Download ExportPDF subscription

Just recently subscribed to Adobe Export PDF converter. Where and how do I download the software, and how do I install the desktop icon for the software

    I checked your account using the email address that you provided, and there is no order history. Did you perhaps purchase ExportPDF via the Reader Mobile app? If you did, the subscription would've been processed by the Apple or Android app store, and Adobe wouldn't have record of it. And, you would need to contact the app store regarding any issues.
    However, with the ExportPDF subscription, there is nothing to download. If there are no problems with your subscription, you can log in directly to https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf using your Adobe ID and password.

    Without proper system information and other details nobody can help you. and this error means what it says - some other install process is still active, even if it may not do so visible. Could be a silent update of a virus scanner or something, could be a botched install of another program, not even specifically Adobe. As a start, always reboot your computer and then try again. For anything else we need much more info.

    I checked your account, but don't see any record of an ExportPDF subscription. There was, however, an order placed today, which looks like it may be for an Acrobat Pro subscription. It appears there may be an issue with the order processing. I would like to suggest that you Contact Customer Care. An agent should be able to get things sorted out for you.

    ExportPDF converts PDF files to Word and Excel formats (and several others). What you describe, sounds like you're trying to convert a file *to* PDF. Did you ever start a trial of Acrobat, perhaps? (Whereas you can create PDFs with Acrobat, ExportPDF doesn't let you convert files to PDF.)
    What happens when you log in directly to ExportPDF at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf?

    Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2519 - enabled with iTunes 10.3 and newer; not available in all countries; only apps, books (not audiobooks), music, and t.v. shows (not movies).
    If you're not in a place with iCloud yet, either wait until it is available (maybe), or use your backup drive (which you should always have and iTunes Store notes you should maintain since a second download, until recently, was not available anywhere and still isn't for some media).

    You can manage your subscription by visiting Adobe.com and clicking 'Sign in' at the top-right corner.  Enter your Adobe ID credentials.  After you're logged in, click on 'My Subscriptions and services'.  Here you can stop billing for your subscription.

    Immediately after "Important Customer Security Alert" sent by Adobe (2013/10/04),
    I requested credit card company to terminate the Credit Card that I registered at that moment.
    So that today I received the following e-mail request;

    Now I updated Credit Card information to the valid one.
    I guess this is the reason for "billing currently processing".
    After update, I was able to turn off automatic update for Adobe ExportPDF subscription online.
    After billinghas been completed, please check the subscription was successfully cancelled
    at your earliest convenience.
