Download Error "reload Applications

I am getting an error I have used CC my computer for months, but now it is not updating CC App and giving me and error, it doesn't even have my programs listed like it sued for it the CC window..

did the cleaner..still the same

    I get the error code 80070490, whenever I want to install a new app or when I wanted to update an existing app. I am using Nokia Lumia 630. I tried to install the application both in phone memory as well as SD card memory. But I get the same error.
    Please let me know how to resolve this.

    Try to delete and add the Email account again.
    If this doesn't work, reset your phone.
    Setings-about-reset your phone.
    Make sure you have backup of the important data like contacts before doing reset.

    This started after the latest security update for Firefox26 self installed. I have tried all of the suggested fixes; restarting in default mode, un-installing then re-installing the Ant video down loader etc all to no avail. How do I fix this?

    Ant Video Downloader 2.4.7.11 is a Firefox add-on that doesn't look like it's been updated yet for Firefox 26. See https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloader-player/
    The best I can suggest is to contact the add-on developer.

Everything has been running just fine until about 2 weeks ago when the apps in my CC panel just disappeared. I have made no changes to our systems and I am the only person to administer it all.....

    I have been successfully using the creative cloud for several months but tonight when I try open my applications, there are question marks where the app icons once were and when I click on the creative cloud icon at the top of my screen, it says "Dowload Error. Plress Retry to try again or contact customer support. My account is paid  and my internet is working fine. Please advise.
