Download app problem

i am trying to download an app an it gives a message " your account is not valid for use in the US store. you must switch to the canadian store before purchasing" How can I do this

    Depending on the size of the app or the connection speed when using Wi-Fi it could take a little longer to download. You can also try to download it onto your computer, might be faster, and sync it to the phone after that.

  • Downloading apps problem on iOS 7 on iPhone 4?

    So my brother downloaded iOS 7 on his iPhone 4 tonight. Everything seemed to have gone smoothly except all his apps were deleted. Now when he tries to redownload them (over wifi) the App Store only has an open button which it will open the app but it doesn't download to the home screen. Does anyone know how we can fix this? Or how to download apps to the screen with the new system? I would greatly appreciate it!!

    These troubleshooting steps from our Can't connect to the iTunes Store article can help in a case like yours:
    Troubleshooting on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
    If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
    Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking on Check for Update in your device's Summary page in iTunes.
    Check and verify that you are in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you are on a 3G capable device, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
    Note: If connected to 3G, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts. 
    Check to make sure you have an active internet connection. You can check the User Guide for your device for help with connecting to the internet. 
    Check to make sure other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the internet.
    Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router
    If the issue persists, see troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections.
    Note: All iPhone, and iPod touch models support 802.11b/g Wi-Fi networks. In addition, iPhone 4, and iPod touch (4th generation) support 802.11n Wi-Fi networks (2.4 GHz only).

  • Downloaded app problem

    I've just downloaded an application from the App Store. It shows up in Applications in iTunes but doesn't show up on my phone. I've synched, restarted, synched again, searched for it on the iPhone multiple times all without success.
    This isn't the first time this has happened. I'll watch the status change as the file downloads, is processed, and declared done in iTunes. But it won't doesn't appear on my iPhone.

    One application or many ?
    On the Applications tab in iTunes under your device, you have clicked 'Sync Applications" and ticked the App that you downloaded ?

  • Download app problem on iPhone 4.

    Go to the app store, choice the app, select install and then it asks me to put password in, I do and it looks like it's about to start and then boom goes right back to the begining and nothing installs. But random apps are popping up installed but I am not installing them ?  Tried changing password to see if maybe by some weird reason I forgot it but nope that didn't help and I turned it off and back on again too. Nothing is helping

  • HT5622 I can't download apps or anything as it says there is a problem with a previous billing or something like that, sverytime I try to put in my bank details to sort it, it just says find another way basically. It's nothing to do with my bank or detail

    Just can't download apps or music or anything as it always says previous billing problem had this problem for a long time and I'm finally getting to the point of giving up on apple :( tried everything!! Please does anyone know what I need to do for it to work?
    It never let's me save my card details when I put them in therefore it won't work!

I tested it on an old iPhone 3G and got the same problem so it is not an iOS 5 issue. My WI-FI connection is working fine. I was wondering if this is an App Store problem?     iTunes Support wasn't of any use to me.
    I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb.  This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
    I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well.  This might be the common thread.

  • Problem with downloading apps. "Unable to download application" error.Help please!

    I'm having a major issue with updating or downloading apps. They won't download! I try to download an app, it's says "waiting", then it looks like it's about to download. Then, suddenly, the "loading"  bar gets halway filled, then it goes back to saying "waiting". This cycles about three or so times and then I get this message: "Unable to download application. Could not be downloaded at this time" with choices to be "done" or "retry".
    I have tried EVERYTHING to fix this. I tried pausing the download and restarting, I tried soft and hard resets, I tried signing out and back into the App Store, I tried resetting my settings, I tried restoring the phone as a new iPhone, nothing works! I am at my wits end! I have an appointment at the Genius bar tomorrow, but I'm hoping someone here can help me so I won't have to keep that appointment.  I've tried searching for my problem in the forums but none of the results are like mine. Could someone please help?
    EDIT: I also tried checking the iTunes queue. No purchases are stuck in the queue.

    Just wanted to update, since I can no longer edit my original post. I tried disabling bluetooth. That didn't do any good, either.

    Why can't i download apps since i updated to i06, i  log in with password .am then asked for three security questions fill this out click done and get the answer timed out try again, what is causing this please help.

    Settings>General>Reset (at the far bottom)>Reset All Settings
    That will ALWAYS work for the "3 Security Questions - Timed Out problem".  No data will be lost, but your network settings will be reset.

    If you had money in your account when you purchased a paid app and Apple didn't claim on the payment to your bank until after the download it maybe that there was insufficient balancce in your account to complete the purchase and therefore you'll need to wait until you have the funds to make the payment, when you have billing issues it won't even let you download free apps.
    If that isn't the case then give iTunes store a call or email them and they can tell you exactly what is wrong with the account
