If you are referring to the Calendar Sync software, you can download them from OTN.

Where can I find the size of a download for a software update now?
Since I upgraded to Mountain Lion (Mac OSX 10.8.3) this information is no longer available in software updates listing you get if you click on the Software Update menu item from the Apple menu.
I found the download size (often hundreds of megabytes for an individual update and sometimes a set of updates might amount to a few gigabytes) to be very helpful, and now that it seems no longer available (I can't even see it on the web page I came to for more information, thinking the download size would surely be specified there), it is frustrating. My current example is iTunes 11.0.3
I would greatly appreicate having this information back in the software updates listing, but since it is no longer available there, and I don't know where else to find it, if anybody can enlighten me to its whereabouts, I'd be grateful.

Hi.. Welcome to the Palm forums. I just tried the link that you had and was able to succesfully download activesync for XP. Try it again, if it still does not work try going to google and do a search for "download activesync 4.5" which should give multipul options for the download. If that does not work then the problem is on your end and you may need to talk to a computer repair shop.

I need a download for desktop software 4.2 or 4.3

I'm totally frustrated after an hour of hard looking for the software.
Yes I know you don't support it any longer but some of us in the real world still need that version because it links with lotus organizer 6.0 and earlier.
All the google links that I had the time to try all link to the blackberry download site which of course stops at v4.6
It sure would be nice if the bbry software had more backwards compatibility but I digress
Would someone please send me the address where 4.2 or 4.3 can be had?

How to do a delayed download for iPhone Software Update

How do i use a "download manager" to download a iPhone Software Update at a specified later time?
i.e. delay my download until after 2 a.m. when Hughesnet Fair Access Policy allows me to download such large files...
Alternatively, can I download iPhone Software Updates from somewhere other than iTunes?

Plz make the download a zip or arar file to speed download for all software and versions

bcuz most pepole have internet speed problem I suggest that all download able software versions converted to a compressed files such as zip or rar files.

The Windows version is compressed with 7-Zip while if you were to do a full size update in Firefox the file is actually larger since the mar file is not compressed.
Mozilla has not provided ANY .zip releases of Firefox ever since the old Firefox 1.0.1 version (released end of Feb 2005). It was found that Firefox can be crash prone if users installed the .zip and installer versions over each other (mixing) when they should have been kept separate or installed in a clean folder.
Mozilla has no plans to make .zip version of Firefox releases available (For Windows) again whether it be the upcoming 4.0 or older.
By the way the .zip equivalent is actually bigger (by some 3mb) and not smaller than the setup compressed with 7-Zip anyways.

Which sync software downloads do I use for Palm treo pro?

Hi ! I mentioned before on the forums I have a used palm treo pro. I have just realised I do not have the synchronisation software. I looked on the net and found different windows synching softwares 'free' for windows. Am I supposed to look for the software which states it works for the 6.1 windows mobile operating system (on palm treo pro)as I cannot see that sort of thing recommended on the different downloads. The link below seems to be the closest but I cannot imagine a mobile running 6.1 windows using this. I am fairly clueless as I have never synced before. Scrolling down this link to the title under STEP 2 saying Alternative method it shows the type of hotsyncing I need to do. Anyone with any knowledge should understand this and hopefully could advise. Alpine23, I've moved your post from the Windows HotSync section to here, due to the fact your device does not use that software - "Hotsync" refers to devices that run PalmOS.
Your device runs Windows Mobile. What you use to sync it depends on the operating system on your computer. Older OS's like Windows XP use a program called "Microsoft ActiveSync". Newer computers running Vista or Win7 use "Windows Mobile Device Center:

I received an ipod touch 5th gen for Christmas. The first songs i've downloaded and synced with my touch have created ghost songs. They are only on my computer in itunes once but appear on my ipod twice, one copy that won't play. I can't delete them

I can't delete them. I've tried unticking all the music that was on the ipod via itunes and re-syncing, which in theory should delete all music from my ipod. It does except for the 5 ghost songs.   So at present I have no music on ipod except the 5 ghost songs.   Has anyone got any ideas how I can get rid of these?
I had no problems with my ipod touch 4th, which I had for years.   Any help would be great.

However, after your remove the Apple software components also remove the iCloud Control Panel via Windows Programs and Features app in the Window Control Panel. Then reinstall all the Apple software components
- Then do the other actions of:

- New cable and different USB port
- Run this and see if the results help with determine the cause

Companionlink Google for Calendar - OR - ANY Wireless Sync Software

I've been hacking at a way to wirelessly sync my BBerry Bold 9650 with Outlook 2007 and Google. Since the BBerry solution offers a good email sync, there is no problem there. Once you install Companionlink Google for BBerry it is clear that unless you want contacts to multiply you cannot have 2 programs doing the syncing. So, I erased the phone, backed up my contacts and calendar from Outlook 2007 - then erased them in Outlook, and erased them my Gmail contacts and calendar. Then I did a clean install of my Blackberry email setup for gmail - and "did not" check to have the contacts sync through BBerry's solution. All worked so far. Then I installed Companionlink on the PC (Vista), and configured that it would sync contacts and calendar. Lastly I had companionlink send a link to my BBerry with the mobile app - which I configured to sync contacts tasks and calendar. Then I wasn't getting my email. So I deleted my gmail account from the phone and re-registered it for email only. This worked. Everything was syncing like a charm. Next thing I know (about 3 hours later) Companionlink crashed!! Has anyone had this happen? After trying many apps to fully sync outlooks functionality I'm depressed! Who wants to plug the phone in every night? Can any one help with a solid and trouble free solution or app that works??

Again, not having a Windows Mobile Treo, have you checked the software download section on the VZW customer support area? I found this article which might be helpful. If you are talking about the VZW Sync software that sync your data and email with your VZW account, to restore that, you may need to hard reset your device. As a Sprint user, I don't know for sure.

A manual backup will help in your situation.
Make sure your new computer is authorized in iTunes. Disable autosync in iTunes, connect your iPod, right click on it in the device list and choose backup.

Transfer your purchases the same way to copy all apps and bought media from the Store to your computer.
Set up at least one contact and event on your computer to be able the merge your calendars and contacts after your iPod got wiped during the first sync.

Music is one way only, from the computer to your device, unless you bought the songs in iTunes and transferred your purchases.
