I just purchased for download Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premire element 10 from Amazon. It comes in three seperate down loads. In what order should I install them?

I bought Adobe Photshop Elements 12 full license download from Amazon in April. Suddenly Elements says trial expired. What to do?

I've used Elements at least once a week since I bought it. Today I tried to open it, and it's saying my trial has expired. I don't have a trial, I purchased the full license to download the product, and did so at Amazon. I don't want to download it again from Amazon because I understand I have 2 product downloads, and plan on using the 2nd download to my other computer. I have my purchase code and everything from Amazon. What to do? I really need to use Elements.

If you are having trouble with the download assistant you can try going without it by downloading thru the site linked below. In case there is some misunderstanding, you do not have to install anything more than the trial version. You use your serial number from the purchase to convert the trial to full usage.
Be sure to follow the steps outlined in the Note: Very Important Instructions section on the download pages at this site and have cookies enabled in your browser or else the download will not work properly.

CS6 Creative Suite download from Amazon?

My company absolutely can not make monthly billed cloud payments. Adobe sales says that yearly cloud billing won't be available for a year or so but not sure if it will ever offer yearly billing for cloud.
Amazon has CS6 Creative Suite Legacy version download available.
Is this a legal version and are there available download updates from Adobe to bring it up to it's latest version?

So I can buy the licence from Amazon, download, and it will be a stable version.
Not currently using raw so shouldn't be a problem there.
We tried to purchase thru Adobe with a company credit card but order has been penging since Nov. 6th.
Spent wasted hours on phone and with chat and got no where trying to change charge to another credit card.
Probably will give up on Adobe and just order on my card and turn in expense report.

Either in your Downloads folder or your Movies folder or if you installed sometype of software from Amazon to downkload and view these movies in a folder created by that software. So look in your Username folder, your Home Folder for it.

Where are the kindle books I downloaded from amazon?

I down loaded my kindle books to the IPad. I. Used the amazon app and had no difficulty but I can't find the books on the iPad. I know they were yesterday but I don't see them now.

Unfortunately there isn't a 'standard' user interface that every app uses, so the ways that things are done in one app won't necessarily be the same in another app - as you've found out. For the Kindle app there is this page on the Amazon site which may help http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html/ref=hp_ipland_uread?nodeId=2 00298480&#read. But unfortunately they have the one page that covers both the iPad and iPhone/iPod Touch which (due to the difference in their screen sizes) have slightly different screen layouts, so some of the screenshots they show aren't exactly the same on the iPad - but it may be of some use (hopefully).
For other apps there is generally a 'support' page link on their description page in the store, where you may find a user's guide and/or frequently asked questions page - but, again unfortunately, not all do.
And don't worry about asking questions - it's better to ask and get an answer than to go unasked/unanswered (and other people will probably find the question/answer useful as well).

Camera Roll photos in an iOS backup and Photo Stream are two different things. If your Photo Stream has the photos that you want to recover back to your PC, you can do that by installing "iCloud Control Panel" software, which will put your Photo Streams onto your PC.
But note that your main Photo Stream is temporary, so if there are important photos there then copy them out to a permanent folder on your computer. Also, get in the habit of transferring new iPhone photos to your computer on a regular basis, as you would any digital camera.

Imported MP3s (mostly from Amazon) getting corrupted by iTunes?

I have a relatively large collection (~12000 songs) managed by iTunes. Recently, I have been having major problems with MP3s, mostly downloaded from Amazon, getting corrupted by iTunes. By corrupted, I mean that the song has skips and weird digital artifacts that I haven't had problems with since the very early (pre-1999) days of using Napster. If you've heard this before, you'll probably agree that it's hard to describe, but the song basically goes off-beat for a split second, can sound like a warble machine, and sometimes has very harsh ear-popping noises.
This issue just recently started happening - I want to say within the last 3-4 weeks. I don't want to think that it's the recent upgrade to iTunes, but here is my thought:
I think that iTunes is modifying my MP3s, particularly the ones with star ratings, but also other files. Once edited, many seem to be corrupt. For the ones from Amazon, I've been able to download replacement versions (after getting their cust. service to re-enable the download) and the songs play fine in Winamp and WMP, until I play them in iTunes. Then they skip and blip all over the place in all 3 programs! The file size is changed by iTunes, often to a smaller file size (seems weird, if it's adding tag info?).
ANY help is appreciated. I'm about ready to stop using iTunes, change all my files to read-only, and find another way to upload to my iPods.

Are you positive they didn't import, or is it just that there aren't where you expect to find them? The thing about wav files is they don't accept tags, so if you import them they will just get added under the filename.
I would just copy across the whole media folder with libraries and all, then start iTunes with the option key held down and point it at the media folder. This will just use the library in its new location and you don't have to import, etc.

I also purchased a song from the iTunes store shortly after this. In both cases, the music shows up on my iPod touch in a lighter print than the other music on my iPod. When I select it nothing happens. I only plug into the computer a couple of times a month, but I perform all updates as are indicated and I synch my iPod. Note that when I have iTunes up on my computer, the music WILL play directly from the library, just not on the iPod. Any ideas? Thanks.

I purchased and downloaded Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 from Amazon and when I try to open it, it's asking for a "Redemption Code". Where do I get the that code?

When I try to open the Adobe software, it asks from the Redemption Code when on an Adobe web site. The instructions that came in the download say that this is a 24 digit code of numbers and letters. The only thing I got from Amazon was an Order Key, which is also 24 digits, but only numbers and the software didn't like that code… I walked through the steps on the Adobe web site to get my redemption code, but the final step before giving me my redemption code is to enter my redemption code… I have to enter the code for them to give me the code…??? Am I missing something??? Do I get this "Redemption Code" from Amazon, or from Adobe?

You would get the redemption code, or perhaps even the serial number, from whomever you purchased the software from, apparently Amazon, so talk to them. This wouldn’t be the first time they’ve sold something that didn’t have all the numbers needed to license it.
A redemption code is something that is usually on the inner disc packaging if you purchase the media in a box, and there is a barcode on the outside of the packaging that must be scanned at the checkout register to activate the hidden inner code so you can redeem it at home on that website. This is what happens if you buy PSE from a brick-and-mortar store like Best Buy. I don’t’ know what happens if you purchase the downloaded version as I have never done that.
A redemption code is 24-digits of letters and numbers that you enter into a website to get a serial number, once and only once. The serial number of only 24-digits, no letters, is what you enter into the software during the install or when you run it and it asks if you want to register or run in a trial mode—whatever the exact phrasing is.
In any case it sounds like you don’t have either a redemption code or serial number—although perhaps something is listed on the purchase confirmation or your account online at Amazon or even in an e-mail from Amazon.

Can someone please help me with my security. For some reason when I go to download from my itunes account, apple is asking me to verify my ID by asking me questions that are simply not relevant to me. How do I change the questions?

When I go to download from my iTunes account, it has started to say that I have to verify my ID. When only last week I was able to download ok. The questions it asks me are not relevant to me and I need to know how to reset the questions.   For example, it asks who is my favourite teacher? I am over 50 years old and have not been in a classroom for almost 40 years, so I would not have ever answered a question like that in the first place as I would not know a name of a teacher.
