Download error in CC. Cannot download LR & PS!
Help! I purchased the $9.99 special for Lightroom & Photoshop. After downloading creative cloud, I tried to download the apps & I keep getting an error message! UGH! HELP HELP HELP, please!
Me too and it is completely impossible to get in touch with Adobe. It is the last time I will do such a trade! Have you gotten a solution?

I just want to download Firefox 3.6 again
I downloaded Firefox 4 onto my PowerPC G4, 1.67GHz running Mac OSX 10.5.6. When I try to open it I get error message You cannot open the application “Firefox” because it is not supported on this architecture.Use Tony's suggestion. I am running it right now and it is awesome. I love Mozilla but they basically screwed all of those older Macs over. Come on Mozilla. These Macs still work, and there are plenty of people with them out there.

The antivirus program our company uses, Bitdefender Antivirus Plus, was causing some of the PDF files not to open. After troubleshooting the different modules and settings the culprit was..
Scan SSL in Privacy Control Settings. Turning it OFF solved the problem and all the PDF files that previously would not open now open just fine. This issue has been sent to Bitdefender for them to review. If you use a different antivirus program and are having this issue try locating the Scan SSL setting and see if turning it off solves the problem. -

Hi, download of the trial product (photoshop ele 13) does nt start even after successfully installing the Adobe download assistant successfully. Only .7z file is shown, .exe file is nt visible. Whn i try to extract .7z file wd 7-Zip error pops up " cannot extract **.7z as archive" .I've tried fresh download of adobe photoshop ele 13 but same error occurs.

Reboot device by pressing both the home button and sleep/wake (power) buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until the apple logo appears on the screen, then let go.
If that doesn't work then reset the device by going to settings/general/reset/reset all settings (or for network connection issues 'reset network settings').
(no media or data will be deleted from the device, this will only take a minute). -

System requirements for XCode is 10.8.4 and above. Since you have 10.7.5 it can't be installed. -

I have had an eMac for a few years. I don't know any of the specs. Every time I try to download or install a new version of itunes or OS I get any number of error messages and cannot complete. Help!!!!
It's best to start with figuring out your eMac model and OS in order to answer the question. This article will help you determine your model:

And to get the version of Mac OS that's installed:
From the Apple Menu at the left end of your menu bar, select "About this Mac..."
In the resulting Window, you can see the Mac OS version just under the big "Mac OS X":
If the eMac is older and you have never upgraded the system software, it's possible that your OS version is too old to run the current iTunes. The current version requires OS 10.5 (Leopard)or higher, which is a pay-for system upgrade. -

Download and install iTunes again: http://www.apple.com/itunes/
Once iTunes is installed you can download your purchased music again. This assumes what you purchased is still available in the Store. Here is the procedure:
Launch iTunes.
Click on iTunes Store on the left
On the right you will see this
Sign in with your Apple ID, then click on "Purchased" (with the orange blob)
On the summary page that appears select the tab "Not on This Computer" on the right.
On the list that appears, select what you want and then click the "Download" button. -

The issue is that it's almost certainly a problem with your firewall/proxy and not iTunes so you might be hard-pressed to find help here as suggesting help for private LAN infrastructure is not the same as suggesting help for iTunes. Usually I'd suggest turning the proxy off and work your way backwards to find out where the problem is but I guess this isn't possible.

I also was experiencing the unknown error -42018 when attempting to download purchased music. Additionally, I was stuck in an endless authorization loop when attempting to play previously purchaed music. All this started when I installed the latest iTunes software 7.0.2.
I run windows XP Pro, and unlike the majority of users I actually set it up correctly with a dedicated administrator account, and regular user accounts instead of just running as admin all the time. For me, that was the cause of the problem.
The new version of iTunes software required FULL CONTROL privilages on the iTunes and iPod install directories for all user accounts that were using the program. (Previous versions worked fine, so this is a new thing.) Once I provided those permissions, iTunes worked correctly. Follow this link: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304040 for information on how to provide FULL CONTROL to every user account.

i've tried several times to download, but continue to get an error mssg advising cannot download to drive F? Wondering why it's attempting to download to drive F instead of C? And, there are no options to choose where i'd like to download AND no support available from Apple to assist w/out $$.
