Download help for Adobe Premier Elements

I purchased Adobe photoshop elements 12 & Adobe premier elements 12 as a bundle for 99.99 on-line. I was able to download photoshop elements, but have been unable to download premier elements.
Although they both show different serial #'s on the invoice the names are linked together for the download. I have a brand new Apple desktop. Can you instruct me how to download premier elements 12?

I cannot install Premier Elements 10 on my Mac. I have tried many times and it's getting frusterating. I keep recieving this message:

I have a package that is for both the Photoshop and the Premiere Elements and I was able to download the Photoshop part but the Premier Elements part will not install all the way. Every time, it gets to about half way done and then it ejects the disk. I am using disk 3.. am I using the wrong disk? What's wrong? I am desperate.

The only problem you will encounter is that Apple will not let you run this fix- you will have to force it to overide the security setting; just read the directions and click on the question mark for the help. stop when you get to INSTALL on the CD then run the adobe patch- it will get a little confusing but keep trying. i will confuse it more if i keep typing. good luck ! it will work !

Video file help for Adobe Premiere Elements 7

I am not a technical person so I don't really understand all the "big words" per se.
I got my movies converted to a DVD from a company and they sent it to me in an mp4 format which I thought I could just import into Premiere and start to edit. Well that didn't work. Trying to figure out how to import it so I could edit it. I know if I convert it through something the quality will go down.
I don't know anything about codecs but it says the Video Codec is LEAD H264 Decoder (3.0) and the Audio codec is LEAD AAC Decoder.

Given you have files with .mp4 file extensions on a DVD disc for storage purposes.
And, you want to use these files in a Premiere Elements 7 Windows project. What do you
mean by

How did it not work?
a. When you opened Premiere Elements 7 and went to Get Media/Files and Folders/ did you
get an error message that prevented you from going further?
b. If you imported your file into Organize/Media, did you have a problem after you dragged your video to the Timeline view Timeline or the Sceenline view Filmstrip?
or
c. Was the issue some place else?
Backing up a little, how did you attempt to import the .mp4 from the DVD disc to Premiere Elements 7?
a. Copy file from disc and paste to desktop from where you used Premiere Elements Get Media/Files and Folder?
b. User Premiere Elements 7's Get Media/"DVD(Camcorder or PC DVD Drive)"/Adobe Premiere Elements - Media Downloader?
Once we sort out the above, then I would like to learn more about the properties of your files. Right now we know only that they are .mp4 files that use video compression = LEAD H.264 and audio compression = LEAD AAC. Do you know what we have here...720 x 480 4:3 or 720 x 480 16:9 Widescreen or something else?
Please review the above and do not hesitate to ask for clarification on anything written.
At this point, I am not sure if the problem is related to how you imported that video into Premiere Elements 7 or the properties of the video itself (original or some possible modification of the original).
Please review and consider.

Download content for Adobe Premiere Elements 9.0 Windows 7

I have downloaded HD content 1, 2 and 3 to a folder. The installations instructions say I should click the folder that I want to open. A dialogue box should appear where the content should be extracted and I should provide the path and choose OK. I have no idea what path to provide. Can someone help?

Where is the help in Adobe Photoshop Elements 13?

I've just purchased Adobe Photshop Elements 13 but can't find any proper Help. When I click on Help on the File menu, I am taken to a web page (Photoshop Elements Help | Photoshop Elements Help). It doesn't matter what I am doing (e.g. using the clone tool or trying to apply kerning for example), I always end up on this same non-context-sensitive web page. I am an experienced user of graphics software but am new to Photoshop Elements.
I'm trying to kern some text characters so I entered "kerning" in the Search field. The first "hit" was InDesign Help | Kerning and tracking but nothing they say seems to apply to my particular version of Photoshop Elemts - whcih being V13 is hopefully the latest. And who are they? Are they an official voice for Adobe? Their "help" was way off.
Could someone point me to the Help for Adobe Photoshop Elements 13?
As an aside, why does Adobe hit one with a 27 page legal agreement before one can install the software? I confess I didn't have my lawyer with me and may not have read all 27 pages.

I have been trying to create silent installation for Adobe Premier Elements 12 and have had no luck. Followed instructions on http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-element-12-silent-install.html. None of the switches work.
I have a volume license for this product. have also tried the AAMEE tool to no success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 and Premiere Elements 13 are standalone products.
So, you can have both on the same computer, but only open one for your work.
The classical recommendation is to finish a project in the version in which it was created since there
is no guarantee that a project from an earlier version will open in the later version. Probably will, but
no guarantees. And, when you do explore this, do it from a copy of the earlier version project. Once you
take the earlier version project into a later version one, you cannot go back to edit the later version edited
project in the earlier version program.
If you have both versions (9 and 13) on the same computer and you have not moved, deleted, renamed any of the version 9's files/folders,
right click the saved closed Premiere Elements 9.0/9.0.1 project file, select Open With, and then Adobe Premiere Elements 13.
(Your 9.0/9.0.1 saved closed project file should be found in Libraries/Documents/Adobe/Premiere Elements/9.0.)

That's going to be a ridiculous waste of money and energy.
First of all, the current ATI drivers don't support multiple GPUs, so at the moment even a single 4870X2 would be only a 'normal' 4870 (which is quite a speed beast already). GFX drivers evolve rapidly, so things might look different next month, but when it comes to Linux and hardware there's one Golden Rule: stay away from the newest stuff and wait for proper support to get coded.
I also wonder what power supply could possibly cope with the differences between idle and full load; that's way beyond 400W. But then, I'm one of those "quiet&green" types where >100W idle is already a bit much.
I kind of understand that you want to get it done and not worry about hardware for the next 10 years or so, but that's simply not how the hardware world works and never did. At least not for the average consumer.

Two years ago or thereabouts I purchased Adobe Photoshop Essentials 10.0 ande Adobe Premier Elements 10.0. I lost the disk. I want to download the programs from the internet. I have my serial numbers.

I'm not exactly sure what 'Essentials' is, but you can get Photoshop Elements 10 and Premiere Elements 10 from https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install.html in the 'Downloads for older versions' section.

Unable to download and activate Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 for Mac.

My old mac is being replaced with a new mac and unfortunately, it seems like I will have to repurchase the programs I was using.
I have a disc for Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0, and purchased an upgrade years ago for Elements 6.0. The download for the version 6.0 is no longer available. I contacted support and they informed me that my only option was to purchase an upgrade.

No, sorry. There was an Australian site that had the PSE 6 trial for a while, but that wouldn't help you either, since back then you couldn't enter a serial number into the trial version. If you didn't save your original installation media, I'm afraid you're stuck. Neither Adobe nor ProDesign make PSE 6 available as a download, probably since it would be more trouble for them than it's worth, since hardly anyone bought downloads back then and serial numbers from the disc version won't work in a download for PSE 6 and vice versa, so they'd have dozens of people complaining that there was something wrong.
