I downloaded the free trial of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and now it will not open. It opens but it shows the block to buy it and saying my trial has expired???? Help!! Want to try this!
if you had an acrobat XI trial installed at some other time, there's no easy way to get another 30 day trial.
if you didn't have it installed before run the cleaner: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
and then re-install.

Trying to download the free trial of Adobe Acrobat XL Pro. I keep getting the message "The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author." I've repeatedly tried getting a new installer file, but get the same message every time.
K_don52 and Ande8135 please remove your current installation of the Adobe Download Assistant and reinstall. You can find more details in the known issues section of Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant.

Part of the problem in helping is likely that there is no program Adobe -- that is the company name. You are in the Acrobat forum, but it sounds like you have subscribed to Export PDF or such, a different program. The subscription to Acrobat is currently $19.99 per month.

But make sure you follow the important steps mentioned on the page before initiating the download for CS4. -
I have been waiting to get Photoshop all of 2014 and now I finally can. I tried downloading the free trial but then it took me to a page that said I could not download it because it was not supported. I am using a 2008 iMac that I got for christmas. Please help I really want photoshop!

Trying to download a free trial for Photoshop Cs6
Hi. I am thinking about Purchasing Photoshop for my little business but would like to download the free trial as my friend did this recently. I started to download it An hour later my computer crashed so I tried to do it again and I thought it has worked as it went to the whole Adobe product list of things I could do. When I clicked on Photshop it wouldn't let me go into it!

I am Windows 8. When downloading the free trial of LR5 i get a message that my SmartScreen cannot be accessed. I click "Run Anyways". The file downloads and when I execute it, the installation/download remains hung up trying to reach servers. Can anyone help with this? Thanks.

Under Windows 7 you will want to use the Programs and Features Control Panel to remove your installation. I would recommend verifying that Photoshop Lightroom is removed from the list of installed applications. -

Jaspers are you receiving any particular error message? You may also want to review I can't download a trial that uses Akamai Download Manager as it several steps you can try to resolve your difficulties.
