Download Button Missing Since Update

I see some posts about "hiding" the download button, however, I am posting this message because since the 2.0.2 update, I am no longer seeing the download button on my website. I am referring to the button that would appear above a selected photo. It was located in the upper right corner on the same line as "Back to Album" and "Play Slideshow".
Inside iWeb '08 I have selected the Photos section in the Inspector, and under Photo Sharing - Photo Download Size I have selected Medium. When I first uploaded my revised site with iWeb '08 the download button was present, now it has disappeared. It's a nice feature for grandparents to download family photos, and I love to have it back on the site.
I appreciate any help in making it reappear. Thank you in advanced for your help!

I am having the same problem - nothing brings up the download link. I've tried to publish my page as large and original quality and the iWeb app show the link there. As soon as I publish, the link is gone and clicking on a photo once, twice or three times does no good. Extremely frustrating - patches are supposed to FIX things - not break them.

Hi DD16, Welcome to the Nokia Forums.
Please be try and sign out of your nokia account and relog back in, also be sure that you are connected to a stable WiFi connection, and also make sure that you have enough free space on your phone memory to install any new applications.
If you still experience issues with your store account please try and install Store QML from betalabs.
Please let me know if your problem persists or not.

Templates missing since update 5.0.3

Hey community
I have following problem.
Since I updated my Premiere Pro CS5 to version 5.0.3 this morning I am not able to open the projects I have been working on yesterday.
It seems the update deleted codecs and templates I used in this projects sequences as I am told they are missing when I try to open the projects.
And when I want to create a new project I suddenly have a only a few templates to choose from.
As if this was a demo.
This version is activated and had all templates and codecs installed yesterday.
Does anybody have an idea how to get them back oder to undo the update.

I have been having the exact same issue and have battled it for the last two days. HOWEVER: I have found a solution that works for me...
What I am running:
- Win 7 HP 64-bit
- Premiere Pro CS5.5 (APP CS5.5)
- One user account on Windows and I am Admin.
My Issue:
I had downloaded the Trial Version of APP CS5.5 from Adobe's website and liked it, so I bought a subscription license to it and put it in after Trial ended. Everything was fine for about a week, and then one day when I went to open a project it said: "This project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequence type." <- Basically it can't find codecs because they're locked back into Trial mode, and therefore cannot be touched by APP.
What I did:
Uninstalled APP CS5.5.
Restarted PC
Started the AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool in Admin mode.
Restarted PC
Used the AdobeCreativeSuiteCleanerTool again in Admin mode. <- It couldn't find any evidence of Adobe products.
Downloaded fresh non-trial version of APP from Adobe's website
Restarted PC. <- just for the heck of it.
Installed the non-trial version of APP CS5.5 on my PC and entered product key during process (as it was required)
Restarted PC.
Updated my Adobe products via Bridge.
Restarted PC.
Opened APP CS5.5 in Admin mode and still had issue, so I decided to start a new project (cause it still let me do that)
Didn't choose any settings for project, just closed dialog.
Went over to Help menu in upper left hand area and clicked Deactivate...
Completely deactivated products by doing the Permanant option.
Closed APP.
Restarted PC.
Opened APP CS5.5 in Admin mode, said it would start 30 day Trial. Chose the button that let me enter product key and entered it.
Closed APP CS5.5 and restarted it, and..........
IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was able to open my project - finally!
Anyhow, hope this woks for everyone else. Don't know if this will work on OS X, never had the problem on it.
This might be a combination of bugs in the activation process plus permissions in Windows, but this worked for me.

I am having issues downloading tv shows since updating to iOS 7

Ever since I updated my iPad mini to the iOS 7 software I have been unable to download tv shows from the App Store. Sometimes it acts like it is going to download, but will not completely finish and then when I go to watch the show it freezes and I have to start all over again. Is anyone else having this issue? Or has anyone had this issue and had it resolved? Thanks.

Bluetooth pane has gone missing since update from 10.10.2 to 10.10.3 on iMac mid 2007

I have a iMac mid 2007 model. I was running os x 10.10.2 with no problems. I update to os x 10.10.3 for the security issue. Now my bluetooth pane has gone missing from system preferences. I have tried everything suggested in suggested in support as it seems others have suffered the same thing on different macs. Nothing has that was suggested there has corrected this issue. Does anyone have any ideas apart from using a wired mouse and keyboard or using time machine to revert to os x 10.10.2? Let me know please.
Also booting up is slow to say the least, I can live with that though unless there is an as yet unknown by me fix.

This procedure is a test, not a solution. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Step 1
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is localized to your user account.
Enable guest logins* and log in as Guest. Don't use the Safari-only “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac.”
While logged in as Guest, you won’t have access to any of your documents or settings. Applications will behave as if you were running them for the first time. Don’t be alarmed by this behavior; it’s normal. If you need any passwords or other personal data in order to complete the test, memorize, print, or write them down before you begin.
Test while logged in as Guest. Same problem?
After testing, log out of the guest account and, in your own account, disable it if you wish. Any files you created in the guest account will be deleted automatically when you log out of it.
*Note: If you’ve activated “Find My Mac” or FileVault, then you can’t enable the Guest account. The “Guest User” login created by “Find My Mac” is not the same. Create a new account in which to test, and delete it, including its home folder, after testing.
Step 2
The purpose of this step is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party system modifications that load automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Please take this step regardless of the results of Step 1.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards, if applicable. Start up in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. You must hold down the shift key twice: once when you turn on the computer, and again when you log in.
Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or earlier, or if a firmware password is set, or if the startup volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to start up and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal startup may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually log in automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem?
After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of Steps 1 and 2.

