I was downloading BreakingBad from iTunes and it has stalled after 3 episodes?
Close it out and try again. You've already made the purchase, so it's not like you can't still get them after a restart of the app (i.e. Quit it and open it back up).

It sounds like you might have a slow wifi internet connection? How fast is it with a speed test from your iPad. -
My iPod 4G, after a reset and iOS6 install, after I recopied and synced music, is missing most album art. Even songs directly downloaded from iTunes are missing album art. I'm using iTunes 11.0.1 on Windows Vista. My iPod isn't full. Whenever I go to "On This iPod" and add album art and sync, nothing happens. Please help :/
Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync all music and resync
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

I've had my iPod classic for some time now, and up to now have been connecting it to my laptop to sync any downloaded tunes from iTunes. Unfortunately, the laptop has died and I'm thinking of buying a iPad.....but how do I now get any songs downloaded from iTunes to my iPod?
If an iPod is set to update automatically it will be associated with a particular library. If you connect that iPod to a different computer or a different library on the same computer you get the the message you are referring to. "The iPod "iPod Name"is linked to another another iTunes music library. Do you want to change the link to this iTunes music library and replace all existing songs and playlists on this iPod with those from this library". To use an iPod on multiple computers you change the update method to "manually manage songs and playlists". You can also use multiple iPods on a single computer so you will be able to connect both of your iPods to your existing iTunes. Connect the new iPod and follow the on screen instructions, iTunes will open and update your iPod.

The iPod offers three ways to transfer music from your computer. You can select one of the following update modes from the iPod Preferences menu in iTunes (Edit=>Preferences=>'iPod' tab):
1) Automatically update all songs and playlists. This is the default mode, in which your entire music library, including playlists, is automatically synced to your iPod. If the music library on your computer exceeds the iPod storage capacity, you are prompted to select a different update method.
2) Automatically update selected playlists only. With this option, iTunes automatically copies the playlists you have selected to the iPod when you connect it to the computer.
3) Manually manage songs and playlists. You can also choose to transfer music to the iPod manually. This allows you to drag and drop individual songs and playlists from iTunes to the iPod. -

I bought a Sandisk Connect Media Drive, downloaded the app from iTunes. Before iOS 8, movies played fine. After iOS upgrade I can no longer play movies downloaded from iTunes to the media drive. Anyone else have a similar issue?
I checked with SanDisk's own online support and they indicate that they have notified Apple of the issue.
According to SanDisk, the problem lies with Apple not having the iOS 8 version of the Safari browser having DRM decoding enabled that the Media Drive relies upon to decode and play iTunes DRM titles. Non DRM encoded videos will play in the browser.
DRM audio is not effected as this is handled by the native iOS music app.
As of the date of this post SanDisk have not been given a timeframe by Apple for this issue to be resolved.
I hope that Apple resolves this issue quickly as I have a large collection of DRM video titles on a 128Mb memory card installed in the Media Drive that I am unable to view. -

another option is to turn off your ipad, logout from your itunes account and try again downloading the movie. If it still gives you error, call apple support and ask for itunes agent to see if there is something wrong with the movie you are trying to download -

Are you using a proxy or a VPN to connect to the internet? If you are, this is possibly the reason why. I suggest using anothe connection which is not a proxy.

Corrupt aac files after downloading from iTunes!
Hi,
the download manager of iTunes is bad! If downloads are interrupted and resumed later (lack of electricity supply, disruption of the Internet connection), then aac files are not valid! Such a file stops playing in the middle of the song, for example. Yesterday I checked my library (with Parallels Desktop + Win XP + foobar2000 + foo verifier) and I found 45 invalid aac files! All of these files I recently downloaded (iTunes Match matching process).
Why iTunes don't check the file size or a checksum after downloading???Yes. I've had and continue to have this problem of a small number of songs getting downloaded corrupt when updatings songs via iTunes Match.
Deleting and re-downloading from iTunes Match is the only solution I have found for the problem as I am having it: the songs ARE corrupted for me, and it's not just a metadata problem. When I open the songs in an audio editing program you can see that the audio just isn't there: the data stops before the end of the song (somewhere between 50% and 70% through the piece, usually). So copying it to another computer or re-importing it won't fix anything.
The problem is that iTunes doesn't KNOW which of the songs I've matched-then-downloaded via iTunes Match are bad, and I won't know either until I happen to play one that skips before it ends.
Here's the only solution I've found that will inspect these songs one at a time and list the bad ones:
Create a Playlist of all songs you've downloaded (upgraded) via iTunes Match.
Plug in an iPod (etc.) and wipe out whatever songs are on it already.
In the iTunes setting for that iOS device, tell it to recompress the songs to 128k AAC as it puts the songs onto the iOS device.
Now sync that entire Playlist to the device and wait.
Result: all songs that cannot be down-converted by iTunes to 128k AAC (because the song data is bad) will be listed in the resulting error dialog.
Here's the total suck part: iTunes doesn't let you save that list of errors off to a text file. You have to do one or more screen captures and save off the list, then manually go find those songs, delete them and re-download them from iTunes Match. Total PIA but it's the best I have come up with, since I can find no other utility or means to batch-check that these files are valid. -
Some of the songs I have downloaded from iclouds cut out after about 50 seconds when i play them? Has anyone else had this problem and if so did you manage to fix it.
ThanksI've had this happen several times... I suspect the download was interrupted for some unreported reason so it only has a partial file or has a corrupt byte in the file it failed to catch.
Just delete the local copy and re-download from the cloud and they play fine. -
Can TV show episodes downloaded from iTunes be converted?
Can TV show episodes downloaded from iTunes be converted for my non-ipod mp3 player? It's made by Creative Zen and does have a video converter to get files into the right format, but is there something about iTunes TV episodes and their encoding that would prevent this?
In answer to the 2nd part of your question,yes, the files are protected which make them only compatible with iPods, iPhones, etc.

My video playlists from iTunes stop playing after about 3 episodes. It just appears to buffer for no reason. I have checked to make sure that the hard drive that these movies are on does not go to sleep. Any ideas?
