Hi,
I have an issue with the LDAP directory search functionnality on my phone.
From what i have read, it is due to my firmware (7.5.4).
I would like to downgrade it to 7.5.2.
My question is : Is downgrading the same process as upgrading the firmware on the phone? And is it safe?

Downgrading is not supported at all.
If you're running iOS 7 beta and you're not a developer, you cannot get support from Apple.

I wanted to downgrade my phone from iOS 4.0.2 to 3.1.3

can someone tell if there is an official way from apple to downgrade iOS 4 to iOS 3.1.3, if not why ?. 4.3.3 problems

First tip, you can't downgrade you iOS.
Now, to address your issues. Connect the iPhone to your computer and tell iTunes to "Restore" it. When asked, tell iTunes to setup as a new device. Select your applications, music, etc. and sync those onto the phone.
Now, it it possible that you have just done something sly like disconnecting it from iTunes before the snc was complete, so you might just havea few corrupted files on the device. For the problem with your apps crashing, try to open the app store application (on your iPhone) and select to downlad & install a simple free app. That might resolve your issue with apps crashing.

Here's the thing. Yesterday I upgraded my most awesome iPhone to not so awesome iOS7 and now I cannot sync it with the iTunes. The iTunes refuses to recognize my phone and keeps telling me that I need new iTunes. I go to iTunes.com and try to download it, no luck. I use my T-Mobile cellular network (it ***** as well) so I cannot download big apps like itunes. What is the solution if I don't wanna pay one dollar more for internet.

I had a two years contract with Verizon, and had a plan consisting of 450 minutes talk, 250 Text Messages, and 2G Data plan.
The main reason I took this service was to use the google maps since I used to get lost easily without it. I check some stats
and I found an average usage of 150 min/month, 100 texts/month and Data usage of 1GB/Month. This rate is the highest I have
reached and it happened over the period of May-October 2013. Now, my 2 years contract is over since September, but I am
unable to find the right person to talk to. I would like to reduce my data plan to minimum, and the same for all the other
features. However, all the people I have talked to so far are just trying to get me to drown myself in another contract, which I don'y
want. Can anyone help me with some prepaid plan, or a way to mange choose the plan that is suitable for me since I
obviously am underusing the phone, and wasting the money that is not easy to get.

Not an agent; but, always looking to save $--- when I first read your question, I thought data only and then you could skype with non apple folks or even look through apps.... iPod touch can be utilized as voice device also... So why not use a phone the same way? Well, I wasn't finding a data plan cheaper and things are pretty vague when looking for the bottom line on here. Anyway, when I started looking.... Page plus kept populating and that was the cheapest I found for you.... Looks like you would have more than you have now and for 1 phone, it looked good. Verizon will probably lock me out now..... Matt t is correct, you can either reinstall current firmware or update to what might be the most up to date firmware. as it stands there is no way to roll back the firmware. the only way you can do it is to go to nokia care and provide them with a good argument why they should do it for you, you might have to pay for the service as it is not recommended and not generally practiced. they might be willing to do it for you but just might.

Downgrading Phone Service

I am trying to downgrade my phone service from 1400 shared family plan to 700 shared family plan however, when I go to the link for "My Verizon" I can change everything about my plan but the "next" button link is not working on my computer? Is this a problem with my internet, the website or something else? I just want to change my plan and this is so frustrating, it's like Verizon won't let me!

I wish to Downgrade Phone plan & Upgrade Broadband...

I am currently on the Unlimited Evening & Weekend Calls Phone Calling Plan with 10GB limit Broadband Plan.
Because I use the internet more than I use the phone, I would like to be able to downgrade my Phone plan to Weekend Calls and upgrade my Broadband plan to Unlimited Broadband. Therefore costing me £1 extra a month overall since the Phone Downgrade would be £2 less a month and the Broadband Upgrade would be £3 extra a month.
I'm unable to downgrade my Phone plan online but is it possible for this to be done? Maybe by BT over the phone or something?
If so, please can you somebody tell me how i can set this up and what number to call?
And again if that can be done, I would then change my Broadband plan to the Unlimited Broadband at £13/month which I can do myself online.
Just thought it would be ideal to get it all done at the same time online or over the phone, preferably without having to speak to someone in India.
Please can somebody get back to me soon on this and let me know soon?

Well what a waste of time and effort that was trying to call BT yesterday!!!
Because I just bought a BT Sport viewing card, my whole BT account resets again from new and I have to wait 12 months if I want to change my phone package
They are afraid of me wanting to leave BT within 12 months I told them I've never attempted to try and leave BT. If I went with anyone else I wouldn't be able to use BT Vision. Can't they see that? I certainly wouldn't go back to Sky. Virgin isn't available in my area.
They are more than welcome for me to spend more money and upgrade my Internet to Unlimited Broadband but can't downgrade the phone line until 12 months has elapsed after buying the viewing card
They kept saying 'BT Sport is free'. I said 'How can it be free, I had to pay £10 for a viewing card'. They said again 'BT Sport IS free'. It might be free AFTER you buy a viewing card with no subscription to pay. I said that if I had to pay anything over £0 and 0 pence then it's not free!
So had I changed my package before getting the viewing card, they may have been OK with that, but now I have to wait until 12 months has elapsed after buying my viewing card about 3 weeks ago

I have seen on Nokia support site that there was a never firmware version available for all the previous generation of lumia .....
Now I heard that Microsoft has stopped rollout of 7.8 update ... But why ....please tell us ?????
On the Nokia support site it is also listing of 7.5 refresh update .... Now what if I am having the 7.8 update installed ..
should I go to Nokia care to downgrade the phone software ....
