Download of flashplayer fails for IE 11

I have a Win 7 laptop and have tried to download Flashplayer 12 after uninstalling Flashplayer 11 but it will not download to my laptop. For some reason, the download link doesn't recognize the download request even though I disabled the virus protection.

Patch download via wget fails for some patchid's

Hi,
downloading via wget(1) from http://sunsolve.sun.com/private-cgi/pdownload.pl?target=<patchid> fails with "ERROR 404: Not Found" for certain patchid's (i.e. 119689 or 125081), for these, one now has to specify also the patch's revision (i.e. 119689-04), it seems like patchid links to its latest patches are missing. (btw, I've also mention this along with other patch problems in another post at the administration/maintenance forum)
Would there be a reason/explaination for this?

I am new to the $9.99 per month club. Lightroom downloaded with no trouble. Photoshop CC has failed for the 3rd time. What gives?

The exit code you are receiving is due to a security patch which you need to install before you can install the C++ redistributable.

Adobe has killed mobile flash for all devices.
You can play flash content with various levels of success by downloading an alternate browser which users servers to convert the flash to ios compatible formats

I suspect you may want to try Microsoft's Mac Office support forums, since this appears to be an issue with their software.
What error message (if any) do you get if you try and start up Excel?
However, if it happened to me I'd probably remove Office and then resintall it from the original disks. That will take you back to the original shipping version of Office after which it should update you to the latest version.
Most likely when Microsoft's update software failed it managed to corrupt the Excel program files in such a way that they are no longer usable. So a resintallation of the program is likely the only real option to fix this one.

Yes, I'm having this problem also and mistakenly uninstalled iCloud 3.1 thinking that this would resolve the problem....which it didn't. Now I'm without iCloud period and have been searching for the old version of 3.1 to reinstall to no avail, and it seems that many people are having the same problem. we have a problem with our System Center 2012 Configuration Manager environment. For many applications on many systems the downloading process endless stuck at 99 percent. When we check the ContentTransferManager.log it says "successfully processed download
completion". But the CAS.log e.g. says:

Hi,
The error 0x80070020 translates to: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"
I would check the anti-virus exclusions to make sure they don't interfere in any way.

This means your purchase failed.
This occurs when attempting to download an Issue where the receipt used by the App and the receipt recorded by Apple are mismatched. Apple's server will report that the user is ineligible for the Issue and the download will fail.
Contact support for a resolution - from your app press the help button on the bottom right, then feedback - follow the instructions from there.
