Download new Headstart patch 6.5.3.0 not possible.
receiving the following error: Document not found. (WWC-46000)
None of the downloads seems to be working in the supplement option.

If you get this message it means that you are not authorized to get to the supplement option. This can either mean you
didn't buy the supplement option yet or you are not authorized yet. If the last is the issue please send an e-mail to
[email protected], with company name, email, my oracle.com account and contract date of the supplement option.
Then we will take care of the access rights. If you haven't bought it yet please contact your local Oracle Consulting contact.

You can upgrade to iPhoto '11 with OS X 10.8.5 by purchasing an iPhoto '11 DVD from Amazon, eBay or other source - or you can upgrade your OS to Mavericks for free if your system meets the requirements and then purchase the upgrade to iPhoto '11 version 9.5.x from the App store - in either case backup first in case of problems

sounds like your phone was hacked to work with your carrier. Now it is relocked to the rightful carrier. It cannot be reactivated without a SIM from that carrier.

Well the error message is in Swedish but says: The installation program database is damaged. Please contact the Adobe support (which is a hard thing to do!!). I use Windows 7 Home Premium with service pack 1.

The latest iWork '09.2 requires 10.7 Lion. You can go onto eBay and get the '09.0 or the '08 version which will work with 10.4. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IWork

Next time an app update gets stuck try a reset. Press and hold both the home and power buttons for10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Then release both buttons. Wait till your iPad starts on it's own. Try now. Also YouTube is still available. If you can't find it the the app store go to the bottom of the app store page and tap purchased. All your deleted apps will be listed and you can reinstall YouTube from there.

Depending where you are, there can be slow downs on the servers.
You just have to keep trying. I tried 3 times to get the Mavericks upfrade and eventually had to go to the Apple Store.
Where they gave me a copy of the previous version!

1. System Preferences > Flash Player > Advanced > Delete All
     Press the "Delete All" button.
     Install Adobe Flash Player.

   Download it first.
   The next step is important.
   Click Safari in the menubar and select “Quit Safari”.
   If it doesn’t quit, Force Quit it.
   Press command + option + esc keys together at the same time. Wait.
   When Force Quit window appears, select the application if not already.
   Press Force Quit button at the bottom of the window. Wait.
   Application will quit.
    Follow the prompts and install it.
    Restart computer. Relaunch Safari.

    Internet Plug-ins > "Allow plug-ins"
    Enable it.

Keyboard clicks- no sound, Skype not at all, viber ring sound, volume I can not move although the bottoms work properly etc etc etc etc. because all these problems I don't want to download iOS in my iPad. When we can fix it, and how. I need a really answer for apple. I just need to do one thing to see if it work restore to a fabric and copy again everything, but I've heard from people who has made it and nothing.

Because of different local copyright laws and licensing you cannot keep everything exactly the same except for iCloud, which is not affected. You will have to create a new Apple ID for use on the UK iTunes Store with a form of payment drawn on a local bank and an address in the UK. As long as you have downloaded all your purchases and the computer is still authorized to play all protected video content that won't change, however Apps may give you trouble when updating because once associated with an Apple ID you can only switch between stores every 90 days.
As for iTunes Match you must contact Australian iTunes Store support to cancel the subscription and you will have to resubscribe on the UK store.

After my first questio: can not find the link for free download firefox 6. You answered and I used the link you send. nr 5 was downloaded but it did not work on a minimac it said the version of the mac does not allow it. What to do use the 3.6

The upgrade notification did not give a free download icon so I asked you and you replyed with an email with a link. I went to the page and could happily download nr 5 instead of 6 but well.
Now firefox gives still the notification to upgrade and what i downloaded does not work on my mac with safari.
So can i savely stay with 3.6 ?

You can't use Firefox 4 on Mac OS X 10.4, on on 10.5 you need the Intel chip.

I doubt that Firefox 5 or 6 would be any different, once support is dropped for hardware or operating system it stays dropped, you need to stay with version 3.

I own a small company and we are having the same problems.
IE9 is not working with the latest flash update infact the update has messed up flash complety for all sites once installed. I went to YouTube eariler and it warned that I needed to install to the new Flash Player upon instaling and returning to YouTube it had the same message. This led us to download both the x86 and x64 versions and useing the uninstaller went through each one and tried the updates. None of the downloadable updates from Adobes site works. I have also loaded up Windows XP in a virtual machine and trying IE 8 with the latest updates and it as well does not work and does the same thing upon updateing it just keeps saying to install the latest update allthough it has allready been done!
Now on the other hand I loaded FireFox and it had the same update and upon restarting the browser after applying the update and it works just fine!
Im on a Windows 7 x64 Ultimate box and ran the WindowsXP in the VM. FireFox was loaded on the main OS and worked fine after said update.
Of Course I have allready double checked the running addons in IE 9 and the files within the /system32/ and all the flash files go there (x86 and x64 were differnt named files)
Im guessing there is something conflicting betwen IE (IE 8 and 9 tested)
Now this is not just happining on this machine but all of our desktops and laptops no one has any trouble with FireFox working
Also this will break all flash objects in IE even localy as now no flash works it acts like it is not installed.
Guess will see how long this takes to get fixed or aknowledged... lol
