DOWN TO A CRAWL IN SHETLAND AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question

Yet again our broadband speed is at a crawl. When oh when is BT going to get a flipping grip and get the infrastructure sorted in Shetland so we can get reliable high speed broadband? Which, I might add, is what I'm supposedly PAYING FOR.
