Download link didn't work but itunes still took money, what to do?

I pre ordered album from itunes with iPad and got that link where I can download it. That link didn't show up anywhere and this didn't load music to my iPad but still on my Apple ID they have took that money...What I do to get my album or money?

There are several photo apps but I've never used one so I really have no recommendation.
How many photos are you talking about? If it's a few you can e-mail them to yourself.
If you have the camera connection kit you can use it to transfer p hotos with a SD card. (USB flash drives might work but it usually takes trial and error to find one that doesn't trigger the 'device requires too much power' warning)
If you use the SD card you make a folder named DCIM on the card, then make sure all your images have names of exactly 8 characters, DSC_4757.jpg for example. And that all those images are inside the DCIM folder. You then connect the card, open the photos app and import the photos.
Alternatively you can use a service such as dropbox or other file transfer service to upload the photos them download them onto your iPad.

Update to 4.0 didn't work but I got charged. What next?

Below is how lllass helped and the directions were easy to understand. So I followed direction to the letter and purchased the upgrade/update and was told by the Apple gods not to unplug my iPod until it was updated and that it could take up to 1/2 hour. I checked back 2 hours later and my iTunes acct (at the top) said that Sync is complete... ok to disconnect. Well, I got charged for the upgrade/update to the "tune" of about $5 but nothing happened. According to my iTunes acct my iPod is still at 2.1.1. So I go back to the order page and clicked "download" again. This time there was no charge but all I got was the same - don't unplug could take 1/2 hour - so I do it again and nothing.
So... what do I do next?

I recently wanted to buy an album with a gift card I had in my account. (For some reason? I guess I changed my mind...) I pressed "Cancel" instead of "Buy." When I look at my balance, it reduced as if I bought the album. It doesn't show in my music library or in my purchase history. Is there a way to get my money back? I'll probably use the rest of the gift card to buy it again, but still....

I just tested it (on 10.6.8) and it worked perfectly well, so it may be something on your computer. You could try creating a new user account on your Mac and using that to try downloading. You can then install on that account and it will be available on your normal one.

After updating to V 15.0 I have the issue that suddenly many but not all of the functions do not work anymore. Menues and download links do not work.

I have updated my firefox to version 15.0. After this I have the effect that at some unspecified time during use many of the functions stop working. Menu's do not open, download links do not work anymore and so on. Opening new tab's or windows still works. Links on pages partly work partly not. Copy and paste does not work anymore on webpages. It takes ending the firefox process and restarting to correct the issue until it happens again. I have those effects on totally different webpages. i tried to follow the steps in recovery mode but itunes still can't detect it.
Ok ok. It did work the first time, however the phone got disconnected so then the phone turned itself on again.
I tried to repeat the same steps again but it did not show the itunes logo. It just turned on and went to the lock screen.
I did this for about 4-5 times. Each trial ending up with the same result.
So what i did, once the phone was connected to itunes i clicked the update button and waited for HOURS to finish the update.
It did restart and did whole other things. But it stopped and a black screen appeared with a text saying Iphone is disabled. Connect to iTunes.
Any suggestions on what to do next? I'm seriously feeling so frustrated right now.
So in case you didn't get it my phone was disabled after entering the wrong password too many times. Tried fixing it but it seemed to get worse.
Really desperate here.
