Download drivers and updates page error

When I go to the ni.com/downloads page and click on drivers and updates I get a page error. Anyone see this?

We've recently made some upgrades to our Drivers and Updates systems. Unfortunately, during the upgrades we had a few issues with linking. We are working on getting this fixed ASAP. In the mean time, please use this link.

Cannot get drivers and updates for my PC

I'm finally upgrading my hp pavilion d4500e cto desktop pc from XP to Windows 7 (I don't like Win 8 so got Win 7 Prof). Before upgrading, I want to update the BIOS if needed and save off the drivers and updates to external storage. I went to the Support page > Software and Drivers and searched on my product name. I'm having issues getting the drivers and updates I need for this PC. If I use the Solution and Update Finder wizard, it scans forever and never stops. I did a direct search on the product and clicked the product name. However I then get a page that says "Page Not Found". I tried searching for these drivers/updates on my newer HP Envy laptop thinking maybe I could at least save off from that PC. I get the same results after I click on the product name - Page Not Found . Help!! I need these drivers/updates ASAP. This PC still works great and has plenty of memory but due to software changes over the years I really need to upgrade to Win 7 now. TIA

You're very welcome.
There is no W7 BIOS update for your model.
There is a BIOS update for the XP operating system and you installed it, that would be the latest version.
Do not attempt to install a BIOS update written for another operating system. In other words, don't install that BIOS update after you install W7.
Here are the W7 x64 drivers you need...

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.

Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.

ORA-20001: Unable to create query and update page.

I am using the wizard: Form on a table with report 2 pages. I do not change any of the values when using the wizard (just taking all default values)
I created over 10 pages successfully already.
When creating the one page, I received this error on clicking the 'Finish' button

ORA-20001: Unable to create query and update page. ORA-12899: value too large for column "FLOWS_010500"."WWV_FLOW_PAGE_PLUGS"."PLUG_QUERY_COL_ALLIGNMENTS" (actual: 269, maximum: 255)
Seems like it might be table related since I can continue and create more forms/reports on other tables.
Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like there is a 127-column limit on the number of report columns supported when using that wizard. Do you have more than that?

Default value in LOV field in Create and Update page in OAF

I am unable to default LOV field in Create and Update page in OAF.
I tried in below way :

But I am getting developer mode exception, so please guide me how i can set the default value for create and update page instead of using code in process request method in controller.

1) In case of create, you can default the value either in EOImpl or in AM while initializing the row:
//in EOImpl

2) In case of update, execute the VO (also set the where clause if required) in PR method of update page.

Maybe your firewall or security software are preventing the download from finishing. You could try disabling them until you finish the download

Here are a couple of ideas:
1. (my favorite) - connect the printer to the router with an Ethernet cable for virtually the same functionality, more speed and fewer connectivity issues.
2. Reset by turning the printer off, holding # and 6 keys while and for a few seconds after turning it back on.

Brother HL-3170CDW won't print in color, has poor print quality. I have downloaded drivers, and firmware from Brother with no success.

Just received this printer, and am unable to have any success with it printing in color. I have downloaded drivers, and firmware from Brother that are for OSX 10.9. Also, the print quality is quite poor. Any suggestions what I should be looking for to resolve this? I feel like I am back in the 90's with Windows 3.1!

You need to go to the brother website and download the driver for your printer. I had the same problem, and resolved it just now. The driver for this particular printer is not a good match for any of the preinstalled printer drivers on os x.

Downloading software and updates keeps opening terminal

Everytime i go to download software and updates my mac will open terminal instaed of the download procedures. This has happend so far when i tried to download microsoft silverlight to watch movies on netflix and it also happend when i tried to downlaod an upodate for microsoft word 2008. Any ideas on how i could fix this?

Debranded Touchsmart Drivers and Updates?

I'm thinking of buying a Debranded TouchSmart, and I want to know how do you know which drivers and updates to get if you don't know which model it is? Also, does anyone know if they still come with the bad hardrive that has the brick bug? Alot of these say they were refurbished, so I'm hoping they changed that drive or put the update on them. Does anyone know anything about these Debranded TouchSmarts?

If the BIOS string still lists an HP S/N you can use HP Recovery media and drivers, if it does not contain the HP SN, then you can not and will need to get the apps on your own.

Dreamweaver Template not updating pages error code 2?

Hi All
I wonder if someone can help me - I have a site that i made with Dreamweaver. I then got a new computer (windows 7) and updated my dreamweaver from cs4 to cs5. I have just tried to update my pages and it doesnt seems to be working.
Not sure what information you need - but I have a root folder and within the root site there is a folder with Templates and the templates have the extension .dwt
I have read some posts that say recreate the cache which i have tried - this hasnt worked
I then read another post that says you can update the pages by Modify > templates > Update Pages..
When i tried this I get the update dialog box, but when i try to update the pages i get the following error message:
"error accessing file - (name of the dwt file), file not found, error code 2"
Can i ask the what is the error code 2 - i mean is there any information about the error code which will help me to resolve my templates not being found? as i am bit stuck...
Would appreciate any help on this and thank you in advance

I would like further help with the issue Guy McMickle identified.
When I update links to my two template files I receive the above Error Code 2 message four times. There are 22 page files based on these templates.
The <!-- InstanceBegin template... code does not exist in either of the template files. I does, however, show up in every one of the 21 files that were created from one of the two templates. In these files it shows up in uneditable header code.
Why does the error code only show up four times? If the instanceBegin code is only generated when a file is created based on a template, how can it be avoided or corrected?

Automating a link and Updating pages in Acrobat

I've a report created in Microsoft Access and exported as a PDF file. I've also created several links in the PDF document to make it user friendly. There are 5 pages that are updated on a daily basis (Exported from Access and appended to the existing document). I'm new to Acrobat JavaScripting and would like to automate the PDF creation by doing the following;
1. Automatically append/update the 5 new PDF pages to the existing document.
2. Automatically create/update links based on a particular text in the updated pages PDF pages.
I sincerely appreciate any help I can get on this.

I've a Task Scheduler that open Access and runs a macro that pull data from an external server and a report is created based on this data. "Error 3000" through "3999"
Alerts with codes in the 3000 range generally mean that iTunes cannot contact the gs.apple.com server on ports 80 or 443. This may be because out-of-date or incorrectly configured security or firewall software is interfering, or due to your Internet proxy settings. If you are using a proxy, try removing the proxy settings, or using a known-good network. If that does not resolve the issue, follow iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues.