Bookmarks Keywords missing since updating to firefox 37.0.1

Hello, and thank you in advance for reading my mail.
I am using Firefox 37.0.1 on a Windows7-64 OS.
I also use Xmarks to sync my bookmarks with Chrome.
I always use bookmarks to create shortcuts I can use in the address bar to speed up my use of firefox. I set keywords such as
a for http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=%s (amazon uk search engine).
I tried to type in the usual a then my search but got directed to google search.
When I look through my bookmarks folder (a long list of sites and search engines with a one or two word keyword) I found that all my keywords are missing! I also see that all my tags are missing however I can live without these as I don't use them so much but I use my keywords all the time and having them all disappear is a real problem.
Has this happened to others, is there a way to restore them and if not, and if I manually go through putting them all back, will the same thing happen on the next update?
If its at all relevant I use an number of addons which I could list but I don't see how anything other than xmarks should affect this.

Note that you can set a keyword to an installed search engine in "Options/Preferences > Search".
Keywords set that way are not stored as a bookmark, but are stored in the search-metadata.json file.

Contacts missing since update to iOS 8.1.3

can anybody help.
since I have updated my iPhone 5s and iPad mini to iOS 8.1.3 I have lost a lot of contacts. I have tried switching off iCloud contacts and switching back on but that didn't help, they have just vanished.
Does anybody have any ideas?

Went through itunes and did a restore back to a previous date where the contacts were still there. Took HOURS to do it, but I did manage to get my contacts back. A word of warning, it may ask you for a password that you may have that is different from your Apple ID, this took me some time to figure out just by itself.
..... Now, If I can just figure out how to get my sounds to work again! 8.3 update is painful!

Icon missing since update to gnome 3.12.2

So, I fixed the audio issue with removing all unrequired packages.
But additional the workspace shifting is now unstable but sound works!
Now only the gnome-controll-center needs a fix

HT documents are designed to give you information only. DL documents describe downloads and have a download button.
Since you found the Flashback malware removal tool for Lion users that don't have Java installed, I take it you do have Java installed and are looking for Java for OS X Lion 2012-003. But that was supperceded by Java for OS X 2012-004.
Having said all that, you don't need to download any of them. If you keep running Software Update until it tells you there are no more updates then you have done everything you need to do to check for, remove and protect you against Flashback, at least for now.

Update Notification Download Button Issue

Was just informed about an update to the Flash Player ... so hit the download and ran the installer... it started to automatically download McAfee Scan Program, (which I did not, nor have I ever included for download/installation) ....
The download button on the update notifier should be pointed to the page where it asks if you want the McAfee software as well... it does not currently do this. is automatically download the installer that calls for both the McAfee and Flash Player to download and install...
This is a backhanded method to have unwanted software installed on a consumer's computer...
I recommended updating the download button to stop at the page that asks if you want the McAfee sofware as well

unfortunately no i didnt think to screencap this, nor had i thought to do it as it took me my surprise when it happened and i didnt think to deliberately duplicate the issue... but i can try to explain the process step by step that I personally encountered....
I rebooted my machine (well i had a stack dump and it decided it was time... gotta love windows)...
during the startup sequence the update notification window came up with a download button on it... just saying there's a flash player update and do you want to download it...
so sure hit the download button thinking it was one of those hotfixes that already downloaded and it would just apply it like it usually when say shockwave updates...
however instead it opened a "would you like to save this exe file to your computer" dialog box thru firefox and so said go for it... and it downloaded it...
i then went into windows explorer and launched it ... it started the download process of the flash player software... no problem...
then about 25% of the way through that another progress bar comes up telling me its now downloading the McAfee scanner software and i'm like 'oh hell no' and cancelled the download/installation/update process...
doing this cancellation brought me to a webpage at adobe saying that installation failed ... so i manually went to the flashplayer download page and UNCHECKED the mcafee option and then proceeded to try all over again...
it worked fine the second time doing it manually that way...
when it asked me to save this new exe file, i swear it was named exactly the same as the bundled software version ... i attempted to check but when i cancelled the original BAD install/upgrade attempt it deleted the original install/update file that i had downloaded... and it didnt send it the recycle bin either... as i checked
(same thing happened after the successful install of the non-bundled upgrade/installation ... it too vanished after it was done)
anyways... that's what happened to me... then i came here in a huff
hope this was a little helpful ... i'll be sure to fire up comtasia or some other screen capture video software next time i see that upgrade dialog box and send you a video if it happens again LOL

HT204291 Airplay mirroring on my iPhone 4s has disappeared since updating to iOS6.1. Has anyone else seen this same problem?

The mirror option seems to be missing since updating to iOS6.1
I can still use airplay from applications that allow it, however I can not find the option to mirror my whole iPhone as I could with iOS 6.0.
Anyone know a workaround?

I have the same issue. Any other app works with airplay. Music app, videos received in iMessages, YouTube and so on. The videos in the camera roll don't want to airplay. Either I get a black screen or a spinning wheel on TV. Any ideas?

A recent download of an iTunes update, for some unknown reason, failed on my computer. Since then I get a system error message everytime I log on telling me that the program cannot be opened because 'MSVCR80.d11' is missing from my computer. When I try to open iTunes I get an 'error 7 (Windows error 126)' message and am advised to reinstall iTunes. However, when I attempt to do this, it downloads the programme and gets as far as installation, at which point I get yet another message: this time 'Service Apple Mobile Device failed to start'.
I am at a loss to know what to try next and would appreciate any assistance. I'm also concerned that, in the process of reinstalling iTunes, I am going to lose all the music I have collected over the years.

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.
