What type of troubleshooting were we able to do with you? I want to make sure that we can get some sort of resolution for this problem.
It is quite possible the battery door may get your phone in working order again. I'm not sure if the store has it in stock, but it is available in our warehouse for $14.99 which can be ordered via customer service.

Error Extracting Downloaded "CS6 Design Standard"

Hello Adobe Peoples!
I'm having trouble installing Adobe CS6 Design Standard. I'm downloading it from this page (Download CS6 products) I downloaded the 2nd item, and I downloaded both parts. I tried running the exe (smaller file) which is supposed to be an installer of some kind. After running it I get this message:
I also tried extracting the DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.7z using 7zip as it is a 7zip file, and it came up with 975 errors and when I ran the extracted installer it failed.
I'm running windows 7 64x bit.

Adding to what Kglad has suggested, please make sure the Antivirus on the machine is turned off and there is no active Online Back up's as well. If in case you are trying to install the product on a network drive/external drive, please refrain from doing so and try the installation on the local hard drive only.

Do as it says: Put your downloaded 7z file and the *.exe in a proper folder, not just dump it onto your desktop or whatever.

Error message when trying to download CS6 to upgrade my CS4

I just purchased Cloud so that I could update my Photoshop CS4 to CS6. When I run the download I get the error message that Adobe Bridge is running and I need to close the application. It is currently not running. Do I need to uninstall CS4 before I download CS6, or why am i getting the error message about Bridge.exe?

Make sure that you download from this location. Download CS6 products
Compare the file size that is downloaded to what is the size shown on the website. You double click on the DMG file to start the install.

I purchased photoshop cs6 for download for my macbook air in 2012. recently i broke my mac, losing everything i had on it. i'm wondering is there a way i can download cs6 again for my new mac,and use the valid serial number i had before. there doesn't seem to be an option to download cs6 on the adobe website anymore? any help would be much appreciated. i can't really afford to spend the €250+ again on a new version

IIRC PS CS6 is not Cross platform. It takes a different license key code for each platform. A License key for Windows won't work on a Mac and a key for a Mac won't work on Windows. You'll need to buy another copy/License for Mac OS X.
At one time Adobe did allow you to switch platforms by paying them some money and getting a Mac license key code which I think then Deactivated the Windows license key.
IIRC the CC version does allow you to install on EITHER platform. But only one platform at a time. You can't have one copy on Windows and another on a Mac. Adobe does allow you to install on 2 computers with one license key but it must be on the same platform (Operating System) and both computers and or install of PS CC can't be used at the same time.

Can't download CS6 Master Collection Trial on WinXP using IE7/Firfefox 14.0.1

I've been trying to download the CS6 Master Collection trial on WinXP SP 3 using either IE7 / Firefox 14.0.1 with no success.
Adobe Download Assistant launched successfully and I could log on. However, every time I choose to download CS6, I got this error message:
Error downloading this product (Error 109). Check your network connection or destination disk. You can also use the "Reset product download" button to try to download the product again.
I've tried everything in the faq (e.g. deleting Documents and Settings\<userid>\Application Data\com.adobe.downloadassistant.AdobeDownloadAssistant\Local Store) with no success.
I've 55GB of disk space left, so disk space is not an issue.
Please help!

Download CS6 - English download missing but French, German, Italian and Japanese are there.

Logged in with my Adobe ID and went to Download CS6 products but there are only links for French, German, Italian and Japanese versions of PP CS6. It is a simpler case for most of the other products on this page. What is going on?

you are reading that wrong!!!
- the left column lists the available languages when using the two mac or four pc installation files!!!
- the center column is the two installation files for mac!!!!
- the right column is the four installation files for pc!!!!!
all languages on the left are available when installing with
the two mac files, and/or the four pc files!!!
the fact that 'mac-file 1' aligns with the word 'German' means nothing!!!!
