Download j2ee.  cant find the SDK

I know I am a moron for even asking this question but I downloaded the J2EE SDK, and I couldnt find the actual IDE or the J2EE or J2SE SDK. It installed the deploment server, sample server...non of which seems to do anything but get the "page not found" message. There is no option in the start men u for the actual development tool. Does any one have any idea what I could be doing wrong. I currently have JCreator installed on my machine but I received no errors during the install process. Thanks for helping the technically challenged

AFAIK the J2EE package does not contain J2SE. Download and deploy the latter first.
