DOWNGRADE VERSION

We are implementing a KPI in one of ours clients. The application was developed with version 4.5 but when we bough the software for our clientes... the distributor said they no longer sold the previous version. So we had to purchase the Xcelsius Engage 2008.
Problem is the aplllication that we developped works fine on version 4.5 but it does not imports to the new version..... A blank screen appears as posted elsewhere on this site.... and formating is very much affected form the transition....
I assume there are still major software problems with this version so it seems the recomended action to our client should be downgrade to the version 4.5....
Question: Having purchased version XCelsius Engage 2008 can we downgrade to version 4.5? How to Downgrade?
Should we wait for the problems to be solved... but then for how long?

On of the issues we have been facing is the disapearance of some intems from selectors:
RADIO BUTTONS & LABEL BASED MENU.
In the desing mode we may be able to seem all the items but when we do the preview some of them just desapears.... What can we do to fix that?
we tried to delete the control and create a new one but the problem persists....
Also when we read a new excel file, some of the items that were working stops to work. the xcelsius looses some of its configurations???
Any help on that?
The version 4.5 worked so fine.... What is happening?

Unfortunately, when you have gone to F.20, you cannot revert to any previous version as is written on the release notes for F.20.

Vosonic VP2160 wont run on Firmware Driver Version 1.13, having problems in getting Firmware downgrade Version 1.07, has anybody out there had a similar problem with this Portable Storage Device?

I am having problems in Finding/Downloading Firmware for a Portable Storage Device (Vosonic VP2160). It has been suggested that I download Firmware Version 1.18, but that wont work.
I have noted some where else that there is a Downgrade Firmware Version 1.07 but I am having great difficulty in sourcing it from Vosonic.
Any suggestions out there?

How to downgrade version 11.6

Few days ago, firefox said that I should update flash because there is some issue and security risk in version that I used, so I updated, and made biggest mistake possible.As already stated by other users, it crashes random when im watching HD videos no matter is it HTML5 or not.
Im using win7 and firefox 19.0.2.BTW its using like 60% of CPU and I have i3 M370 with 4GB RAM, also I see process flash player 11.6 in task manager and it wasnt there until update (old version didnt show it and it was great), so where can I download older version of flash player so I can free myself from this most bugged version that I had ever?I tried on oldapps but there isnt anymore, also i tried on your sites but i find only version for developers.Could it work like normal flash player that i had?I disabled it until I downgrade it and now i can watch videos only on youtube.

I'd first give our 11.7 beta a try to see if that improves things for you. If it does not, the next step I'd try is to uninstall 11.6/7 and install the 10.3 release.

How to downgrade version?

I have battery problem with ipod 30GB 5th gen. I was thinking maybe because the last version that I had upgraded. And I just upgrade to the latest 1.3 version and still no change the battery problem. I want to downgrade my ipod version to the one before the last version (I forgot the version). Does anyone know how to downgrade the version?

If you have the previous version still on your computer, try this.
Remove the latest update from the iTunes/iPod updates folder.
On a Mac this is found in (name of)user/library/iTunes/iPod software updates.
Then prevent iTunes from checking the internet for a new update (preferences/general and remove the check mark from "check for updates automatically), then click restore. Or simply disconnect your modem from the computer.
You should then be asked if you want to use the previous version of the iPod software.

What does "UNINSTALL" mean? I want to downgrade versions. Have a Mac.

Downgrade versions of WLC controller code.

We have recently upgraded controller code to 7.3.101.0 from Version 7.0.116.0. after that users started reporting wirless disconnction issues.
we wanted to roolback to older code 7.0.116.0.
But WLC shows....
Primary images as 7.3.101.0
Backup images as 7.2.110.0
We need some clarification to procees further...please help
Can we simply downgrade to 7.2.110.0 ? --- by setecting secondary code in WLC ... command -->Config boot --> by selecting seondary code.
Is there any impact ?
or upload 7.0.116.0 code on WLC and reload of WLC will work ?

Sri,
First off... Did you upgrade the FUS image when you upgraded to 7.3? This FUS image is required when the WLC is upgraded to v7.2.x.
Also note that if you have 3602 AP's you need v7.2.x.
If you want to downgrade, just load the code you want and it will replace one of the code versions and I believe it will replace the secondary, but that doesn't matter. After you upload the code, then push that code to all the AP's. When that completes, interchange the image on the ap and verify that the ap image has the code you are going to as primary and then you can reboot the WLC.

V1.3 freezes.. wont work at all.. need to downgrade version.. help?

