i'd like to download the trial flash mx 2004 professional
version, but i'm not able to find a site from where i can download
it.
Does someone know one?

Once a new version is released, the previous version is no
longer available - MX 2004 id flash
version 7 and currently we are at version 9 (Flash CS3) so
the MX 2004 trial has not been available
for about 2 years.

just change the codebase attribute in the object tag to
version=6,0,0,0 or 7,0,0,0 in the JS file, im pretty sure that all
you would need to do.

ScrollPane in Flash MX and flash Mx 2004 professional

Summary:
The refreshPane method works differently in Flash MX and
Flash MX 2004 Professional
What went wrong?:
I have used scrollPane component in Flash mx and loaded some
content. I changed the content size i.e. width and height
at runtime and after that called the refreshPane() method to
resize the scrollPane. It works fine with Flash MX
But same I tried with Flash Mx 2004 Professional, but it
doesn't work, since in Flash Mx the refreshPane() method resizes
the content and in flash Mx 2004 Professional the
refreshPane() metod reloads the content.
What should have happened?:
Can there be a method in flash Mx 2004 Professional which
just resizes the scrollPane and not reloads the whole content?
Since if I have to generate a content at runtime and resize
it also at runtime then just by calling the method refreshPane() in
flash Mx 2004 Professional, it loads the content what it was
originally and not the changed one.

Flash MX creates .swf files. Dreamweaver CS4 creates HTML
files, and
has the capability of inserting .swf files in a web page. It
doesn't
matter which version of Flash you use to create your .swf
files; they
can be inserted into a web page in any version of
Dreamweaver.

Downloading Flash MX 2004

I have lost my cd for flash mx 2004 and my computer recently
crashed and lost all of it's files. I still have the code for
flash, but I don't have a cd to download it. I dont want to have to
buy a newer version so I was wondering where I could redownload
flash mx 2004 and then just insert my code. Thanks.

You can still buy MX 2004 books with trial installers (such
as the Hands On Training book, which I have myself, and saw
recently at both Borders and Amazon).
I just don't know whether your license key will still be
honored when you trial to register through a trial copy. Personally
I would risk it and give it a try. And if it didn't work, I'd look
for a cheap licensed copy of Flash 8. Flash 8 is almost the same as
Flash 7 (MX 2004), just a little more advanced and easier to
use.

I'm using PC with Windows 8.1. I got onto the Creative Cloud and downloaded "Flash Professional CC and Mobile Device Packaging (2014)". <--- That would be the file. I can't open or run it from CC and I couldn't find a file in my computer either.
I've also found direct downloads for the trial version and hit the set-up button, it loads up, and then nothing happens.

I'm am about to try ADOBE FLASH CS4 PROFESSIONAL (trial) It's
for my daughter, she began a project at school with madromedia
flash mx 2004. but my trial version at home is no longer available

question is: are these two software compatible, can she open her

Tried downloading Flash Professional Cs6 trial, but it stopped at "extracting", help?

So i attempted downloading Flash Professional Cs6 trial, but my laptop died minutes before it finished, i know it can run on my laptop i already have photoshop cs6. I need to know what i can do about this so it doesen't stop me from purchasing the real thing. It won't let me pause it or cancel. I've tried uninstalling the download assisant, but it comes back with the error message "FlashPro_12_LS16.dmg error -4960" and the program is still "extracting". Downloading Flash Professional CS6: Gets to 99% and crashes.

Hi,
I'm having some very serious problems downloading Flash CS6 onto my computer. I have a 2009 Macbook Pro and just recently had all the parts replaced (new 512GB hard drive, 4GB 1067 Mhz DDR3, 2.53 GHz Intel Core Duo Processor) and just installed Mavericks (10.9.4).
Flash CS6 worked perfectly before my new parts, but now when I try to install it initializes the installer, begins the installation, gets to 99%, freezes, and ultimately crashes my computer. I have tried all of the troubleshooting I've found (restarting the computer, downloading the .dmg from different browsers, using the Adobe CC Cleanup Tool). And, because I have to force restart my computer each time, no installation logs are recorded in the library.
The errors that I see in the PDApp are as follows:

I have a template designed in flash 2004 MX.
I would like to modify this (html links, action script via browser/network.)
I have flash 8 professional but this do not seems to do it.
#1. Can this be done with flash 8, if so how.
#2. If flash cannot do it, then what do I need.
I try to test Macromedia version but I am getting a trial license expired and it will not load.

Flash MX 2004 isn't supported on Windows Vista. You might
have better luck downloading Virtual PC 2007 (free) and making a
Windows XP image, then loading Flash MX 2004 onto that XP image
instead of Vista. Of course you will need a copy of Windows XP.
