Hi,
I need to download Indesign CS6.
Where can I do it? I only see CS6 server and Indesign CC

Sign in to https://creative.adobe.com/ with your Adobe ID.
Click Download Center, and then click the Download button for the product that you want to download. You’ll see the Product specific download page.
In the bottom-left corner (just below ‘In this version’), select CS6 version of the product in the drop-down list.
Now click the 'Download Adobe <selected product-name> CS6' button in the top-right corner of the page.

    The download assistant say tha the file size is 879mb, but so far the file that has been down loaded is over 1.5g and does not show any signs of installing. Any ideas?

    Please follow the steps below to download Indesign CS6 without using the download manager :
    1. Navigate to Indesign CS6 downloads page : http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=indesign
    2. Sign in with your Adobe ID.
    3. Copy and paste the following links on the address bar one at a time and hit enter :
    Adobe InDesign CS6 English Windows
    http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/IDSN/8/win32/InDesign_8_LS16.7z
    http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/IDSN/8/win32/InDesign_8_LS16.exe
    4. Save both the files.
    5. Run the .exe file to start the installation.
    Note : The size of the .7z file is 879 MB and that of the .exe file is 1.2 MB.
    There is no space in the '.exe' above, I tried removing it but while posting the message the space comes in by default. So while pasting the link if there's space between ex and e remove it manually.

    I'm trying to download InDesign and Illustrator CS6 and it comes up with an error message and it says to try again or contact support. I have tried again and it still comes up with the same message. Next to the end of the sentence is "(416)" on the InDesign oner and "(-55)" on the Illustrator. I am on a school internet, does that have anything to do with it. Please help.

    I've gotten "Adobe Application Manager failed to install" and "Adobe Application Manager is corrupted and must be reinstalled. Please contact customer service." This is the first time I've ever tried to download InDesign on this particular computer. No other programs are open on my computer, and no other users are logged in to our Creative Cloud account.     I have a creative cloud account and have downloaded previous pieces of software including Indesign CS6. I was having launch issues with Indesign (on OS Mountian Lion) so deleted the package via app zapper. Now within the files and apps creative download/upload section I am unable to download any apps. Has anyone else had this problem? Unfortunately in Adobe Applications Manager it see Indesign as installed.
    The other problem is that I've just noticed my Adobe Application Manager appears to longer be installed. It looks like Adobe Download Assistant has overwritten it? Maybe?

    Hi Anna,
    We really apologize for all the inconvinience you have faced.
    There seems to leftover data remaining in different places on you system which is not allowing the applications to reinstall on the pc.
    I would suggest please follow the manual cleanup steps & Run the Adobe CS Cleaner Tool given in the knowledgebase document below:

    You need to uninstall Adobe apps using the uninstaller in the application folder.
    You’re probably going to have to use the Cleaner tool now.

    We are wondering what the difference between these three options are when you are on the Download Program Page:
    Adobe InDesign CS6 Installer for Windows (English & Japanese)
    Adobe InDesign CS6 Installer Package for Windows (English & Japanese)
    or Adobe InDesign and InCopy CS6 Content Installer for Windows (Multi-Language)?
    Are ALL of these programs necessary for him to download? He is worried about the size of some of these files, and if he is duplicating himself by downloading all three download options.
    Also,  does he need to download all three of the following files, too?  Can you tell me what each of these do?

    Adobe installer contains the extractor (.exe) that is used to extract .7z (compress) files. Size is about 1 Mb.
    Adobe InDesign CS6 Installer Package for Windows (English & Japanese
    The installer package contains the main setup file. The file is downloaded in .7z format (7z is an archive file, like .ZIP or .RAR; with similar and in many cases better compression) which we may decompressed using the previous downloaded CS6 installer or any other extraction tool such as winzip/winrar.
