Hi,
I am presuming you are looking in the Video Menu but are finding you do not have "permission" to enable Screen Sharing.
In Messages Menu > Preferences > Video section what speed setting is set in the Bandwidth Limit drop down ?
It should be no lower that 200kbps if you want to Video chat or Screen Share (the Min for both is 128kbps)
Even if it shows a speeds higher than this change it to something like 500kbps then close/Quit Messages and then restart it. (i.e change the setting anyway to give a bot of a jolt)

• This process will not run on a client version of lookout?

I get the following error message when I try to upload my process for web
access: "This process will not run on a client version of lookout?"
Why am I getting this?
Regards,
Tommy Scharmann

Hello Tommy,
You're probably trying to upload a process which has a Driver object in it
(like Modbus, AB, etc.) As you are aware, Lookout Clients (and Web CLients)
do not have Driver Objects and that's the reason you're getting the message.
You will normally upload your Client process -- a process which doesn't have
driver objects but talks to a Server Process in turn.
Regards,
Khalid

• What is the URL from which I can download Firefox 10 for Mac?

I cannot use Firefox 11 for Mac because it does not yet support a security add-on that I require. So I want to downgrade to Firefox 10 for Mac in both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
However, I have been unable to find the URL from which I can download these two versions of Firefox 10 for Mac. Yes, I tried putting various keywords into the search box: "download" "Firefox" "previous versions" "downgrade" etc. Still I couldn't locate the URL.
Would you be so kind as to send me the URL?

Just replying to help keep track of the thread. I have been looking also. I can find where to load version 3.6 - but not 10.0.2
We are having printing problems with 11 that we never had with 10 :-(

#A link to Firefox 4 versions will not be offered by any '''''responsible''''' contributor here, because Firefox 4 versions contain stability and security issues that will not be corrected. Firefox 4 is a thing of the past.
#The only currently supported versions that a '''''responsible''''' contributor here will offer are Firefox 5 and Firefox 3.6.18. Firefox 3.6.18 is currently scheduled for support for only 2-3 more months, then it, too, will be a thing of the past. Firefox 6 will probably be introduced about the time the Firefox 3.6.18 support is discontinued.
#To downgrade to Firefox 3.6.18, follow these instructions '''''very carefully''''':
#*Back up your personal information (bookmarks, passwords, etc.) before proceeding just in case something goes wrong: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Backing%20up%20your%20information
#**'''''If you need to''''', see the following article. #*Download and SAVE Firefox 3.6.18 to your Desktop, then proceed as in the "Clean re-install" article below: https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
#*Clean re-install: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Standard_diagnostic_-_Firefox#Clean_reinstall
#*You may also need to reset your extension databases in your profile folder. Do the procedure after locating your profile folder (see "Back up your personal information" above) and closing Firefox. The files will be automatically re-built when you re-start Firefox: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_install_themes_or_extensions_-_Firefox#Corrupt_extension_files

Firefox 4 overwrote previous version in Applications folder, now will not run on my system. HTF do I revert to previous version?

Firefox 4 requires at least OS X 10.5 and an Intel Mac. There is a third party version of Firefox 4 that runs on OS X 10.4/10.5 and PPC Macs, for details see http://www.floodgap.com/software/tenfourfox

After installing iTunes on 64 bit Windows 8 systems iTunes will not run. I've tried to install 32 bit, but I'm told to install 64 bit version (64 bit version installs to x86 folder). iTuns will not run even if I attach iPod.

• Trial Version Will Not Run on my Mac

I have been trying to use the trial of Lightroom 5 to see if I will convert from iPhoto/Aperture to Photoshop/Lightroom. I belong to a digital photography club and we are evaluating "endorsing" a single platform so we can provide education and training for our members. My trial version of Lightroom appears to download and install properly (Mac OS) but when I go to open it, I get an error message - "an error occurred while changing modules" and the screen remains at the shell of LR, showing the module list, the photo tray, and a big gray blob in the middle where everything else should display. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice - once when I hit "enter" after the error message appeared, the app started to load a catalog - I let it run overnight, since my iPhoto folder contains over 20.000 photos and I shoot raw much of the time. The next morning, the pop up window stll said it was establishing a catalog and when I hit enter, that disappeared. I have uninstalled LR, since it is not functional. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hi me again i have just done the following
