When I open Creative Cloud Desktop (Mac OS X 10.10.2) in the App section appear a "Download Error" and a "Reload Applications" button that does't work.

    Hi Ablondel24,
I understand that you are getting a 404 message when you access a website from a Mac, not a PC.
First check the cache for the site:
Reload the webpage while bypassing the cache using '''one''' of the following steps:
*Hold down the ''Shift'' key and click the ''Reload'' button with a left click.
    OR
    *Press ''Command'' + ''Shift'' + ''R'' (Mac)
Second try to [[Delete cookies to remove the information websites have stored on your computer]]
Let us know if this solves the issues you are having.

The router is in your house.
In a nutshell, a modem communicates with the Internet and brings a single communications link to your house,  The router takes that single link and divides it up among many links, both wired and wireless, to support many devices in your house.  The router and the modem may be separate physical boxes or, more commonly, they're in the same enclosure.
Unfortunately, if there is a firewall in the router, you will need help.  I don't think that it's a good idea to try to walk you through it via the forum.  You should contact the router supplier and have them walk you through the investigation.

  • Download error in app store

I am getting error messages when downloading Numbers and Keynote 5 from Ap Store software updates. I am then told return to "Purchases" and download again.
Files appear to download entire MB download and then fail to install, requiring a complete re-start of download from the beginning. This is *expensive* when you have a limited monthly download cap.
Is there any way to find the previously downloaded file within OSX Mavericks and to resume it rather than having to redownload the whole file (with the possibility of getting another error message at the end (this has happen twice now!
    Any help much appreciated.

I have a macbook pro 2010 & extra storage and drive space
I don't know what the link is between the new creative cloud update in january and the loss of my apps  & downloading error after that update, to the desktop window?
Before that I hadn't had any trouble with the apps window..all the other parts are syncing and seem fine?
I uninstalled & reinstalled the creative cloud desktop
I installed the yosemite os x to see if the new interface was an issue...all was fine with the yosemite install
I have checked for the answer in the troubleshooting guide
nothing seems to apply at this point...

is this the 'unknown' download error or some other error?  attaching a screenshot of the error if it's in english would be helpful.

  • Download Error for apps from Creative Cloud desktop

I have just signed up for the CS6 cloud package. As a teacher, I've paid for the Student or Teacher arrangement. However, I have not been able to download and install any of the applications. My first attempt was to download Acrobat from the website downloader; the system went throught the motions of installing the Application Manager app, but failed even though the icon was installed on my desktop. So I tried by installing the Creative Cloud desktop app. The installation seemed successful, but a cannot even get to see the apps and get a Download Error message!

    Hi,
Mojarra is the name of the JSF reference implementation.
What I see though is that you are mixing JSF native behavior (e.g f:ajax , f:setPropertyActionListener) with ADF Faces functionality which may be a cause for the problem (I say may because I don't have a prove that this is the reason). I don't really understand why you mix technologies the way you do instead of using the same functionality in ADF Faces. To track the problem down I suggest zo rebuild the form with JSF RI components only. If this works then the issue you see is a problem with ADF Faces and JSF 2.0 behaviors, which needs to be filed as a bug (which I could do if you provide the proof)

  • Download Error on Apps page

I'm trying to load my apps page through Adobe Cloud but it isnt loading, instaed I get the Download Error sign. I seem to be online ok?
    My OS is OSX 10.8.5
Also does my Subscription allow for 2 users or just one?

    Hi Chris,
You can install and activate Creative Cloud desktop applications on two computers, regardless of operating system, for the individual associated with the Creative Cloud membership.
    For Download Error.
Try the following steps and let us know if it helps:
Please download and run Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool: http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Run Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and choose option 3 and then option 1 to complete the cleaning process.
Once done please rename OOBE Folder from these locations to OOBE.old
         MAC: Macintosh HD>Library>Applciation support>Adobe>OOBE
Go to creative.adobe.com -> Download Center -> Download Creative Cloud
Let me know if it helps.
    Thanks!

  • "Download Error" on "Apps" screen

I have tried downloading and installing Adobe Creative Cloud several times in multiple browsers now, but every time I go to view the “apps” screen I get a “Download Error” on the screen. I have tried downloading the program in both chrome and IE and tried restarting. One of the possible solutions I found says to delete the “opm.db” from  this location: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE. I have tried this and had no success. Another possible solution I have found involves renaming some folders that relate to the Creative Cloud download, but I haven’t been able to find any definitive answer.
