Cannot download Mavericks from App Store - error 1004, then error 13.
I have previously downloaded Mavericks 10.9.5, but now I cannot a second time. When I attempt to download, I get an error code 1004..hitting cancel gives me error 13. Yosemite will download, but I don't want it until the "bugs" are worked out - maybe version 10.10.2.
Have contacted technical support by phone and cannot talk to a real person, only the menu system..want a serial number for a Mac. Since my MacBook Pro is over 3 years old, says I must pay for a technical support session - $29 fee.

Clicking on that link shows me nothing other than 2 previously downloaded, and since removed, free items (free apps I tried but later removed).
There is no "hidden" Mavericks download, or for that matter, previously downloaded Mountain Lion.
(Which I also cannot download from the "purchases" page.)
There is a button labeled "Reset" which links to "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading" which I have tried multiple times with no positive result.

i have a windows 7 and was trying to upload iTunes, i get the error 7 (windows error 127). I had itunes before but i tried to upgrade it, not i can't even load back an itunes, can anyone help?
Uninstall your existing copy of iTunes. Delete any copies of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file from your downloads areas for your web browsers and download a fresh copy of the iTunes installer file from the Apple website:

(The current build of the 11.1.4.62 installer was changed a few days ago, which fixed the bulk of the reports of MSVCR80.dll/R6034/APSDaemon.exe/Error-7/AMDS-could-not-start trouble ... but the build number on the installer was not changed. So we're trying to make sure you do the reinstall using a "new good" 11.1.4.62 installer instead of an "old bad".)
Does the install with the new copy of the installer go through properly? If so, does that clear up the error message?

I re-installed Photoshop Elements 7 via a trial download from Adobe website onto my new PC, Windows 8.1 single language.

I am showing the serial number under your account was provided from an equipment manufacturer. It is possible there may have been a customized installer for that version. Have you contacted the computer manufacturer to obtain the installation files for the copy of Photoshop Elements 7 included with your computer?
Since you did not migrate/transfer over any files it is unlikely there is a software issue preventing the installation. You can try running the CC Cleaner Tool to ensure that no corrupt licensing files may be preventing the installation process. Software Download v6.1.1 Error to FP-2000 Results in Safe Mode (Improper Installation)

I have (4) FP-2000 modules (P/N 187685G-01) and (1) FP-2000 (P/N 187685C-01) and I am trying to install LabVIEW RT version 6.1.1. I attempted to download the 6.1.1 software onto the fieldpoint, however, the installation results in safe mode (improper installation). I tried to download the software again but still getting the same message. Configuring the FP is not an issue, just downloading software. I've reviewed other discussion forums and I am not seeing my particular situation. I am sure if I had a part number at rev A, the installation would not be an issue. Can anyone tell me how I can install the FP software without receiving the "safe mode (improper installation)" error?Thank you for your reply!
1. I am using Windows XP. I've used this same PC to download the fieldpoint software to another FP-2000 before. The revision of the fieldpoint that I was successful with was rev A.
2. No. Using fieldpoint software 3.0.2. Haven't made any NI driver updates to this PC.
3. Installing the software one by one:
When attempting to download Fieldpoint VI Manager v1.0.28, Fieldpoint Watchdog v1.0.28, IA Control Environment v4.1.6 or NI-Serial v2.0.2, an error is received:
"The driver(s) selected are not compatible with the version of LabVIEW RT currently on the remote device. Are you sure you want to continue with the installation?"
When continuing with the installation, error "Network communication error while trying to communicate to the remote device. Error 12002." is displayed.
When attempting to download LabVIEW RT v6.1.1, error displayed:
"Network communication error while trying to communicate to the remote device. Error 12002."
Installation failed during file transfer. Your root password may be incorrect, or the file may be in use on the remote device. -

I am trying to move Acrobat XI to a new computer. (Mavericks to Mavericks) Toward to end of the install when 'scripts' a being installed I get an 'Installation error" message. No number or reason just a message to contact the software manufacturer.
I am using a copy of a previous download of Acrobat XI, clicking the .dmg and then on the install package.
Originally, the Acrobat software was brought into the new computer by the Migration Assistant.
Does the install assistant need to be in the mix somewhere? -

Uninstall your current Firefox version and remove the Firefox program folder before installing that copy of the Firefox installer.
It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
You can skip the step to create a new profile, that is not necessary for this issue.
