubuntu is available via Software Updates or apt-get command-line.  You may need to update the repository for it to detect the new version of Flash Player and make it available to you.

  • So I am having problems downloading Adobe Flash Player Version 12.0.0.44. Help?

    So I have recently gotten a MacBook Pro with Retina Display, and I have continiously dowloaded each new version of Adobe Flash Player, so I can view videos on Youtube. Each time howver, I have to download the Adobe software multiple times before it actually works. This time, it's giving me alot of trouble. So today, I went on youtube and saw:
    So then, I clicked the link and got on the Adobe website and saw:
    After following all the instructions, I see this:
    I click finish, and see this:
    And since I don't want to buy any other Adobe products, I exit out of that tab, and go back to youtube, only to see this:
    What is it, that I'm doing wrong? Do i need to update safari or something? I honestly have no idea......

  • Downloading Adobe Flash Player Problem

    When I attempt to dowload the flash player I get a window of four possible problems that I might encounter with the download and that is all that happens. What is causing this to occur.  I need to download the flash player, but this window stops any further activity

    If you don't get a response here (besides this one) you should try posting in the Flash Player forum...

  • Adobe Flash Player 11 plugin not working right

    I have Adobe Flash Player 11 Plugin, Widows Internet Explorer 8 and Microsoft Windows XP, version 5.1.2600.  Why is it not dowloading pictures?

    You might as well stop wasting your time. The problem seems to be centered around FireFox (since Adobe Flash seems to work fine with IE and Chrome).  After FireFox begin running Flash as a separate process, it no longer retains preset volume settings for Flash, instead, each new FireFox window resets it to max volume. As a result, several times I've had my ears blasted (this can lead to hearing loss and/or damaged audio equipment). This only happens with newer versions of Flash. Consequently, I no longer use the latest versions in FireFox. I'm thinking about totally dropping FireFox and moving completely to Chrome. Looks like neither Adobe or FireFox are gonna budge to fix the problem.

  • Adobe Flash Player Keeps Downloading in TextEdit Form

    I've been trying to install the newest version of adobe flash player (12) on my mac (OS X 10.6.8) through Safari (5.1.10) but every time I dowload it and click on it to install it, it opens in TextEdit so I can't do anything with it. How do I change the format that it downloads in so I can install it?

    See the extension? ".dmg.mdlp"
    Right click the link and select "Download Linked File As"...
    BEFORE you save it, REMOVE the ".mdlp" from the end.
    I don't know what mdlp is or WHY safari is adding it to your DMG downloads, but you may need to reset Safari (from the menu bar, Safari>Reset Safari) to remedy it.

  • I have a disclaimer that says my Adobe Flash Player is out of date and needs to be updated.  I have been trying to figure this out for 2 days, which is a waste of time, and I chatted with Adobes Customer Service department who said they can't help me

    because it is a free application.  They referred me to the Forum (which I have tried many times) but to me that is like a dog trying to chase the tail.  I am very upset because I cannot get You Tube nor can I listen to music.  This may seem trite but it is not trite to me.  I pay monthly for the use of CC Photoshop and Lightroom.  I will not give them anymore money for other software as they do not offer excellent customer service.  I am a consumer and should be treated with business sense.   Adobe keeps making a ton of money and gets away with it.  They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.  Shame on Adobe.  I will not use the Forum for assistance. They should be paying us for learning an IT job.  Obviously, Adobe is self centered because they don't consider that maybe we all have a life and cannot worship Adobe.@

    I had been getting those notices for months, I finally broke down and hit the button to automatically upgrade. I was flooded with offers of new services from $10. to $49. per month - and my audio/video for Facebook, NYT and NPR are "blocked" with the advice to "upgrade " my Adobe Flash Player - for which there does not seem to be any customer support. My advice is to skip the "upgrading" if your computer works;I do not know what to do now . .  .
