will anyone show me the possible solution to rectify this error

Here is a small sample program to convert data in an internal table into XML format and display it.
DATA: itab TYPE TABLE OF spfli,
 l_xml TYPE REF TO cl_xml_document.
* Read data into a ITAB
SELECT * FROM spfli INTO TABLE itab.
* Create the XML Object
CREATE OBJECT l_xml.
* Convert data in ITAB to XML
CALL METHOD l_xml->create_with_data( name = 'Test1'
 dataobject = t_goal[] ).
* Display XML Document
CALL METHOD l_xml->display.
Here are some other sample SAP programs to handle XML in ABAP:
BCCIIXMLT1, BCCIIXMLT2, and BCCIIXMLT3.

Conversion of page maker document into PDF format

I am a professional translator. I translate books from English to telugu.The DTP professional typed my translation work in page maker using Anu fonts (Priyanka & priyanka bold). it has to be converted into PDF format. But the DTP fellow can not do it.

Submit a zreport in background mode.
IN the zreport import the itab and display the itab.
It creates a spool.
Get the spool number and use the FM:
CONVERT_ABAPSPOOLJOB_2_PDF.

Hello,
Following is the procedure to convert alv output to spool and then it to PDF Format.
After we display the ALV, we can check whether it is running in the background using system field u2018sy-batchu2018. Then,we call an function module named u2018GET_JOB_RUNTIME_INFOu2019 to get the current job information. Then go to spool request table tbtcp to get the spool id.

Download internal table in XML format

Hi experts,
I want to download an internal table into an XML format.
How can I achieve this?
I have used the GUI_DOWNLOAD earlier for XLS purpose, will that work in this case too?

Hi Ajay,
You can use the below format
DATA : gs_xml TYPE lvc_t_fccl.
(Fill lt_Table here)
    TRY.
        CALL TRANSFORMATION id SOURCE root = lt_Table
             RESULT XML gs_xml.
      CATCH cx_st_error.
ENDTRY.
Then Call GUI_DOWNLOAD, passing gs_XML as data_tab and filetype = BIN
Note : GUI_DOWNLOAD will not work in background.

Download Internal Table in CSV format it gets downloaded in single column

Hi All
I am converting Internal Table in CSV format using the FM CONVERT TO CSV FORMAT and then downloading data using GUI_DOWNLOAD FM.
I have given separator as ','.
However when I download the data the file is opened in Excel and first 2 to 3 column are merged in to single column and there was separator shown ';'.
How to overcome this problem.

Writing from internal table to xml format

Hi,
I searched all the forum and I have a question on writing the data from internal table in xml format to the file on app.server.
Data: ITAB1 TYPE TABLE OF SPFLI,
L_XML TYPE REF TO CL_XML_DOCUMENT.
SELECT * FROM SPFLI INTO TABLE ITAB1.
CREATE THE XML OBJECT
CREATE OBJECT L_XML.
CONVERT THE DATA TO XML
CALL METHOD L_XML->CREATE_WITH_DATA( DATAOBJECT = ITAB1[] ).
after this how to move the XML data in the object to a file on app.server.

p_output is the internal table with data to be moved to app serv.
OPEN DATASET p_ufile FOR OUTPUT IN TEXT MODE.

Issue in printing table to PDF format

Hi all,
I am really facing an issue in designing reports. I have to customize the report that i am displaying in the dashboard while printing or sending it as mail.I need to create a multipage report.
I have a table displayed on the dashboard. Now with the help of the print button i can print the table to PDF format. But before printing in need to add some pages to the report like on first page i have a introduction(static) then on second page i have a table of content then after that i need to place the table that is on the dashboard etc.
Could it be possible to modify a report like this or any other alternative?

I incorporated query,infofield,company logo in report designer and then i imported the report designer into WAD

Convert PO into PDF format and send by an email to vendor

We are using SAP version ECC 5.0. We want to convert SAP PO into PDF format and attached it in an email and send it to vendor. Please give me some tips to achieve this?

Hi!
The way to achieve your goal depends on how you get PO printed - by sapscript, smartform or abap list.
As have been mentioned you can create spool request and process it. But for sapscript and smartform you can proceed without spool request - just get back OTF data from corresponding FM and convert it to PDF.

Converting sap script output into pdf format?

Hi all,
I have modified the standard purchase order script form MEDRUCK . Now i need to generate the output into pdf format.
This is not only limited to spool requests , But also when the user creates the purchase order and clicks on print or print preview the output should be in pdf format.
Please help on where and what code has to be written for this requirement?

I don't know which is your release, but I don't think it's possible to create a preview in pdf format, but u can create a pdf file instead of the spool and then open it automatically, this is an example:
