My company bought CS6 a while back and I have the serial number. My computer crashed the other day and I'm trying to reload CS6 but don't have disks. Can I download a trial version and enter my serial number to get the full boat? I have CS5 and CS5.5 on DVD, I just don't have CS6.

I purchased a student version of CS5 so downloaded a trial and which I activated iwth my serial number. I need to reinstall it on my computer, but all the adobe links have changed the trial version to CS6. If I install CS6 trial, then activate with my CS5 serial number, will I get CS5?

We uninstall photoshop cs6 on PC (creative suite design standard). How can we re-install it with our serial number ?

After a problem with photoshop cs6 (CTRL+T stopped the application with an error message and closed the window), we uninstall it.
We can't download photoshop cs6 on the adobe site to re-install it.

If you did not deactivate the software before uninstalling then you should remember to do that in the future should you decide to uninstall again. If you contact Adobe support thru chat they can help with deactivating the original installation.

Soyouca how did you install Photoshop Lightroom? Please uninstall the current installation using the uninstaller located in Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers.
Once Photoshop Lightroom is removed please download a fresh copy of the installation files from Adobe - Lightroom : For Macintosh. The update contains the full installer so please download the latest version of Photoshop Lightroom 5.

It will be necessary for you to uninstall the creative cloud trial version and then install the one you purchased from Amazon.
