My daughter's ipod 4th generation won't download the update of 6.0.1. keep getting an error and over again. what can I do about this?

The message means that you are trying to update on a computer that is not your syncing computer.
You can do one of the following
- Update on your syncing computer. All you synced media has to be in your iTunes library.
- Follow these instructions. This computer will then be your syncing computer. When you restore from backup as the article says the iPod will also be updated.

How get CUCM 9.1x software for initial installation

Hi everyone !
My client has purchased R-CBE6K-K9 Cisco Business Edition 6000-Electronic SW Delivery-Top Level.
So I went to cisco dowload software (http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=284510097&flowid=45900&softwareid=282074295&release=9.1%282%29SU1&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest)
I got the ISO file:
UCSInstall_UCOS_9.1.2.11900-12.sgn.iso
Biut when I tried to install on my wmware environment (using proper OVA file) it failed, verifying the donwloaded product this is an Update, and a non-bootable....
As a SW Delivery program , where can I get information about the procedure to follow for getting and download my required software??

Bootable iso is not provided on Cisco.com, only the upgrade iso files are made available. You need to order for bootable media, you can engage your Cisco Account team to help.

HT4972 i cannot get my iphone 4 to update. current software is 4.3.3

Tried to update through itunes, when i click update it just tells me my version of itunes is the most current, even though I am clicking the button to update my phone software. tried the restore option, dowloaded software, when extracting it i get an error that says 'the iphone could not be restored. this device isnt eligible for the requested build.

I can't open software I've downloaded

I've tried to download 2 movie editors- Hyperengine and Jump cut. Both say that they've been dowloaded but when I double click to open them nothing happens. What am I doing wrong? I have dowloaded software programs in the past and not had any problems.

Hyperengine is a disk image, so when you double-click on the DMG, what you get it a mounted "disk". You then have to drag the actual application to your Applications folder and then launch the application. Is that what you're doing?
If so, both Hyperengine and Jumpcut, if you mean the clipboard app, are rather old, so they may just not be compatible with your version of Mac OS X. Since you don't say what version you have, though, I can't be certain. You may want to try Flycut, available from the Mac App Store, which is a fork of Jumpcut and is being currently maintained.

You need to set up an Apple App Store account in order to be able to dowload software from the App Store. An App Store account requires an Apple Id (normally this is your email address). If you don't have one you can set one up. Note this is the same id you use for iTunes so if you have an iTunes account use those credentials.
If you have a new MBA 2011 (i.e. one bought after about July this year) it will already be running Lion. To make sure go to the Apple menu (top left corner of screen) and select About this Mac. If the version of Mac OS X shown is 10.7 then that is Lion.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer

Resolved my ITUNES/QUICKTIME problems easily

getting a QuickTime error message concerning the .cab file ERROR 2350, when attempting to upgrade to Itunes 7.
I was using MOZILLA to dowload software.
After hours of NO SUCCESS I opened up IE, downloaded yet again and it worked.
Interesting to know how many problems were browser related.

I have some questions about the Oracle Database 10g Release 2 that we download from Oracle web site.
1)Does the software that we download from Oracle web site is similar to Enterprise Edition or Standard Edition or Standard Edition One or to which edition? In other words, similar to which edition?
2)What are the differences between Enterprise, Standard, and Standard Edition one?
3)Are they any features included in the licensing Oracle Database that does not include in the free one that we download from Oracle web site?

Uncaught Exception for like three weeks now!! my alarm wont go off or make noise, nor will my phone play music, anyone else have this problem or know the solution? ive tried dowloading software and sync it and nothing happens.

There's pretty much no diagnosing those -- they are the equivalent of the random errors in Windows for which tracing the root cause is fruitless. Basically, these are the last out in the programming code -- some event occurred for which there is no handler in the code. The fix is a code update that handles the event...but, again, knowing what the event is is pretty much impossible. So, there are a few things to try:
Sometimes, the code simply becomes corrupt and needs to be refreshed -- just like a reboot:
Anytime random strange behavior or sluggishness creeps in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

The toughest possible cause is a badly behaving app. To find it, there are a couple of options. One is to see if you can read the log file:
Go to the home screen. Hold down the alt key and type 'lglg'. (You will not see anything while you type).This will bring up the log file. Scroll down (probably many pages) untill you see a line that says 'uncaught execption'. Click on this line. The name of the app will be in the info.
The other method is to remove apps one at a time, waiting a while in between (I usually recommend a week), until the problem ceases...thereby discovering the offending app.

Pavilion 25xi Surface Pro 3 Compatability

I haqve finally commissioned my Surface Pro 3 as my Desktop Solution using Docking Station. I have connected all devices originally attached to my HP Desktop (which used Windows 8.1).
I have got everything operating including a Samsung Monitor, but the Pavilion 25xi will not communicate to the Computer. I have swapped cables and docks to prove nothing wrong with hardware. I am running HDMI on Monitors. Any Suggestions?

I believe the only issue is the dowload software that came with the monitor cannot be doewnloaded on the Surface Pro as there is no CD Drive!!