5th gen. ipod.. installed software v1.3.
frezzes constantly.. every time its reset, just does one or 2 things in the menu then freezes.
Works fine in disk mode so i know its software. Worked perfect before i updated it.
Downgrading back to the old softwre should fix it.. but im not sure how.. i downloaded itunes.. i dont have the original software. Anyone have any ideas?

It says "invalid service version" because you are trying to install an older version of the iPod software on your iPod (and you already have a later version installed).
You probably need to remove the version already on your iPod. You could try a format of the iPod in Windows. That should remove the software currently installed.
First, put the iPod into forced disk mode.
See: How to put the iPod into disk mode.
On your PC, go "my computer" and right click on the iPod, then choose "format". Ensure the settings are at "default" and that "quick format" is not checked. Now select "format". It will take a while, but when that's finished, restore the iPod using the cd version.
I don't know if this will work, it's just a suggestion.

Our CMS does not support new version of Firefox. Can I have the "downgraded" version of Firefox AND the upgraded Firefox both on my Mac, so I can use the older Firefox to manage my CMS?

Essentially, the CMS we use to manage our website (mainstreetartsfest.org) is Sitefinity, and apparently it doesn't support the newest version of Firefox. And, from what I understand, this version of Sitefinity is not being upgraded at the support level - we are now being asked to spend $$ on moving to a new CMS to support the browsers. Chrome, Safari also a problem. Only IE works, and we all have Macs. I want to know if we can have the older Firefox AND the upgraded Firefox both on our computers so we can use the new Firefox for general browsing, and resort to the older, 3.2 version for managing the CMS. I know I can download a previous version - but I would rather not replace our new version of Firefox in the process.

Downgrade version of NI steptypes in a sequence

We have a sequence , which includes the NI Action step in version 3.1.0.2 ,NI PassFailtest in Version 3.1.0.2 and EditSubstep in version 3.1.0.9098
This sequence should be modified on a on a clean Teststand 3.1 installation with NI Action step in version 3.1.0.1 ,NI PassFailtest in Version 3.1.0.1 and EditSubstep in version 3.1.0.9095. Just opening that sequence on 3.1 and saving it causes the Teststand 3.1 installation ( ni_types.ini )to be upgraded to the newer versions. Any way to avoid that ?

If this is not working. Try this.
1.) Use a clean TS3.1 (best reinstall)
2.) Start your editor (now clean Steps are loaded)
3.) Load your SeqFile
4.) Now - Type conflict
5.) Be sure that "use currently loaded.." is selected.
6.) Do not click Apply all just do it step by step to see which type is affected
7.) Save your SeqFile
8.) Close the editor no savings to NI-Steptypes should appear.
9.) Reopen with no conflicts.
If your production machines now having conflicts they are infected, too.
If a copy from clean NI Types would not help, re-install and pray for more project money

Welcome to Apple's discussion groups.
I doubt that older firmware version is compatible with your new AirPort Extreme, so it doesn't surprise me that you can't upload it.

Building Downgraded Versions in 3.1.2

Hey,
I am using Xcode 3.1.2 and i just realized after one of my friends tried to download one of my Apps that it wouldn't go onto her iPhone because she did not update the iPhone! I no its stupid, but i didn't even think of that before! I really don't want to alienate or cut out numbers of customers because i am building Apps on the newest updates every time..
So i was wondering, can i build say 3.0 or 3.1 builds in Xcode 3.1.2?? How do you do that?
If not, where do i get a copy of the official SDK for 3.0/1 from either Apple or a good source?

In the Deployment section of your Build parameters, set the 'iPhone OS Deployment Target' to the minimum you want to support. This will expose additional options when you build.

Why is Boost being downgraded from Version 1.42 to the older 1.41?

Just ran pacman -Syu and noticed the package Boost Version 1.41 is going to replace the newer Boost 1.42. Why the downgrade, does anyone know what happened? I personally didn't have any conflicting issues with Boost 1.42, perhaps others have? By downgrading versions, many new features such as library improvements in Asio, Circular Buffer, Fusion, Graph, Integer, Iostreams, Program Options, Property Map, Regex, Spirit, Unordered, and Xpressive are being lost.

there is a serious issue with boost 1.42 and upstream doesn't have a fix yet. An user suggested that is better to downgrade boost to 1.41.
What do you think about this? Wait upstream to fix this and backport it or downgrade? If downgrade, who want to help on rebuilding?

This is not "just for encfs", but for serious datacorruption. Encfs is
an example of something that breaks, but if serialization and
deserialization doesn't return the same data as the input data, then
