Download Fireworks ... Trial-Mode although I´ve paid for CC!!!

I´ve paid for my cretive cloud account a couple of days ago (1 year membership).
I go to https://creative.adobe.com/apps and click on "download" for fireworks. first, the application manager opens and downloads/installs fireworks. BUT: when I start fireworks it says it´s a test version and there´s only 21 days left (licensing doesn´t work, because I don´t have a serial number ...).
so, I de-installed fireworks and repeat the whole procedure. and again ... I´ve now spent one day on trying to install fireworks. I´ve paid for the product!!! WTF?
btw: I´m on OSX (10.7.4) and it´s a fresh setup (no adobe products have been installed).

There can be a couple different causes for products launching in trial mode

If you are a European customer that purchased an English language subscription (versus Mult-language), you would want to ensure that you install the apps in English (International). This doc describes the issue.

    Yes.  Log into MacAppStore with the AppleID that purchased them.

    Nothing works. Here is the situation. I have a subscription that is up for its monthly fee tomorrow, ever since the first payment, which was processed, I have been able to access the apps but they have always started in trial mode. Even with this latest release today, I uninstalled everything cleaned my system out completely and started from scratch. I access my page the apps are available fro download, firstly they appear as "download trial" but a second later it switches to just plain "download" I download the app, it starts up, there are a few flashes on the initial screen that appears and then the apps revert to the almost finished trial mode I had initially started with and I am presented with an option to continue or activiate with a serial number which i do not have. I am downloading an english version and am making sure that the english is the default language. Dont know what to do. Up the creek without a paddle!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    open your cc desktop app>click the settings (gear icon) at the upper right>click apps>apps language.

    In the last day my Creative Cloud menu bar app on my Mac won't allow me to log in and all my apps now come up with a 30 day trial instead of opening normally. Has anyone had this problem? I need to solve it urgently.

    I have the same problem. Situation is exactly as written in the document you linked here.
    I can not deactivate the software as written in the solution description because a dialog box appears whcih says trial period is over.

    This is crazy that I have to download a trial and then "buy" it again. I don't want to "try" it and I don't want to "buy" it again. I've already purchased it. There is no option for me to download it.

    I don't have the CC desktop app, i purchased my membership over the phone as there was an issue preventing me from doing it online.
    I received an email shortly after with text saying that payment has been received and an order number.
    There was then instructions :

    Select "Desktop" under "Apps" to install the app you need. The Creative Cloud app will be installed automatically if you don’t already have it.

    When i sign into my Adobe.com account i can't install any of the apps, i can only d/l trial or buy them. Its as if my account doesn't know that i have paid for my membership.

    I can't see a "license this software" tab and i don't have the CC app.

    If you have them on your computer then you can sync them via iTunes. If they are not on your computer (which is possibly why they weren't copied back after the update) then as long as they are still in the store and you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to purchase them then you should be able to re-download them for free : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

    OH MY GOD, the problem has been solved by itself thanks apple, you are the best Company ever, all my purchased apps appeared as it should probably the servers were in some maintenance but it tooks a lot of time this time, I really don't know how it solved but the cloud mark appeared again on the apps and I can re download them, Thanks APPLE I love so you much and thanks dude for answering and caring about your customers, Apple POWAA!!
