Download/Install elec version
Hi
i want to download the electronic version for mac of photoshop elements to my PC and then burn it to a disk to install to my mac (reason being i have no internet at home currently so was going to do it at work and take it home)
will this work?
You can try downloading the trial version of the application directly from the page linked below to a disk or USB and try using that to install on your Mac. You can activate the trial using a serial number from a purchased version. While your Mac does not have internet access you will still need some form of internet access available to be able to do an offline activation of the product.
Be sure to follow the Very Important Instructions for downloading the file.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
iTunes
Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
Bonjour
Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.

I have downloaded & installed adobe creative suit cs2 version 6 but when I click the icon of adobe photoshop in desktop it is not opened & giving message " this application has failed to start because " ausba4.dll " was not found. reinstalling of the application may fix the problem " I have reinstall & opened many times but even then it is not opened. Please guide me accordingly.
I'd try disabling the Twain_32.8BA plugin in
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Plug-Ins\Import-Export
You can disable the plugin by putting an ~ (tilde) in front of the name or moving the plugin to your desktop.
Then try photoshop cs2 and see if you still get the error message.
I suspect the error has to do with your scanner driver, since photoshop cs2 does not have an ausba4.dll -
I am using an Mac PPC version 10.5.8 and I am trying to download the correct version of Flash Player. I did once but I had to install a "Clean Install" of my computer and when finished I had put back the new Flash Player I just installed well every time I try install the new player it is place in my Trash Folder and I can not get Player to work. I attempted to down load the 5 and 6 version at separate times. Both times I got an error message that stated I did not have permission to install the program. I own the computer and am the sole user. I am working on a Macbook Air. I have never encountered this issue before when updating Firefox. I am presently using the 3.5.6 edition and some of my sites are not supporting that edition anymore. Can you tell me what this error message means? I also have not been receiving the update messages for the new editions of Firefox.
If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.
Download a new copy of the Firefox program and save the DMG file to the desktop
* Firefox 5.0.x: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html
* Trash the current Firefox application to do a clean (re-)install
* Install the new version that you have downloaded

How i solved:
1 Mount the Flash Player installer .dmg file
2 Copy the "Install Adobe Flash Player" file to desktop or any other directory as preferred
3 Open terminal and cd to desktop or the other directory
4 Run the following command on terminal: sudo ./Install\ Adobe\ Flash\ Player.app/Contents/MacOS/Install\ Adobe\ Flash\ Player
5 Insert the password when asked -
i downloaded newest itunes version and it would not install properly and now i can't open itunes. i have removed and reinstalled several times. i get error 7 (windows error 126) something about apple mobile device failed to start. what can i do to fix this problem besides restoring system to an earlier date

I just installed the latest version of iTunes on my windows 8 computer. I was trying to transfer an audiobook I downloaded through overdrive media console to my iPod nano. Overdrive says it was transferred successfully, but it is not in my iPod. I have had no problems transferring audiobooks until I downloaded this new version. Help!

Repair your Apple software update.
Go to START > ALL PROGRAMS > Apple Software Update. If it offers you a newer version of Apple Software Update, do it but Deselect any other software offered at the same time. Once done, try another iTunes install
If you don't find ASU, go to Control Panel:
START > CONTROL PANEL/ > Add n Remove Programs, highlight ASU and click CHANGE then REPAIR -

Did you downloaded and installed Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 through Creative Cloud.
After uninstalled them, Creative Cloud saying applications are "Up to Date" when not installed.
If this is the case then please perform the steps given in the help document.

I just downloaded the newest version of Itunes on my Windows 7 PC. I can't delete anything and I can't sync to my MP3 player. I tried deleting it and installing an earlier version of Itunes but it can't read the library. Please help.
With iTunes 11 on PCs the drop-down menus are hidden by default - control-B should get the menus to show

How can I install CS5 on a new/replacement laptop? I paid full price in 2011 and have the key (and it shows up in my Adobe account under products), but it was a downloaded product and I can't find a download of that version online and my key doesn't work in CC.

The Adobe auto updater is highly unreliable.
You need to look for and download the update yourself and then manually apply it as per the detailed instructions on the download page:
